Description

The present invention relates to a floor material and a method for replacing a part of floor material, and more particularly, to a floor material capable of easily replacing only a part of the floor material after construction of the floor and a method of replacing a part of the floor material. .

The floor construction usually uses a plurality of flooring materials with fruit (male and female seeds) formed on all four sides, and the flooring males are fitted into the female seeds of other flooring materials, and adhesives and It is laid by fixing to the base material with screws. In the floor thus constructed, the floor materials and the floor material and the base material are fixed.

Therefore, even if a scratch such as a dent is found in a part of the flooring after the flooring is constructed, it is difficult to remove only the flooring. For this reason, usually, when repairing such a floor, not only the floor material with a scratch but also a plurality of floor materials from the floor material to the floor material installed near the wall are temporarily removed and there is no damage. It is necessary to reconstruct the flooring.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a partial replacement method for a floor formed by laying a floor material formed with sash around four laps on a floor base surface. The process of removing two sheets of floor material to be pasted from the floor and the adjacent floor material in one longitudinal part of the floor material, two floor materials processed in the short direction Assembling so that they are adjacent to each other in the direction of the direction, and the process of joining the two floor materials from the back so that they can be bent but not separated, in the state where the two joined floor materials are folded, The step of placing in the area from which the flooring has been removed and the step of pressing the two placed floorings against the floor base surface to make it flat are partly replaced on the floor An invention relating to a method is disclosed.

In the invention of Patent Document 1, it is assumed that “two flooring materials treated with the short-side ridge portion are assembled so as to be adjacent to each other in the long-side hood portion”. Prepare two flooring materials, and remove all the short-sided sap (upper and lower two places) on the male sane side and only the back side on the female sane side "(see paragraphs 0008, 0014, etc.) .

In this way, if structural changes are made, such as shortening the actual length of the male fruit or removing it completely, it will be easy to replace some flooring, but the basic structure such as the actual shape If it is mistakenly changed, the basic performance as a flooring material may be adversely affected, such as insufficient strength, unevenness, and floor noise.

For example, a flooring material in which a decorative material having a thickness of about 0.2 to 3.0 mm is attached to the surface of a base material having a thickness of about 6 to 12 mm is used for a directly pasting floor for an apartment. Examples of the base material include plywood, fiberboard (HDF, MDF, etc.), and the like, in which plywood and fiberboard are bonded together. Usually, a material in which a cushioning material such as urethane is attached to the back surface of the base material is used. For this reason, like the invention of the cited document 1, the use of the floor material from which the fruit has been completely removed cannot cause an adverse effect on the basic performance as the floor material, such as a difference in level. .

The present invention has been made to solve such problems of the prior art, and can be used to easily replace only some of the flooring materials after the floor is constructed, and to replace some of the flooring materials. It aims to provide a method.

In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors remove the floor material to be replaced (in some cases, the floor material and the floor material adjacent to the short direction (width direction)) from the existing floor, and remain. Assuming that the corresponding new flooring material is fitted into the space where the floor residue is removed and the base is exposed, a method of re-laying the flooring material was examined.

The two flooring surfaces are temporarily fixed with tape in a state where the longitudinal direction (length direction) of one new flooring material is connected to the longitudinal direction of another new flooring material, and the two sheets If the connecting part of the flooring is in a mountain fold, the male and female in the longitudinal direction and the male in the short direction of the new flooring are respectively replaced with the male and male and male and short in the longitudinal direction of the existing floor. Can be inserted into the female fruit in the hand direction. However, it is not easy to fit the female fruit in the short direction of the new floor material to the male fruit of the existing floor.

Therefore, the present inventors have conducted intensive research and attached a suction cup for transportation to the longitudinal center of one of the two new flooring materials, and by pushing up that portion upward, It has been found that the relative position of the females in the direction can be retracted, and the female fruit in the short direction of the new flooring can be fitted to the males on the existing floor.

