Description

The present invention relates to a terminal block short-circuit jig for short-circuiting between terminals of a terminal block.

In facilities such as factories and plants, short-circuit jigs are used to perform short-circuit wiring across terminals of terminal blocks that are connection terminals for alarm and signal wiring.

In addition, in the short circuit jig of the block terminal, the short circuit jig is a metal plate provided with through holes according to the interval and number of terminal fittings, a bolt inserted through a coil spring in the through hole, and its rod part It consists of a contact fitting consisting of a nut screwed in, a protrusion with a different protrusion length provided at both ends of the metal plate, and the protrusion is inserted into the hole for fixing the cover of the block terminal, so that the short circuit jig can be connected to the block terminal. It is known that it is fixed to (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the short-circuit jig as described above, since the mounting pitch between terminals in the terminal block is determined in advance, it cannot be applied to a terminal block having a different pitch between terminals. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare (manufacture and arrange) a short-circuit jig with a different pitch when used for a large number of terminal blocks having different pitches between terminals. As a result, in facilities such as factories and plants, when the operator confirms that the terminal block has a different terminal pitch in the field work, it is necessary to arrange a short-circuit jig again, interrupting the wiring work, etc. Therefore, it took time to complete the wiring work. Alternatively, a large number of short-circuit jigs having a plurality of different pitches must be prepared in advance for the terminal blocks having different pitches between the terminals, resulting in a high work cost.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a terminal block short-circuit jig capable of performing short-circuit wiring in accordance with an arbitrary pitch between terminals of a terminal block.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a terminal block short-circuit jig according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. Here, the same or similar parts are denoted by common reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. The following embodiment described here will be described by taking an example of a terminal block short-circuit jig used for an alarm signal line or the like.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a first embodiment of a terminal block short-circuit jig according to the present invention. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the terminal insertion fitting shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged transverse sectional view taken along the line III-III ′ of FIG.

The terminal block short-circuit jig 1a is a short-circuit jig for short-circuiting between arbitrary terminals of the terminal block 30 having the plurality of terminals 31 to 35 and 41 to 45 shown in FIG. In the terminal block 30, the terminal 31 includes, for example, a terminal screw 311 and a sandwiching plate 312. The same applies to the other terminals 32 to 35 and 41 to 45. The terminal block short-circuit jig 1a is used for short-circuiting the terminals such as the plurality of terminals 31 to 35, for example.

As shown in FIG. 1, the terminal block short circuit jig 1a includes a short circuit plate 20, a plurality of terminal insertion fittings 10, and a plurality of fasteners 50 (screws 51 and nuts 61).

The short-circuit plate 20 is formed in a plate shape that is electrically conductive. The short-circuit plate 20 is provided with a notch 21 at the center of the plate shape along the longitudinal direction. In the short-circuit plate 20, two plate-like portions 22 extending in parallel with each other in the longitudinal direction with the notch 21 therebetween are formed so that at least one end is connected. One end of the connection is a connecting portion 23. In addition, the connection part 23 may be provided in the both ends of the two plate-shaped parts 22 extended in parallel with a longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the terminal insertion fitting 10 has a holding portion 13 that can be screwed to an arbitrary terminal of the terminal block 30 at one end, and a through hole 11 that can be screwed to the short-circuit plate 20 at the other end. The provided flat terminal portion 12 is formed. The flat terminal portion 12 and the clamping portion 13 are connected by a metal fitting connecting portion 15. The flat terminal portion 12, the sandwiching portion 13, and the metal fitting connecting portion 15 can be electrically connected.

The clamping portion 13 of the terminal insertion fitting 10 has a portion that can come into contact with one side of the contact surfaces of the terminals 31 to 35 attached to the terminal block 30. The sandwiching portion 13 is formed so as to be thinner than the gap before the terminals 31 to 35 are screwed and cut into, for example, a U-shape 14 so as to be fitted into the terminal block 30. In addition, in FIG. 1, the case where the terminals 31-35 side of the terminal block 30 is short-circuited is shown.

The clamping part 13 of the terminal insertion fitting 10 is sandwiched between the clamping plates 312 of arbitrary terminals 31 to 35 of the terminal block 30, and one end of the terminal insertion fitting 10 is screwed with a terminal screw 311. Thereby, the end of the terminal insertion metal fitting 10 and the arbitrary terminals 31 to 35 of the terminal block 30 holding the terminal insertion metal 10 are fixed while maintaining contact.

At the other end of the terminal insertion fitting 10, as described above, the through hole 11 that can be screwed to the short-circuit plate 20 is provided in the flat terminal portion 12.

