Description
層7’では、より硬いアルミニウム含有粒子AL*が好ましい(図11)。
この従来技術によると、鋼含有基板4上に直接配置された層7は、柔らかいアルミニウム粒子Alを含み、犠牲アノードとして働き、一方で上層10は、如何なるアルミニウム粒子も含まない。
図2では、柔らかいアルミニウム粒子Alが下層7に存在し、上層10は如何なる粒子も含まず、マトリックス材料のみを含む。
Al−Zn、Al−Zn−Mn、Al−Mn−SC、Al−Mg−Mn、Al−Mg−Zn−Cu、Al−Cu−Mn−Zn、AlZn4.5Mg1、AlZnMgCu1.5、AlZnMgCu0.5、AlMg4.5Mn。
しかしながら、非常に高い含量の様々な合金化元素、例えば6%〜8%の亜鉛(Zn)を有する合金を採用することもできる。
・アルミニウム又はAl−Si、Al−Si−Mg、Al−Mn、Al−Fe、Al−Ni、Al−Znを母材とするアルミニウム合金と、Al2O3又はSiCから成るセラミック粒子などの組み込まれた第2の元素と、で作られたアルミニウム複合材料から構成された粒子AL*
・酸化物、炭化物若しくは窒化物(Al2O3、Al4C3)を含み、リチウム(Li)を含み、又は金属間相:AlFe8Co、AlFe8Ce4、AlFe8Zr1を使用する、分散硬化(dispersion−hardening)アルミニウム材料
・アルミナイド:具体的に、NiAl、Ni3Al、FeAl、Fe3Al、TiAl、Ti3Al
・析出硬化スカンジウム含有(Sc)アルミニウム合金:Al−Sc又はAl−Sc−X合金。

Claims (10)
- 基板(4)と、
前記基板(4)上に存在する下層(7、7’、7’’、7’’’)と、
前記下層(7、7’、7’’、7’’’)上の上層(10、10’、10’’、10’’’、10IV、10V)と、
を少なくとも含む層システム(1)であって、
柔らかい硬度を有するアルミニウムで構成された粒子(Al)が前記層システム(1)に存在し、
前記層(7、7’、7’’、7’’’、10、10’、10’’、10’’’、10IV、10V)は、前記アルミニウムで構成された粒子(Al)よりも硬いアルミニウム含有粒子(AL*)を含み、
前記アルミニウム含有粒子(AL*)は、析出硬化アルミニウム合金を含み、
前記析出硬化アルミニウム合金は、
アルミニウム−亜鉛−マンガン(Al−Zn−Mn)及び/又は
アルミニウム−マグネシウム−マンガン(Al−Mg−Mn)及び/又は
アルミニウム−マグネシウム−亜鉛−銅(Al−Mg−Zn−Cu)及び/又は
アルミニウム−マグネシウム−亜鉛−銅−コバルト(Al−Mg−Zn−Cu−Co)及び/又は
アルミニウム−銅−マンガン−亜鉛(Al−Cu−Mn−Zn)及び/又は
以下の合金:
Al3Li及び/又は
AlZn4.5Mg1及び/又は
AlZnMgCu1.5及び/又は
AlZnMgCu0.5及び/又は
AlMg4.5Mn
を含むことを特徴とする、層システム。 - 分散硬化アルミニウム合金が前記アルミニウム含有粒子(AL*)に使用される、請求項1に記載の層システム。
- 柔らかいアルミニウム粒子(Al)が前記下層(7)に存在し、
少なくとも10%大きい硬度を有するアルミニウム粒子(AL*)が前記上層(10’、10V)に存在する、請求項1または2に記載の層システム。 - 硬材料粒子(H)が前記下層(7’’、7’’’)に存在する、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
- 硬材料粒子(H)が前記上層(10’’、10’’’、10V)に存在する、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
- 硬材料粒子(H)が両方の層(7’’、7’’’、10’’、10’’’、10V)に存在する、請求項4又は5に記載の層システム。
- 窒化アルミニウム、窒化ホウ素、炭化クロム、酸化アルミニウム、又はその混合物が硬材料粒子(H)として使用される、請求項4から6の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
- 前記層(7、7’、7’’、7’’’、10、10’、10’’、10’’’、10IV、10V)又は両方の層(7、7’、7’’、7’’’、10、10’、10’’、10’’’、10IV、10V)が、同一のマトリックス材料を有する、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
- 前記基板(4)は鋼を含む、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
- 前記アルミニウム含有粒子(AL*)は、導電性爆破の結果として、硬度の向上を経ている、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の層システム。
