Description
ボンネットが組み立てられるときに、接着剤がアウタパネルとライニングとの間に配置されるように、アウタパネルまたはライニングに接着剤を塗布するステップと、
接着剤の少なくとも一部を硬化する硬化ステップとを含み、この硬化ステップが、場合によっては、電気泳動浴にボンネットを含浸した後で、必要に応じて行われるボンネットの乾燥処理ステップとは別に行われる。
鋼またはアルミニウム等の金属材料と、
特にポリアミド(PA)またはポリプロピレン(PP)等の熱可塑性材料、あるいはSMC(Sheet Moulding Compound)またはAMC(Advanced Moulding Compound)等の熱硬化性材料等の、場合によっては繊維補強プラスチック材料と、
少なくとも1つのプラスチック材料と金属材料とを含む材料集合体と、の中から選択された異なる1つの材料カテゴリにそれぞれ属している。
第1の材料からなるアウタパネルと、
第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料からなるライニングとを含み、
樹脂を主成分とする接着剤を用いてアウタパネルがライニングに接着されることを特徴とする、車両用ボンネットを目的とする。
Claims (9)
- 車両のボンネットの組立方法であって、
前記ボンネットは、第1の材料からなるアウタパネル(10)と、第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料からなるライニング(12)とを含んでおり、
ボンネットが組み立てられるときに、接着剤がアウタパネルとライニングとの間に配置されるように、アウタパネルまたはライニングに接着剤を塗布するステップと、
接着剤の少なくとも一部を硬化する硬化ステップとを含み、該硬化ステップが、電気泳動浴にボンネットを含浸した後で行われるボンネットの乾燥処理ステップとは別に行われ、前記硬化ステップのときに、アウタパネルおよび/またはライニングまたは接着剤のみまたはアウタパネルおよび/またはライニングの接着部分を局部的に加熱し、
アウタパネルおよび/またはライニングまたは接着剤だけを、誘導またはジュール効果により、または高温空気により加熱し、
硬化ステップと同時に、接着部分とは異なるアウタパネルおよび/またはライニングの少なくとも一部を局部的に冷却する、前記方法。 - 第1および第2の材料が、以下のリスト、すなわち、
鋼またはアルミニウム等の金属材料と、
ポリアミド(PA)またはポリプロピレン(PP)等の熱可塑性材料、あるいはSMC(Sheet Moulding Compound)またはAMC(Advanced Moulding Compound)等の熱硬化性材料等の、繊維補強プラスチック材料と、
少なくとも1つのプラスチック材料と金属材料とを含む材料集合体と、の中から選択された異なる1つの材料カテゴリにそれぞれ属している、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 硬化ステップが、電気泳動浴への含浸前に実施され、また車両の車体へのボンネットの取り付け前に実施される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 電気泳動浴への含浸に続いてボンネットを恒温器に移し、恒温器へボンネットを移すことに続いて接着剤の塗布ステップが実施される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 硬化ステップが、接着剤の一部だけが硬化される第1の硬化ステップであり、車両のボンネットの組立方法が、第1の硬化ステップの後に行われる第2の硬化ステップを含んでいる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第2の硬化ステップが、ボンネットを恒温器に移すステップである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 接着剤(18)が、エポキシ樹脂またはポリウレタン樹脂(PU)を主成分としており、導電性の添加剤である金属添加剤を含んでいる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ライニング(12)またはアウタパネル(10)の周辺部で少なくとも1つの縁に沿って連続して接着剤を塗布する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アウタパネルおよび/またはライニングが、少なくとも1つの金属部材を含み、該金属部材が、ボンネットが組み立てられるときに接着剤が前記金属部材を被覆するように配置されており、前記金属部材に接着剤を塗布する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