As shown in FIG. 3, the flat terminal portion 12 is fixed to the short-circuit plate 20 by passing through the through-hole 11 and the notch 21 of the short-circuit plate 20 with a screw 51, and a nut 61 on the surface passing through the short-circuit plate 20. Thus, the fastener 50 is screwed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the stopper 50 is formed so that it can be screwed through the through hole 11 of the terminal insertion fitting 10 and the notch 21 of the short-circuit plate 20. The diameter of the screw 51 in the stopper 50 is smaller than the gap width of the notch 21.

The short-circuit plate 20 is clamped by a stopper 50 formed by screws 51 and nuts 61. Thereby, the other end of the terminal insertion metal fitting 10 and the short circuit board 20 are fixed while maintaining contact. The stopper 50 can be finely adjusted to the longitudinal position of the notch 21 until it is screwed by the nut 61.

As described above, the holding portion 13 of the terminal insertion fitting 10 is aligned with the arbitrary terminals 31 to 35 of the terminal block 30, one end of the terminal insertion fitting 10 is screwed, and the through hole 11 of the terminal insertion fitting 10 and the short-circuit plate The other end of the terminal insertion fitting 10 is brought into contact with the short-circuit plate 20 through the notch 21 of the 20 and screwed.

By attaching the terminal block short circuit jig 1a as described above, the short circuit plate 20 and the terminal insertion fitting 10 fixed thereto can be conducted. Moreover, since the terminal insertion metal fitting 10 can be stopped at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the notch 21, any terminals in the terminals 31 to 35 of the terminal block 30 can be short-circuited.

Further, the terminal insertion fitting 10 of the terminal block short-circuiting jig 1a can be easily connected to a terminal that needs to be short-circuited, and the terminals connected to the terminal insertion fitting 10 via the short-circuit plate 20 are short-circuited together. can do.

By using the terminal block short circuit jig 1a, the mounting pitch of the terminal block 30 to the terminal can be made arbitrary, so that it can be applied to many types of terminal blocks 30, and a short circuit jig with a different pitch can be used. It is not necessary to prepare.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, the short-circuit wiring can be attached according to an arbitrary pitch between the terminals of the terminal block.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the second embodiment of the terminal block short-circuit jig according to the present invention.

In the terminal block short-circuit jig of the first embodiment, the form of attachment to one terminal block has been described, but in this embodiment, a form of connection by attaching to a plurality of terminal blocks will be described.

The terminal block short circuit jig 1b is, for example, a short circuit jig capable of easily connecting the short circuit wires in the terminal blocks 30A and 30B shown in FIG. In the present embodiment, the short-circuit plate 20 (for example, FIG. 1) can be cut vertically at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of short-circuit plates 20A attached to each of the plurality of terminal blocks 30A and the terminal blocks 30B. And 20B, the short-circuit plate 20C (other than the short-circuit plates 20A and 20B) cut to a length corresponding to the distance between the terminal block 30A and the terminal block 30B is connected to the transition wiring for the short-circuit plates 20A and 20B. It can be used as a short circuit plate (20C) for connecting wiring. Hereinafter, an example of this embodiment will be described.

The length of the short-circuit plate 20 (FIG. 1) in the longitudinal direction is manufactured in advance with a predetermined length corresponding to the width of the terminal block 30 (for example, FIG. 1) to be short-circuited (length corresponding to the terminal arrangement direction). The The short-circuit plate 20 can be easily manufactured by, for example, pressing a metal plate.

The manufactured short-circuit plate 20 can be easily cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction.

Although each short circuit board 20A, 20B, 20C of this embodiment differs in length, the structure is the same as that of the short circuit board 20 of 1st Embodiment.

For example, in the terminal block 30A (terminals 31A to 35A, 41A to 45A), the terminal insertion fitting 10 is sandwiched between terminals that need to be short-circuited. Furthermore, a short-circuit plate 20A is attached to the terminal block 30A.

また、端子台30B(端子31Bおよび32B、41Bおよび42B)にも、短絡が必要な端子に端子挿入金具10が挟持される。 In addition, the terminal insertion fitting 10 is sandwiched between terminals that need to be short-circuited also in the terminal block 30B (terminals 31B and 32B, 41B and 42B). Further, a short-circuit plate 20B is attached to the terminal block 30B.

In this embodiment, with respect to the two short-circuit plates 20A and 20B connecting the short-circuit plates, one notch of the short-circuit plate 20C for connecting wires and one side of the cross-connect wires of the two short-circuit plates 20A and 20B. Together with the notch 21A of the short-circuit plate 20A, it is screwed with one stopper 50. In addition, the notch 21C of the shorting plate 20C for connecting wires and the notch 21B of the other shorting plate 20B on the other side of the connecting wires among the two shorting plates 20A and 20B are combined with another stopper 50. Screw on.

