Description

The present invention relates to an LED lamp using an LED (light emitting diode) as a light source.

In recent years, LED lamps using LED elements excellent in power saving as light sources have been actively used due to increasing environmental awareness. Particularly recently, straight-tube LED lamps that can be replaced as they are in lighting apparatuses using fluorescent lamps are rapidly spreading.
In this straight tube type LED lamp, the LED light emitter is accommodated in the light emitting unit main body, and a base having a pair of power supply terminals protruding from both ends of the light emitting unit main body is attached.

The straight tube lamp described in Patent Document 1 is a translucent cover that is a tube formed in a straight tube shape with a tube length and a tube diameter similar to those of an arc tube of a straight tube fluorescent lamp. The LED light emitter substrate accommodated in the base plate and a G13-type base having a pair of power supply terminals projecting from both ends of the translucent cover are provided. The translucent cover is made of a synthetic resin having translucency and formed into a cylindrical straight tube by extrusion. On the inner surface of the translucent cover, a pair of holding grooves are formed at positions offset from the center of the tube axis, and the LED light emitter substrate can be slidably held in the tube axis direction. The LED light emitter substrate is assembled by screwing the light emitting module to the mounting base, and one end of the base member and the LED light emitter substrate has a pair of pins protruding from the connecting portion of the base member. It connects by press-fitting in the connection hole of the connection piece of a board | substrate. In this connected state, the LED light emitter substrate is slid into the tube axis direction from one end side of the translucent cover. Between the pair of base members provided at both ends of the translucent cover, the screws are tightened through the insertion holes of the base member on the other side to the pair of mounting holes of the mounting bracket disposed on the other end of the LED light emitter substrate. Attach the translucent cover and fix it .

Due to the difference in the structure of the pair of caps provided at both ends of the translucent cover, there is a problem that the number of parts and the number of assembling steps increase, and accordingly, the investment in the die for forming the cap member also increases.

Since the translucent cover is a cylindrical tube formed in a straight tube shape with a tube length and a tube diameter comparable to those of the arc tube of a straight tube fluorescent lamp, it is There is a problem in that the assembly workability is poor and a large work space is required because the cover must be slid in the tube axis direction over the entire length from one end of the cover.
In general, since the conventional method of attaching the base by bonding is to bond the annular inner peripheral wall portion of the base and the light emitting unit main body, the diameter of the base becomes larger than that of the light emitting unit main body, and the straight pipe The LED lamp could not be constructed with the same diameter over the entire length .

An object of the present invention is to appropriately insulate a power supply board by appropriately disposing an insulating film so as to enclose the power supply board.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Note that this embodiment is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited to this.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a straight tube type LED lamp of the present invention, and a light emitting unit body 2 of the LED lamp 1 covers a support base 3 on which an LED substrate 10 and a power supply substrate 12 are mounted, and one side surface thereof. It consists of a translucent cover 5 and a base body 4 connected to both ends.

As shown in FIG. 11, the support base material 3 has a long and thin cross-section with a semi-moon shape using an extruded aluminum material, and the support base material 3 is provided with a translucent cover 5. The groove-shaped locking portions 6a and 6b are provided at both side edges over the entire length. A pair of rising walls 9a having concentric circles from the central axis of the support base material 3 at both side edges of the smooth surface 8 and having an outer diameter with a curvature slightly smaller than the inner peripheral wall of the translucent cover 5 described later. 9b is erected over the entire length, and becomes the positioning in the width direction when the LED substrate 10 described later is placed on the smooth surface 8 of the support base 3.

As shown in FIG. 11, the translucent cover 5 is formed of a semi-transparent synthetic resin, such as polycarbonate or acrylic resin, in a semicircular cross-sectional shape, and protrudes inwardly on both side edges. It has the latching | locking part 7a, 7b which formed the strip | belt over the full length. Further, projecting pieces 11a and 11b projecting inward so as to form a pair in a plane parallel to the central axis are integrally formed.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the power supply substrate 12 is made of, for example, glass epoxy resin and is formed in a band plate shape. The plurality of power supply components 13 function as a power supply circuit for lighting the LED module 14 (FIG. 8), and converts alternating current supplied from a commercial power source into a constant DC current through the metal terminal pin 23 of the base body 4. Thus, the LED module 14 is configured to be supplied. The wiring of the LED substrate 10 (not shown) (FIG. 8) and the wiring of the power supply substrate 12 (not shown) are electrically connected via connectors 44a and 44b (FIG. 8).

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the LED substrate 10 is made of, for example, a glass epoxy resin and is formed in a long rectangular shape. A plurality of LED modules 14 are mounted on the upper surface 15 of the LED substrate 10, and these LED modules 14 are arranged at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the LED substrate 10. For example, the LED modules 14 are connected in series by wiring (not shown). ing.