According to various studies conducted by the present inventors, when the floor material is partially replaced in accordance with the above method, the lower jaw part of the female body in the short direction of the new floor material comes into contact with the male convex part of the existing floor. It was found that it was difficult to fit the female body in the short direction of the new flooring material to the male body of the existing flooring. Therefore, the present invention was completed by changing the shapes of the male and female berries within a range that does not adversely affect the basic performance of the flooring.

The present invention has been made based on such findings, and the gist of the bonding replacement method part flooring below.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the flooring shown in the drawings. First, the partial flooring replacement method according to the present invention will be described, and then the flooring according to the present invention will be described.

1. Method for Replacing Partial Flooring According to the Present Invention In the method for replacing partial flooring according to the present invention, first, it is necessary to remove a sampling target from an existing floor. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular about the method, For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a cutting means 54, such as a cutter, cuts along the vertical groove 55 of the floor material 50 to be replaced, and the floor material 50 to be replaced. After making it easy to sever along the longitudinal groove, as shown in FIG. 2, the suction cup 51 for transportation is adsorbed on the surface of the floor material 50 to be replaced, and the suction cup 51 for transportation is moved upward in that state. Only the floor material 50 to be replaced can be peeled off without damaging other floor materials that have been constructed.

The process of removing the floor material to be replaced from the existing floor is not limited to the above method, and a cut may be made in a place other than the longitudinal groove or a plurality of cuts may be made in the short direction. There is a risk of scratching the surrounding floor material that is not the replacement floor material. It is preferable to employ the above method that facilitates making a straight cut. Further, as will be described in detail later, it is preferable to provide a back groove on the back surface of the vertical groove.

If the defective flooring is a single piece, the flooring and the two floorings adjacent in the short direction (width direction) are extracted, that is, two floorings adjacent in the short direction are It becomes the floor material to be replaced. On the other hand, if there are two or more defective flooring materials, only the flooring material is removed. That is, one flooring material may be used as a floor material to be replaced, or two flooring materials adjacent to each other in the short direction. The material may be a floor material to be replaced. As will be described in detail later, since the fitting of a new flooring is performed with the two floorings in a mountain fold state, it is necessary that at least one vertical groove exists in the flooring to be replaced. Because there is.

Subsequently, after removing the floor material to be replaced, as shown in FIG. 2, a floor residue 52 such as a cushioning material or an adhesive remains on the upper surface of the base material 53, so a scraper (not shown) or the like. This is removed, the base is smoothed, and then an adhesive is applied to the surface of the base material 53. Such ground treatment is performed in order to improve the adhesiveness of the new flooring. Thus, in the space of the existing floor after removing some floor materials including the floor material to be replaced, two new floor materials are fitted and constructed by the following method.

As two corresponding new floor materials, if there are two floor materials to be replaced, a floor material having the same size as the floor materials to be replaced may be prepared. On the other hand, when the number of floor materials to be replaced is one, a floor material having a size divided by the vertical grooves of the floor materials to be replaced may be prepared. For example, when the floor material to be replaced is a two-layered floor material at equal intervals, a new floor material having the same length as the floor material to be replaced and half the width may be prepared. When the flooring material is a three-layered flooring material with equal intervals, prepare three new flooring materials with the same length as the floor material to be replaced and 1/3 width, or 1/3 width What is necessary is just to prepare 2 sheets of a thing and a 2/3 thing.

As shown in FIG. 3, two new flooring materials 60a and 60b are connected in advance. At this time, in other words, the surface of the two flooring materials 60a and 60b is temporarily fixed with the tape 61 in a state where the female body in the longitudinal direction of one new flooring material 60a is connected to the male body in the longitudinal direction of the other new flooring material 60b. Prepare what you did. In a state in which the connecting portion 62 of the two new flooring materials 60a and 60b is mountain-folded, the male and female berries in the longitudinal direction and the male and female berries in the short direction are respectively replaced with the female and male berries in the longitudinal direction of the existing floor. And it fits into the female fruit in the short direction.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the suction cup 51 for transportation is adsorbed to the longitudinal center of one of the two new flooring materials 60a and 60b (60a in the example shown in FIG. 4). When the longitudinal direction central part 63 of the flooring 60a, 60b is pushed upward, the relative position of the existing floor 64 of the new flooring 60a, 60b to the male in the short direction of the existing floor is retreated ( As a result, it is possible to fit the female body in the short direction of the new floor material to the male body of the existing floor. In this state, the female fruit 64 in the short direction is brought into contact with the male fruit in the short direction of the existing floor, and the female fruit 64 in the short direction of the two new flooring materials 60a and 60b is placed in the short direction of the existing floor. It is possible to replace a part of the existing flooring material with a new flooring material by fitting it in earnest.