For example, it may be necessary to perform wiring between the two installed terminal blocks 30A and 30B in a short circuit operation at the site. Even in such a case, the operator can make the short-circuit plate 20A manufactured at a predetermined length in response to the work site to be longer than the interval between the two terminal blocks 30A and 30B to be installed. It can be used by cutting according to the dimensions. It is assumed that, by this cutting, for example, a cut short circuit board (hereinafter, referred to as a short circuit board for connecting wiring) 20C is obtained.

When connecting the short-circuit plate 20A attached to the terminal block 30A and the short-circuit plate 20B attached to the terminal block 30B using the short-circuit plate 20C for cross-wiring, the following work is performed as a crossover wiring.

The wiring wiring short-circuit plate 20C is screwed at least at the following two locations by a stopper plate 52 formed of a flat plate provided with the stopper 50 and a through hole.

The plane of the plate-like portion 22C and the plane of the plate-like portion 22A are aligned so that the cutout 21C of the short-circuit board 20C for crossover and the cutout 21A on one side of the crossover boards 20A and 20B overlap. And screw it. Further, one plane of the plate-like portion 22C and the plate-like portion 22B are overlapped with each other so that the cutout 21C of the shorting plate 20C for connecting wiring and the cutout 21B on the other side of the shorting plates 20A and 20B overlap. Screw together with the other plane.

As a result, the short-circuit plates 20A and 20B can be electrically conducted by the short-circuit plate 20C for crossover wiring used as the crossover wiring.

As explained above, it is only necessary to cut the manufactured shorting plate to the necessary length for crossover wiring without arranging many kinds of shorting plate lengths. Can be used to connect the short-circuit wiring in the terminal block.

According to 2nd Embodiment, according to the pitch between the terminals of a terminal block, a short circuit wiring can be attached in arbitrary positions. Furthermore, the short-circuit wiring in the plurality of terminal blocks can be easily connected.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the third embodiment of the terminal block short-circuit jig according to the present invention. 6 is a side view of the short-circuit plate shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 7 is a front view of the short-circuit plate shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 8 is a plan view of the short-circuit plate shown in FIG. FIG. 9 is a plan view showing attachment of the terminal block short-circuit jig shown in FIG. 5 to the terminal block. The configuration of the third embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 to 9 and other drawings.

The terminal block short circuit jig 1c is a short circuit jig for short-circuiting between arbitrary terminals of the terminal block 30 having a plurality of terminals 31 to 35 shown in FIG. 9, for example. As shown in FIG. 5, the terminal block short circuit jig 1 c includes a short circuit plate 70 and a plurality of terminal insertion fittings 80.

5 is a side view of FIG. 6 (viewed from the X direction of FIG. 5), a front view of FIG. 7 (viewed from the Y direction of FIG. 5), and a plan view of FIG. 8 (Z of FIG. 5). It is the shape shown in the figure seen from the direction.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, the short-circuit plate 70 is formed by connecting a plate-like portion 71 and a plate-like portion 72 facing each other along a plane in a longitudinal direction by a connecting portion 74 with a predetermined interval. ing. The short-circuit plate 70 can be electrically connected. Further, the short-circuit plate 70 is provided with a groove portion 73 in the vicinity of the center of the plate-like portion 71 along the longitudinal direction. The groove 73 is formed with a groove for slidably moving the protrusion 81 of the terminal insertion fitting 80 before the short-circuit plate 70 is crimped.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the terminal insertion fitting 80, a clamping portion 83 that can be screwed to an arbitrary terminal of the terminal block 30 is formed at one end, and is clamped by a short-circuit plate 70 at the other end. A flat terminal portion 82 and a protruding portion 81 are formed. The flat terminal portion 82 and the clamping portion 83 are connected by a metal fitting connecting portion 85. The protruding portion 81, the flat terminal portion 82, the clamping portion 83, and the metal fitting connecting portion 85 can be electrically connected.

The protruding portion 81 is formed to protrude in the shape of a mountain at the center of one side of the flat terminal portion 82. The height of the protrusion 81 is higher than the depth of the groove of the groove 73. Further, the width of the protrusion 81 is approximately the same as the width of the groove 73. The protrusion 81 is formed in a hemispherical shape as shown in FIG. 5, but may have a hook shape (not shown) extending linearly along the groove 73.

The flat terminal portion 82 is thick enough to be inserted at a predetermined interval between the plate-like portion 71 and the plate-like portion 72 in the short-circuit plate 70 before crimping. After crimping of the short-circuit plate 70, the flat terminal portion 82 is a portion that is sandwiched between the plate-like portion 71 and the plate-like portion 72m (FIG. 13).

The clamping portion 83 has a portion that can contact one side of the contact surfaces of the terminals 31 to 35 attached to the terminal block 30. The sandwiching portion 83 is formed with a thin wall thickness, for example, a U-shape 84 so that it can be inserted into the sandwiching plate 312 of the terminal block 30.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing attachment of the terminal insertion fitting 80 to the short-circuit plate 70 shown in FIG. FIG. 11 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line XI-XI ′ in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the protrusion 81 of the terminal insertion fitting 80 is aligned with the groove 73 of the short-circuit plate 70, and the flat terminal 82 is slid along the longitudinal direction from the lateral direction (X direction shown in FIG. 5). Insert between the plate-like portion 71 and the plate-like portion 72 so as to do so.

