Description
Claims (6)
- 車両の後方の空気の流れを整えるデフレクタ装置であって、
前記車両のルーフパネルの後方かつリアウインドウの上方にて車幅方向に延設され、その車両前後方向前端部の前記ルーフパネルの上面から上方への突出量が増減するように移動可能な可動部と、
車速が高くなるに従って前記突出量が小さくなるように前記可動部を駆動して、前記可動部に導かれて前記リアウインドウに沿って流れる空気の量を減少させ、車速が低くなるに従って前記突出量が大きくなるように前記可動部を駆動して、前記可動部に導かれて前記リアウインドウに沿って流れる空気の量を増大させる駆動装置と、を備え、
前記駆動装置は、車速が所定値であって且つ前記車両が加速中であるときの前記突出量と車速が前記所定値であって且つ前記車両が減速中であるときの前記突出量とを異ならせる、デフレクタ装置。 - 請求項1に記載のデフレクタ装置において、
前記可動部の車両前後方向前端部が前記ルーフパネルの上面よりも上方へ突出した状態で、前記可動部の車両前後方向前端部よりも前記可動部の車両前後方向後端部が低くなっている、デフレクタ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のデフレクタ装置において、
前記可動部は、車幅方向中央部に設けられ、
前記可動部の車幅方向両側にて車幅方向に延設され、前記ルーフパネルの車両前後方向後端部に固定された固定部を有する、デフレクタ装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1つに記載のデフレクタ装置において、
前記駆動装置は、車速が高くなるに従って、前記突出量を段階的に小さくし、車速が低くなるに従って、前記突出量を段階的に大きくする、デフレクタ装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1つに記載のデフレクタ装置において、
前記駆動装置は、天候を判定する天候判定手段を備え、前記天候判定手段により晴天であると判定されたとき、車速の大きさに関わらず前記可動部の上面と前記ルーフパネルの上面とが同一面内に位置するように前記可動部を駆動する、デフレクタ装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1つに記載のデフレクタ装置において、
前記可動部の上面と前記ルーフパネルの上面とが同一面内に位置している状態で、前記可動部の車両前後方向前端部が前記ルーフパネルの車両前後方向後端部に当接している、デフレクタ装置。
