Description
摩擦攪拌接合用工具3としてIr合金製工具を用いた。接合物を実施例1とした。
実施例1で得られた接合物を大気雰囲気中で2時間熱処理し、得られた処理品を実施例2とした。熱処理は500〜800℃の範囲に入るように制御して行った。
TIG溶接を行って接合物を得た。接合物を比較例1とした。
比較例1で得られた接合物を大気雰囲気中で2時間熱処理し、得られた処理品を比較例2とした。熱処理は500〜800℃の範囲に入るように制御して行った。

Claims (4)
- 反応容器の反応室の内部に配置し、反応のための原料を収容するための銀又は銀合金からなる内部容器の製造方法において、
銀又は銀を50質量%以上含む銀合金からなり、圧延加工された基材を用いて、前記内部容器を形成し、
該内部容器の接合部分が、摩擦攪拌接合によって接合されていることを特徴とする反応容器用の内部容器の製造方法。 - 前記内部容器が、カプセルの形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応容器用の内部容器の製造方法。
- 前記内部容器は、前記反応室の内部に配置したとき、該内部容器の外壁面の50%以上の部分が、該反応室の内壁面に接する形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反応容器用の内部容器の製造方法。
- 前記反応容器の反応室の底面と、前記内部容器の外側の底面との間にベースが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の反応容器用の内部容器の製造方法。