As shown in FIG. 1, the base body 4 includes a first base member 16 and a second base member 17 formed from a synthetic resin having insulation properties such as PBT resin, and the first base member. 16 and a pair of metal terminal pins 23 held by the second cap member 17. Since the base body 4 connected to both ends of the light emitting unit body 2 has the same structure, only one base body 4 will be described below.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base body 4 includes a first base member 16 and a second base member 17 that are equally divided into two on a plane parallel to the central axis of the base body 4, and are combined with each other. It is formed.

The first base member 16 is formed in a substantially semicircular cross section, and a pair of rectangular notches 18a and 18b for fixing the terminal pins 23 into which the pair of metal terminal pins 23 are inserted and a semicircular notch 19 are formed on the divided surface. Is recessed. Further, a semi-disc shaped veneer portion 20 is formed on the inner surface side, and this veneer portion 20 is fitted along the outer peripheral inner wall 21 (FIG. 11) of the end surface of the translucent cover 5 to thereby form a light emitting portion main body. 2 prevents dust from entering the interior and reinforces the end of the translucent cover 5 from external pressure.

On the inner side in the vicinity of the outer end surface 24 of the first base member 16, a screw receiving hole 22 is provided to be integrated with the second base member 17 as a combined base body 4.

A thin wall portion 25 is formed at the end of the outer peripheral wall of the split surface orthogonal to the outer end surface 24 and is erected on the split surface orthogonal to the outer end surface 26 of the second base member 17 when combined with the second base member 17. As the structure in which the ribs 27 (FIG. 4) enter, the dust is prevented from entering the base body 4 and the strength against twisting is improved.

As shown in FIG. 4, the second cap member 17 is formed in a substantially semicircular cross section, and a pair of rectangular notches 28 a and 28 b for fixing a pair of terminal pins into which a pair of metal terminal pins 23 are inserted on the split surface. A semicircular cutout 29 is formed. The fitting and adhering portion 30 (FIG. 3) has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the second cap member 17, and the semicircular through-hole 47 (FIGS. 7 and 11) of the support base 3. It is formed in a substantially semicircular cross section having substantially the same shape. A band-shaped concave surface portion 31 is provided in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting adhesive portion 30, and a plurality of ribs 32 are provided so as to be arranged at substantially equal angles in a direction parallel to the central axis. The apex of the rib 32 has a shape that does not cause an undercut shape that is equal to the outer diameter of the fitting adhesive portion 30 that is formed in a substantially semicircular cross section. Further, a groove 33 having substantially the same depth as that of the belt-like concave surface portion 31 is formed in the circumferential direction.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of metal terminal pins 23 is installed on the first base member 16 so as to cover the second base member 17, and the outside of the cylindrical portion 35 provided with a through hole 34 is provided. The base body 4 is completed by inserting the screw 46 from the side and tightening it in the screw receiving hole 22. In addition, in the Example, although the 1st nozzle member 16 and the 2nd nozzle member 17 are joined by screw fastening, you may adhere | attach by interposing an adhesive agent between the division surfaces to join.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a first locking piece 36 and a second locking piece 37 are provided so as to protrude from the split surface of the fitting adhesive portion 30 in a plane parallel to the central axis. On the inner surface side of the tip of the second locking piece 37, a locking claw 39 that locks in the locking square hole 38 of the power supply substrate 12 is provided. The power supply substrate 12 is sandwiched between the first locking piece 36 and the second locking piece 37.

(図6、図7)   As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of power supply components 13 are arranged on the power supply board 12 sandwiched between the first locking piece 36 and the second locking piece 37 described above. One of a pair of wires (not shown) for electrical continuity is drawn out of the base body 4 from the through hole 40 of the second base member 17. An insulation sheet 48 (cross-section CC in FIG. 10) (not shown) is arranged on the lead surface 41 on the back surface of the power supply substrate 12, and the power supply substrate 12 is entirely covered with an insulation film 42 to completely insulate the base. The power supply unit 43 in which the main body 4 and the power supply board 12 are connected is completed. (Fig. 6, Fig. 7)

At this time, the other one of a pair of wirings (not shown) for electrical connection with the LED board 10 and a metal terminal incorporated in the other base body 4 for supplying AC power to the power board 12 A pair of power cords (not shown) connected to the pins 23 are put out of the power supply unit 43. Next, the other one of a pair of wirings (not shown) for electrical connection with the LED board 10 and a pair of power cords (not shown) are connected to one half-moon-shaped through hole 47 (see FIG. 11) is inserted into the support base 3 from the side of the power supply substrate 12 of the power supply unit 43. By applying an adhesive to the fitting and adhering portion 30 formed on the second base member 17 of the base body 4 and fixing the base body 4 to the inner wall surface of the semicircular through hole 47 of the support base 3, the power supply unit 43 Is also held in the support substrate 3.

As shown in FIG. 3, the adhesive tip is preferably applied to the insertion tip side 31 a of the band-shaped concave surface portion 31. Since it is a concave surface, the adhesive does not flow down. Further, since the plurality of ribs 32 arranged at substantially equal angles are arranged, the adhesive applied when fitting into the end face of the support base 3 spreads in the axial length direction of the base body 4. The grooves 33 formed in the circumferential direction serve to store the adhesive, prevent the adhesive from overflowing from the end face of the support base 3, and realize stable fixation. As an adhesive to be used, for example, trade name Super X manufactured by Cemedine Co., Ltd. may be mentioned.

