Claims (10)
- 両面に強化処理が施された板状のマザーガラスの前記両面にレジスト膜を形成するレジスト膜形成工程と、
前記各レジスト膜を部分的に除去することで、前記マザーガラスを複数のカバーガラス部に区画する区画線に沿って前記マザーガラスの前記両面を部分的に露出させる切断用パターンを形成するパターン形成工程と、
前記パターン形成工程の後に、エッチングにより、前記切断用パターンに対応する切断用凹部を前記マザーガラスの前記両面に形成する凹部形成工程と、
前記凹部形成工程の後に、前記マザーガラスの少なくとも一方面の前記レジスト膜を除去し、前記各カバーガラス部の前記一方面上に回路を形成する回路形成工程と、
前記切断用凹部に沿って前記マザーガラスを切断することで、複数の回路付きカバーガラスを得る切断工程と、を備えることを特徴とする回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。 - 前記凹部形成工程では、エッチング剤に前記マザーガラスの前記両面を晒すことで前記エッチングを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記凹部形成工程では、砥粒を含有する気流に前記マザーガラスの前記両面を晒すことで前記エッチングを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記レジスト膜形成工程では、感光性レジストを前記マザーガラスの前記両面に貼付することで、一定の膜厚の前記レジスト膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記回路形成工程では、前記マザーガラスの前記両面の前記レジスト膜を除去し、
前記切断工程では、前記マザーガラスの前記一方面上に保護層を形成し、他方面上に切断用のレジスト膜を形成し、前記切断用のレジスト膜のうち前記切断用凹部に対応する部分を除去し、前記他方面側からのエッチングによって前記切断用凹部に沿って前記マザーガラスを切断し、前記切断用のレジスト膜及び前記保護層を除去することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。 - 前記切断工程では、感光性レジストを前記マザーガラスの前記他方面に塗布又は貼付することで、前記切断用のレジスト膜を形成することを特徴とする請求項5記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記切断工程では、前記保護層を除去する前に前記切断用のレジスト膜を除去することを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記切断工程では、エッチング剤に前記マザーガラスの前記他方面を晒すことで前記エッチングを行うことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記マザーガラスの他方面側から視認可能な加飾膜を前記マザーガラスの前記一方面に形成する加飾膜形成工程を前記凹部形成工程と前記切断工程との間に更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項記載の回路付きカバーガラスの製造方法により、回路付きカバーガラスとしてカバーガラス一体型のタッチパネルを得ることを特徴とするカバーガラス一体型のタッチパネルの製造方法。
