It is FIG.4 (D) which looked at the 2nd end part shown to (A) from the 2nd end part side. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows simply the case where the cross-sectional shape of stainless steel grooves differs. It is an enlarged view in case there is no neck part of FIG. It is sectional drawing which shows simply the case where the cross-sectional shape of the stainless steel groove | channels which do not have a neck part differs.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view in which a part of the ground is broken, showing a state in which a groove 10 used in a site to be focused on hygiene management such as a pharmaceutical factory, a food factory, and a kitchen is embedded in the ground (horizontal plane). The groove 10 is made of stainless steel and is buried under the ground as shown in FIG. The ground drainage flows from the upper end opening 11 of the groove 10 through the neck 12 to the drainage 13.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view (A) of the groove 10 viewed from a plane where the lateral direction (first direction) and the depth direction (third direction) intersect, and the longitudinal direction (second direction) and the depth direction intersect. A cross-sectional view (B) viewed from the outside of the flat surface and the groove 10 is shown. Here, the lateral direction is a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the groove 10 extends and parallel to the ground, the longitudinal direction is the direction in which the groove 10 extends, and the depth direction is the lateral direction. It is a direction perpendicular to the plane where the longitudinal directions intersect.

Referring to FIG. 2 (A), the groove 10 has an opening 11 extending in the longitudinal direction with an interval of a predetermined dimension d (first dimension) in the lateral direction, and a depth having a dimension d. In the neck portions 12a1 and 12a2 extending in the vertical direction, the flange portions 12b1 and 12b2 extending in the lateral direction and the lateral ends of the flange portions 12b1 and 12b2 at the upper ends of the neck portions 12a1 and 12a2, Bending portions 12c1 and 12c2 bent in the vertical direction, and expanded portions 13a1 and 13a2 provided so that a cross section in which the horizontal direction and the depth direction intersect with each other extends laterally from the lower end in the depth direction of the opening. Bottom portions 13b1 and 13b2 provided at the lower ends of the extended portions 13a1 and 13a2, and connecting portions 13c1 and 13c2 extending in the depth direction provided between the extended portions 13a1 and 13a2 and the bottom portions 13b1 and 13b2. Including.

The dimension d is preferably 20 to 35 mm. By doing so, drainage can sufficiently enter the opening 11 from the ground, and a person's foot can enter the opening 11 to prevent the person from being injured.

In addition, the drainage part 13 is a heptagon when the upper end part of each of the expansion parts 13a1 and 13a2 is one side.

In addition, the groove | channel 10 is 1 sheet about all of neck part 12a1, 12a2, flange part 12b1, 12b2, bending part 12c1, 12c2, extended part 13a1, 13a2, bottom part 13b1, 13b2, and connection part 13c1, 13c2. By forming the stainless steel plate with sheet metal, it may be possible to make the molding easy and reduce the molding time. For example, the stainless steel sheet metal may be formed at an appropriate location such as the connecting portions 13c1 and 13c2. Multiple welding may be performed.

Referring to FIG. 2B, the groove 10 has a gradient in the longitudinal direction for allowing the drainage to flow toward the drain outlet, although not shown.

If necessary, a plurality of grooves 10 may be provided in the longitudinal direction.

FIG. 3A is a simplified view of the groove 10 when the length in the longitudinal direction is made larger than that in FIG. 2B. 3B is a view of the first end 131 shown in FIG. 3A viewed from the first end 131 side, and FIG. 3C is the second end shown in FIG. 3A. It is the figure which looked at the part 132 from the 2nd end part 132 side. The first end portion 131 does not have the connection portion 13c, and the second end portion 132 has the connection portion 13c.

Referring to FIG. 3A, the bottom portion 13b of the groove 10 shows a predetermined inclination, and the length in the depth direction of the connecting portion 13c is the first length along the longitudinal direction in which the groove 10 extends. The slope gradually increases from the end 131 and extends from the first end 131 to the second end 132.

For example, when the length from the first end 131 to the second end 132 is 30 m and the inclination is 1/100, the total height of the groove 10 including the neck 12a is 100 mm for the first end 131, The end 132 is 400 mm. Due to this inclination, the drainage flows down to a drain outlet (not shown) provided at the bottom 13 b of the second end 132.