In addition, when the female fruit 64 in the short direction of the two floor materials 60a and 60b is fitted into the male fruit in the short direction of the existing floor, the short direction of the connecting portion of the two new floor materials 60a and 60b is used. It is preferable to hit the vicinity 65 of the female fruit with a hammer 66 with a cushioning material. Examples of the hammer with a buffer material include hammers made of rubber or resin. Further, as described above, the flooring material used in the method for replacing a part of the flooring material according to the present invention has sufficient strength not to be broken when lifted by the suction cup 51 for transportation, and has a certain level. It is preferable that the amount of deflection is obtained. Therefore, it is preferable to use a flooring material having a plurality of back grooves provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction on the back surface.

According to the above method, it is possible to easily replace a part of the existing flooring with a new flooring, but normal flooring is not originally intended for replacement in this way. In this case, it may be difficult to fit the female berries 64 in the short direction of the two floor materials 60a and 60b into the male berries in the short direction of the existing floor. However, if the fruit is completely removed as in the invention described in the cited document 1, the basic performance as a flooring material cannot be maintained after fitting. Therefore, the present inventors can easily replace a part of the existing floor material with a new floor material, and as a floor material that can maintain the basic performance as a floor material after fitting, I found a flooring.

2. Floor Material According to the Present Invention As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), the floor material 1 according to the present invention is composed of an upper vertical part 11, a convex part 12, and a lower vertical part 13 at least in the lateral direction. The floor material has a male fruit 10 and a female fruit 20 composed of an upper jaw part 21, a recessed part 22 and a lower jaw part 23.

In addition, what is necessary is just to select an appropriate size according to the floor material to be replaced as mentioned above. For example, the size is 303 mm × 909 mm (so-called 1 × 3 scale), 303 mm × 1818 mm (so-called 1 × 6 scale), and the like. There is no particular limitation on the thickness of the flooring material, but it may be of a thickness that can maintain the basic strength as a flooring material. If it is too thick, the center part in the longitudinal direction of the flooring material will be upward. Since it becomes difficult to push up, the thickness is preferably 5 to 15 mm. A preferable upper limit is 7 mm. Moreover, it is preferable that the back surface of the flooring has a plurality of back grooves provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction.

Although omitted in the figure, the plywood flooring shown in FIG. 5A has, for example, a decorative layer and a plywood layer, and an MDF layer is provided between the decorative layer and the plywood layer as necessary. A buffer material layer may be provided below the plywood layer, and a water shielding layer may be provided below the buffer material layer. Further, the MDF flooring shown in FIG. 5 (b) has a decorative layer and an MDF layer, and if necessary, a resin sheet layer under the MDF layer, and further an MDF layer or a resin sheet layer. A buffer material layer may be provided below, and a water shielding layer may be provided below the buffer material layer.

6 (a) and 6 (b), the lower corner portion 21a of the upper jaw portion 21 of the female body in the other floor material 40 is brought into contact with the upper surface 12a of the male convex portion 12 of the one floor material 30. When the female body of the flooring 40 is fitted into the male body of the flooring 30 by rotating in this state (see FIG. 5B), the upper corner 23a of the lower jaw part 23 is the relative movement of the convex part 12. It is necessary not to interfere. Specifically, the upper corner portion 23a is preferably provided with a tapered portion as shown in FIGS.

