Claims (7)
- 電磁式のアクチュエータ(200)であって、該アクチュエータ(200)が、
磁極コア(6)を取り囲むコイル(214)を有する電磁石(201)と、
該電磁石(201)によって磁極コア(6)の方向に運動可能であるソレノイドアーマチュア(5)と
を有しており、
該ソレノイドアーマチュア(5)が、磁極コア(6)に向けられた載着面(11)を有しており、
磁極コア(6)が、相応に向かい合って位置する対応載着面(12)を有しているアクチュエータにおいて、
載着面(11)および/または対応載着面(12)が、対応載着面(12)への載着面(11)の直接的な接触を阻止しかつ接近運動を減衰する層(1)を有しており、
層(1)が、複数のウェブ(2)と、それぞれ2つの隣り合ったウェブ(2)の間に設けられた自由室(3)とを有しており、
自由室(3)は、該自由室(3)内に存在する媒体が、載着面(11)と対応載着面(12)との接近運動時に各自由室(3)の少なくとも一部領域で堰き止められて、対応載着面(12)への載着面(11)の接近運動を液圧的に減衰するように、ウェブ(2)によって成形されていることを特徴とする、電磁式のアクチュエータ。 - 層(1)が、載着面(11)および/または対応載着面(12)に結合されている、請求項1記載の電磁式のアクチュエータ。
- 層(1)が、均一な厚さを有している、請求項1または2記載の電磁式のアクチュエータ。
- 層(1)が、載着面(11)および/または対応載着面(12)の表面に形成された凹部内に少なくとも部分的に挿入されていて、該凹部内に固定されており、層(1)の少なくとも一部が、対応載着面(12)もしくは載着面(11)の方向に突出している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の電磁式のアクチュエータ。
- 層(1)が、少なくとも部分的に金属、複合材またはプラスチックから成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の電磁式のアクチュエータ。
- 弁において、該弁が、
所定のばね力(Ff)を有するばね(101)と、
ばね力(Ff)に抗して作用可能なアクチュエータ力(Fa)を有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の電磁式のアクチュエータ(200)と、
該アクチュエータ(200)によって操作可能である弁部材(102,107)と、
該弁部材(102,107)に連接可能であるシールエレメント(103)と、
シール座(104)と
を有していて、シールエレメント(103)がシール座(104)に接触している場合に弁が閉鎖されており、
弁部材(102,107)は、アクチュエータ(200)とばね(101)とに関して、弁がアクチュエータ力(Fa)によってばね力(Ff)に抗して開放されるように配置されているかまたは弁がアクチュエータ(200)の作動時にアクチュエータ力(Fa)によってばね力(Ff)に抗して閉鎖されるように配置されており、
アクチュエータ(200)が、
磁極コア(6)を取り囲むコイル(214)を有する電磁石(201)と、
該電磁石(201)によって磁極コア(6)の方向に運動可能であるソレノイドアーマチュア(5)と
を有しており、
該ソレノイドアーマチュア(5)が、磁極コア(6)に向けられた載着面(11)を有しており、
磁極コア(6)が、相応に向かい合って位置する対応載着面(12)を有していることを特徴とする、弁。 - 請求項6記載の少なくとも1つの弁を備えた、内燃機関に用いられる噴射ポンプ。
