Claims (12)
- ホイールベアリング収容部(11)と、
ステアリングアーム(12)と、
ダンパクランプ(3)を有するスプリングストラット収容部(2)と、
支持リブ(6)と、
を備える、ホイールサスペンション用の旋回軸受(1)であって、
前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)のダンパクランプ(3)は、車両外側(FA)を向いており、かつ前記旋回軸受(1)は、前記ホイールベアリング収容部(11)と前記ダンパクランプ(3)との間の領域に開口(8)を有することを特徴とする旋回軸受。 - 前記支持リブ(6)は、前記ダンパクランプ(3)の締付け要素(13)のための受け面(14)を形成する、請求項1記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)の、車両内側(FI)を向いた側に、少なくとも1つのウェブ(7)が設けられている、請求項1又は2記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)は、2つのウェブ(7)を有する、請求項3記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記ウェブ(7)は、スプリングストラットの中心軸線の周方向で延びる、請求項3又は4記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記ウェブ(7)は、それぞれ、前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)の上端部及び下端部に配置されている、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記旋回軸受(1)は、鋳造部品である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記旋回軸受(1)は、ダクタイル鋳鉄又はアルミニウムからなる、請求項7記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記旋回軸受(1)は、支持構造(9)を有し、該支持構造(9)は、前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)の外径部に、前記支持構造(9)の2つの結合点(10)により配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記支持構造(9)の2つの結合点(10)は、前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)の中心軸線の方向で見て上下に配置されている、請求項9記載の旋回軸受。
- 前記旋回軸受(1)は、自動車のフロントアクスルに用いられるホイールサスペンション用の旋回軸受(1)である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の旋回軸受。
- 請求項1記載の旋回軸受(1)を製造する方法であって、前記ダンパクランプ(3)のスリット(5)を、前記スプリングストラット収容部(2)を旋削することにより開通させることを特徴とする、旋回軸受を製造する方法。