Here, the floor material extends when it absorbs moisture in the air. Since this elongation is remarkable in the longitudinal direction, a spacer (usually having a thickness of 0.1 mm) is usually provided between the male fruit in the short direction of one floor and the female fruit in the short direction of the other flooring. (Approx. 3 mm) attached. The spacer is extracted after construction. Therefore, the gap W0 usually corresponds to the thickness of the spacer. And when the overlap width W1 of the convex part 12 and the lower jaw part 23 after construction is small, when the joint part is stepped, the upper jaw part 21 of the female body of the flooring 40 sinks, and the flooring As a result, the basic strength cannot be obtained. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6 (c), when the horizontal gap between the upper vertical part 11 in the one flooring 30 after construction and the upper jaw part 21 in the other flooring 40 is W0, It is necessary that the overlapping width W1 of the convex portion 12 and the lower jaw portion 23 in the horizontal direction is 2 × W0 or more. The width W1 is preferably 0.3 mm or more.

The gap W 0 is preferably 0.1 to 1.0 mm. If it is smaller than 0.1 mm, the upper vertical part of the male and the upper jaw of the female may come into contact with each other when the above elongation occurs, and floor noise may occur. There is a risk of losing aesthetics. However, if the gap W 0 is large, it is more preferable to set the gap W 0 to 0.5 mm or more because it facilitates partial replacement of floor materials.

As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the upper surface position of H0 / 3 in the horizontal direction from the tip of the convex portion 12 (where H0 is the horizontal distance between the tip of the convex portion 12 and the upper vertical portion 11) The distance D1 between the position A ”and the lower corner portion 12b of the convex portion 12 is preferably smaller than the distance D2 between the lower corner portion 21a of the upper jaw portion 21 and the upper corner portion 23a of the lower jaw portion 23. If the floor material satisfies this condition, the lower corner portion 21a of the upper jaw portion 21 of the female floor of the other floor material 40 is in contact with the upper surface 12a of the male convex portion 12 of the floor material 30 (same as above). This is because the upper corner portion 23a of the lower jaw portion 23 does not hinder the movement of the convex portion 12 when the female body of the floor material 40 is fitted into the male body of the floor material 30 by rotating in the figure (b).

In the measurement of the distance D 1 and the distance D 2, lower corners 12b, corner portions 21a and the upper corner portion 23a refers to the apex of each corner portion.

If it is a flooring which has the above structure, a part of flooring of an existing floor can be easily replaced with a new flooring, and the basic performance as a flooring can be maintained after fitting. The flooring according to the present invention is particularly useful when a part of the existing flooring is easily replaced with a new flooring. Needless to say, it can also be used during construction. If the floor groove shown below is provided in this flooring material, the flooring material can be easily divided, so that part of the flooring material can be easily extracted after construction.

(About back groove)
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 11, the flooring 70 of the present invention has a longitudinal groove 71 on the surface 70 a and a back groove 72 on the back surface 70 b, and the back groove 72 is formed on the flooring 70. It is preferable to be formed along the vertical groove 71 at a position corresponding to the vertical groove 71 on the back surface 70b side. Since the flooring 70 having such a configuration can be easily cut along the vertical groove 71 by cutting into the vertical groove 71 by a cutting means such as a cutter, a part of the flooring 70 after construction is provided. The flooring can be easily extracted.

7 to 9 show an example of a two-striped flooring material, it is as described above that the flooring material may have three strips, four strips, or more strips. In the case of a flooring with three or more strips, there are two or more vertical grooves, but it is sufficient that the back groove is formed along any one of the vertical grooves. The back groove is preferably formed so as to extend along the vertical groove located near the center in the width direction. When there are a plurality of vertical grooves, a plurality of back grooves may be formed along all or some of the vertical grooves.

The vertical groove has various shapes such as a V shape, a U shape, and a concave shape. The groove bottom of the vertical groove refers to the deepest part of the groove, and in the case of V-shaped and U-shaped grooves, it is a fine line, and in the case of a concave, it is a thick line. In any case of the vertical groove, the back groove may be formed so as to include most of the groove bottom (80% or more, preferably 90% or more of the whole). Most preferably, the back groove is formed so as to include the entire groove bottom. The back groove may be narrower than the width of the vertical groove in the case of the vertical groove V-type and U-type grooves, but if the vertical groove is a concave groove, the width of the back groove is wider than the width of the vertical groove. It is preferable to do this.