FIG. 4A is a modified example of FIG. FIG. 4A shows a simplified case where the connecting portion 13c is not provided between the first end 131 and the longitudinal end H, and the connecting portion 13c is provided between the H and the second end 132. It is illustrated. A portion where the shape of the cross section of the groove 10 as viewed from the longitudinal direction changes is defined as a conversion unit 14. 4B is a view of the first end 131 shown in FIG. 4A as viewed from the first end 131 side, and FIG. 4C is the conversion unit 14 shown in FIG. 4A. 4D is a view of the second end portion 132 shown in FIG. 4A as viewed from the second end portion 132 side.

In this case, the inclination of the bottom portion 13b in the longitudinal direction between the first end portion 131 and the conversion portion 14 may be provided by changing the angle of the bottom portions 13b1 and 13b2 with the ground.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of FIG. Referring to FIG. 5, an angle that the straight line drawn from the upper end of one side of opening 11 to the upper end of extension portion 13a1 on the other side has with the ground is α1, and the angle that extension 13a1 has with the ground is α2. The angle with the ground when the wash water is emitted can be any angle between 0-90 ° and can be emitted at an angle of α1. That is, by setting α2 to α1 or more, the emitted cleaning water effectively hits the expansion portion 13a1. α1 is preferably 10 to 70 °. More preferably, the angle is 20 to 60 °. More preferably, it is set to 45 to 51 °.

As a result, in the cleaning of the groove used in the field where hygiene management should focus on pharmaceutical factories, food factories, kitchens, etc., the washing water hits the entire inside of the groove sufficiently, the cleaning becomes insufficient, and germs propagate. It can prevent becoming unsanitary.

It is preferable that T ≧ t + 5 mm, where t is the length in the depth direction of the bent portions 12c1 and 12c2, and T is the length in the depth direction of the neck portions 12a1 and 12a2.

The embodiment of the cross-sectional shape in the plane where the lateral direction and the depth direction shown in FIG. 5 intersect has been described above, but the cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 6 may be used. FIG. 6 is a simplified diagram showing different cross-sectional shapes of the groove 10 in a plane where the lateral direction and the depth direction intersect.

FIG. 6A shows a case where the groove 10 does not have the connection portions 13c1 and 13c2. In this case, the inclination in the longitudinal direction of the bottom portions 13b1 and 13b2 of the groove 10 may be provided by changing the angle of the bottom portions 13b1 and 13b2 with the ground.

FIG. 6B shows a case where the groove 10 has connection portions 13c1 and 13c2 and the bottom portion 13b is formed in a semicircular shape. Although not shown, the bottom 13b is not limited to a semicircular shape, but may be a semi-elliptical shape or another curved shape.

FIG. 6C shows a case where the groove 10 does not have the connection portions 13c1 and 13c2 and the bottom portion 13b of the groove 10 is semicircular. In this case, the inclination in the longitudinal direction of the bottom portion 13b of the groove 10 may be provided by changing the curved shape of the bottom portion 13b. Although not shown, the bottom 13b is not limited to a semicircular shape, but may be a semi-elliptical shape or another curved shape.

Although the groove 10 having the neck portion 12a has been described above, the groove portion 10 may not have the neck portion 12a as shown in FIG. In FIG. 7, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

Referring to FIG. 7, the angle that the straight line drawn from the upper end portion on one side of the opening 11 to the extended portion 13a1 on the other side has with the ground is β1, and the angle that the extended portion 13a1 has with the ground is β2. The angle with the ground when the wash water is emitted can be any angle between 0-90 ° and can be emitted at an angle of β1. That is, by setting β2 to be equal to or greater than β1, the radiated cleaning water effectively strikes the expansion portion 13a1. β1 is preferably 10 to 70 °. More preferably, the angle is 20 to 60 °. More preferably, it is set to 45 to 51 °. Β2 is preferably 65 ° or more.

Moreover, the cross-sectional shape of the groove | channel 10 which does not have the neck part 12a shown in FIG. 7 may be a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. FIG. 8 is a simplified diagram showing different cross-sectional shapes of the groove 10 in a plane where the lateral direction and the depth direction intersect when there is no neck portion 12a.