Although the example in which the plurality of ribs 32 are arranged uniformly in the direction parallel to the axial length of the base body 4 has been described, the present invention is not limited to linear ribs. It may be intermittent ribs or dot-like.
When no specific shape is formed on the surface of the above-mentioned fitting adhesion part 30, when most of the adhesive applied to the fitting adhesion part 30 is fitted on the end surface of the supporting base material 3, the outside of the support base material 3 is formed. It overflows and the adhesive force by the adhesive is not stable. Moreover, the external appearance of the straight tube | pipe type LED lamp 1 will be impaired by the overflowing adhesive agent.

(図8、図9)   A pair of power cords facing outward from the other end face of the support base 3 is connected to a pair of metal terminal pins 23 of the base body 4 attached to the other end face of the support base 3. A pair of wirings (not shown) for electrical continuity is also connected to the connectors 44a and 44b provided at a pair at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the LED substrate 10, and is fitted into the second base member 17 of the base body 4. An adhesive is applied to the portion 30 to fix the base body 4 to the inner wall surface of the other half-moon shaped through hole 47 of the support base 3. (Fig. 8, Fig. 9)

As shown in FIG. 9, the LED substrate 10 connected to the connectors 44 a and 44 b is placed on the smooth surface 8 of the support base 3 with the upper surface 15 facing outward and the translucent cover 5 from above. To be fitted to the support base 3. The LED substrate 10 has substantially the same length as the support base 3, and as described above, the support base 3 is provided with a pair of rising walls 9 a and 9 b erected over the entire length at both side edges of the smooth surface 8. Thus, positioning in the width direction when the LED substrate 10 is placed is performed. The translucent cover 5 is formed by engaging latching portions 7 a and 7 b formed over the entire length of both edge portions with engaging portions 6 a and 6 b of the support base 3. After aligning the longitudinal direction both ends of the translucent cover 5 and the support base 3 and the position in the width direction, the latching portions 7a and 7b are bent outward by pressurizing the translucent cover 5 from above. Over the upper walls of the stoppers 6a and 6b, they are fitted into the grooves of the locking parts 6a and 6b.

At both side edges of the translucent cover 5, together with the latching portions 7 a and 7 b for fitting with the support base 3, projecting pieces projecting inward so as to form a pair in a plane parallel to the central axis 11 a, 11 b are provided, and simultaneously with the fitting of the translucent cover 5 to the support base 3, the protruding pieces 11 a, 11 b of the LED substrate 10 placed on the smooth surface 8 of the support base 3 are provided. Hold both side edges. (Fig. 10, CC cross section)
When the translucent cover 5 is completely attached, as shown in FIG. 1, the light emitting unit main body 2 having a cylindrical shape as a whole is formed, and at the same time, the straight tube LED lamp 1 is completed.

If it is the structure of the straight tube | pipe type LED lamp 1 of this invention, the translucent cover 5 is not slid and assembled from the end surface side of the support base material 3, but the lamination | stacking assembly from the upper direction of the support base material 3 is attained. To do. For this reason, it is possible to save the assembly space and greatly improve the assembly workability. Further, since the pair of base bodies 4 have the same structure, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembly workability is improved. Of course, since the number of parts is small, investment in the die for forming the die member can be suppressed. Furthermore, since no metal screws or the like are used for attaching the base body 4 and the LED substrate 10 to the support base 3, good insulation can be secured.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the base 45 is bonded to the light emitting unit main body 2 using the annular inner peripheral wall portion of the base 45, the outer diameter of the base 45 becomes larger than that of the light emitting unit main body 2. In particular, in a T8 standard straight tube LED lamp, the tube diameter is as thin as 25.5 mm, and it is difficult to attach the base to the light emitting unit body with a screw because there is no space. For this reason, as described above, since the annular inner peripheral wall portion of the base 45 and the light emitting portion main body 2 are bonded, the outer diameter of the base cannot be made the same as that of the light emitting portion main body. In the present invention, since a part of the base body 4 is fitted and bonded to the inner peripheral wall portion of the end surface of the support base 3, the outer diameter of the base body 4 can be made the same as that of the light emitting part body 2. .
As a result, the straight tube LED lamp 1 can be configured with the same diameter over the entire length, and the design can be improved.
Moreover, since it has the shape which prevents the overflow of the adhesive agent at the time of inserting and adhering a part of the base body 4 to the end face of the support base material 3, stable fixation and improvement in adhesion workability are realized.

In the said embodiment, although the nozzle | cap | die of the straight tube | pipe type LED lamp demonstrated by G13 type prescribed | regulated by JIS specification, this invention is not limited to this. For example, a base of “R17d”, “RX17d”, and “GX16t-5” may be used. Moreover, although the straight tube type LED lamp having a built-in power supply board is described as an example, a straight tube type LED lamp of an external power supply type may be used.