There are various types of base materials for flooring depending on applications and customer specifications. For example, the flooring 80 shown in FIG. 10 is an example of a flooring having a surface layer 73 such as a decorative veneer, a wood fiber layer 74 such as MDF, and a synthetic resin layer 75 such as vinyl chloride. In the flooring 80, vertical grooves 71 are formed on the front surface, and back grooves 72 are formed on the back surface along the vertical grooves 71, as in the above example. In the example shown in FIG. 10, the longitudinal groove 71 is formed so as to penetrate the surface layer 73 of about 0.2 mm and reach the surface layer of the wood fiber layer 74 of about 3 mm, and the back groove 72 is a synthetic resin layer. It is formed within the range of 75 .

A flooring 90 shown in FIG. 11 is an example of a flooring having a surface layer 73 such as a decorative veneer, a wood fiber layer 76 such as HDF, and a plywood layer 77 . In the flooring 90, vertical grooves 71 are formed on the front surface, and back grooves 72 are formed on the back surface along the vertical grooves 71 in the same manner as in the above example. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the longitudinal groove 71 is formed so as to penetrate the surface layer 73 of approximately 0.2 mm and reach the wood fiber layer 76 of approximately 0.5 mm, and the back groove 72 is formed of the plywood layer 77. It is formed within the range.

10 and 11, in the case of the direct pasting floor, a cushion sheet made of urethane or the like is pasted on the back side.

Here, the width and opening angle of the vertical groove 71 depend on the application and customer specifications. On the other hand, the shape of the back groove 72 is not particularly limited, but the distance between the bottom of the vertical groove and the bottom of the back groove (D in FIG. 10 or FIG. 11) is preferably 1 to 5 mm, and the width ( 10 or 11 is preferably 1 to 25 mm.

If the distance between the bottom of the vertical groove and the bottom of the back groove is less than 1 mm, the mechanical strength at the vertical groove is insufficient, and if a heavy load is applied to the vertical groove, problems such as cracking may occur. . On the other hand, if the distance between the bottom of the longitudinal groove and the bottom of the back groove exceeds 5 mm, it becomes difficult to divide the flooring material with a hand tool such as a cutter. Therefore, the distance between the bottom of the longitudinal groove and the bottom of the back groove is preferably 1 to 5 mm. The lower limit is preferably 2 mm. The upper limit is preferably 4 mm, more preferably 3 mm.

When the width of the back groove is less than 1 mm, it may be difficult to divide the flooring if it is slightly displaced when making a cut in the vertical groove. Further, if the width of the back groove exceeds 25 mm, the mechanical strength in the vertical groove portion becomes insufficient, and if a strong load is applied to the vertical groove, problems such as cracking may occur. Therefore, the width of the back groove is preferably 1 to 25 mm. The upper limit is preferably 20 mm, more preferably 15 mm, and even more preferably 10 mm. Further preferred is 5 mm.

After extracting the floor material having the above-mentioned back groove, when extracting a part of the floor material, as shown in FIG. 1 described above, the cutting means 54 such as a cutter is used to cut the vertical part of the floor material 50 to be replaced. The point of making a cut along the groove 55 is the same as in the above example. However, in this example, a back groove is formed on the back surface of the vertical groove, so the object to be replaced is compared with a normal flooring material. There is an advantage that the flooring 50 is easily divided along the longitudinal groove 55 . Thereafter, the process of removing only the floor material to be replaced, the process of removing the floor residue, and the like are the same as in the above example.

According to the flooring of the present invention, since a new flooring can be easily fitted into a space formed by extracting a part of the flooring of an existing floor, the existing flooring is not damaged without damaging the existing flooring. Part of the floor can be replaced with a new flooring material. Moreover, according to the partial flooring replacement method of the present invention, workability when replacing a part of an existing floor with a new flooring is significantly improved. Therefore, even if a defect is found in some flooring after construction, or even if it is damaged by mistake, it can be repaired without removing all the flooring that has already been constructed. It is particularly useful when repairing residential flooring.
