Description
(1)異物を除去できる。
(2)モータ等の振動を発生させる駆動源を搭載する必要がない。
本実施形態に係る異物除去機構Aは、図1及び図2に示すように、可動部1、可動清掃部2、可動枠体3、第1のコイルバネ4、第1のガイドレール5、第1のストッパー6、バネ固定部7、第2のコイルバネ8、第2のガイドレール9、第2のストッパー10、第1の異物収容溝11及び第2の異物収容溝12によって構成されている。
第1のストッパー6は、第1のコイルバネ4を介して可動部1に引かれて可動清掃部2が移動した際に、可動清掃部2の位置を特定位置に規制する可動清掃部2専用のストッパーである。可動清掃部2は、この第1のストッパー6に当接することによって移動を停止する。このとき、第1のストッパー6は、可動清掃部2と一体となって移動する可動枠体3を位置決めする、すなわち可動枠体3が給電コイルKの上面を囲む位置で停止させる機能も有する。
第2のコイルバネ8は、一方の端がバネ固定部7に固定され、他方の端が可動枠体3に固定される弾性部材であり、駐車スペースPsの長さ方向に沿って配置されると共に移動車両Mの底面に接触しない高さに設置されている。このような第2のコイルバネ8は、バネ固定部7に可動枠体3を接続することによって、可動部1に引かれて可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3が移動した方向とは反対方向に可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3を付勢する。
このような駐車時における移動車両Mの駐車スペースPsからの退出に対し、本異物除去機構Aでは、可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3は、可動部1による引っ張りが解除されるので、第2のコイルバネ8の付勢力によってバネ固定部7の方向に移動する。そして、可動枠体3が第2のストッパー10に当接することによって、可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3は、第2のコイルバネ8の付勢力による移動を停止して、図1及び図2に示す、初期位置に戻る。
(1)上記実施形態において、可動清掃部2は、給電コイルKの上面に沿って摺動するが、先端(下端)が給電コイルKに接触せずに、想定される異物の大きさに応じて給電コイルKから浮いた状態になっていてもよい。また、同様に、可動枠体3も、駐車スペースPsの地面から浮いた状態になっていてもよい。
(4)上記実施形態では、第1のコイルバネ4によって可動部1に可動清掃部2を連結しているが、可動部1の移動と連動して可動清掃部2を移動させるものであれば、第1のコイルバネ4の代わりに綱等によって連結するようにしてもよい。また、第2のコイルバネ8によって可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3を、可動部1に引かれて移動した後に、初期位置に戻すが、可動清掃部2及び可動枠体3を他の方法によって、初期位置に戻すのであれば、必ずしも設置する必要はない。
Claims (6)
- 駐車された移動車両に下方から非接触給電を行う給電コイル上の異物を除去する異物除去機構であって、
前記移動車両に押されて水平移動する可動部と、
前記可動部に連結され、前記可動部の移動と連動して、前記給電コイルの上面に沿って移動する可動清掃部とを具備することを特徴とする異物除去機構。 - 前記可動清掃部の移動方向における前記給電コイルの奥側に設けられた異物収容溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の異物除去機構。
- 可動部の反対側から可動清掃部に固定され、前記可動部の移動と連動して、前記移動車両が駐車する駐車面に沿って移動する可動枠体と、
前記可動清掃部の前記移動方向における前記給電コイルの手前側に設けられ第2の異物収容溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の異物除去機構。 - 前記可動清掃部の前記移動方向における前記給電コイルの奥側に設けられたストッパーを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の異物除去機構。
- 前記可動部と前記可動清掃部とを接続するコイルバネを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4に記載のいずれか一項に記載の異物除去機構。
- 前記可動清掃部の前記移動方向における前記給電コイルの手前側に設けられた第2のストッパーと、
前記可動清掃部の前記移動方向とは反対方向に前記可動清掃部を付勢する第2のコイルバネを具備することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の異物除去機構。