As shown in FIG. 9, all inserted terminal insertion fittings 80 are moved along the groove 73 to the terminal position of the terminal block 30 that needs to be short-circuited.

The clamping part 83 is inserted into any terminal 31 to 35 of the terminal block 30 in accordance with the U-shape 84 of the terminal insertion fitting 80. The clamping portion 83 is sandwiched between the clamping plates 312 of the terminals 31 to 35, and one end of the terminal insertion fitting 80 is screwed with a terminal screw 311. As a result, one end of the terminal insertion fitting 80 and the terminal of the terminal block 30 holding the terminal insertion fitting 80 are fixed while maintaining an electrically conductive contact.

FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a method for crimping the short-circuit plate 70 shown in FIG. FIG. 13 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the short-circuit plate 70 shown in FIG. 11 after being crimped.

The crimping tool 2 shown in FIG. 12 is mainly for crimping the short-circuit plate 70 (before crimping) shown in FIG. The crimping tool 2 is provided with a mountain-shaped portion 201 having two mountain-shaped protrusions and a flat-shaped portion 202 having a flat shape at the crimping portion. A part of the short-circuit plate 70 is sandwiched between the mountain-shaped portion 201 and the flat portion 202 in accordance with the position where the flat terminal portion 82 of the terminal insertion fitting 80 to be crimped is sandwiched, and the plate-like portion 72 ( A part of FIG. 11) is plastically deformed to become a plate-like portion 72m (FIG. 13).

As shown in FIG. 13, the plate-like portion 72 can be plastically deformed (plate-like portion 72m) in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the plate-like portion 72 (Z direction shown in FIG. 5) by the crimping tool 2, for example. Yes. After the crimping, the protruding portion 81 and the flat terminal portion 82 of the terminal insertion fitting 80 are sandwiched between the plate-like portion 71 and the plate-like portion 72m.

In the state of being sandwiched by this crimping, the flat terminal portion 82, the plate-like portion 71, and the plate-like portion 72m are kept in contact so as to be electrically conductive. Thereby, the short circuit board 70 and the other end of the terminal insertion metal fitting 80 can be conducted.

As described above, the terminal insertion fitting 80 of the terminal block short-circuit jig 1c can be easily connected to a terminal that needs to be short-circuited, and the terminal connected to the terminal insertion fitting 80 via the short-circuit plate 70 can be connected. Can be short-circuited at once.

As described above, since the terminal insertion fitting 80 can be crimped to an arbitrary position of the short-circuit plate 70, the short-circuit wiring can be attached to an arbitrary position according to the pitch between the terminals of the terminal block 30.

According to the third embodiment, the short-circuit wiring can be attached according to an arbitrary pitch between the terminals of the terminal block.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 14: is a perspective view which shows the structure of 4th Embodiment of the terminal block short circuit jig which concerns on this invention.

In the third embodiment described above, an embodiment in which the terminal block 30 is attached to one terminal block 30 has been described, but the case of short-circuit wiring straddling the terminal blocks will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 14, when the short-circuit wiring straddles the terminal block 30dA and the terminal block 30dB, the short-circuit wiring is applied to the plurality of terminal blocks 30dA and the terminal block 30dB using the same terminal block short-circuit jig 1d. Can do.

In the terminal block short-circuit jig 1d, the length of the short-circuit plate 70d in the longitudinal direction is, for example, sufficiently long in advance so that short-circuit wiring across the plurality of terminal blocks 30dA and the terminal block 30dB is possible. The short-circuit plate 70d can be easily manufactured by pressing a metal plate.

Further, the manufactured short-circuit plate 70d can be cut in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, it is possible to cope with short-circuit wiring straddling the terminal blocks 30dA and 30dB without arranging many types of lengths of the short-circuit plate 70d.

For example, it may be necessary to perform wiring between the two installed terminal blocks 30dA and 30dB in a short circuit operation at the site. In such a case, the operator cuts and uses the short-circuit plate 70d manufactured with a predetermined length to the combined width of the two installed terminal blocks 30dA and 30dB. Can do.

As described above, the short-circuit plate 70d may be cut to a required length without arranging many types of the short-circuit plate 70d. Short-circuit wiring can be applied to the terminal block 30dA and the terminal block 30dB.

According to the fourth embodiment, the short-circuit wiring can be attached at an arbitrary position according to the pitch between the terminals of the terminal block. Furthermore, it is possible to easily perform short-circuit wiring in a plurality of terminal blocks.

[Fifth Embodiment]
FIG. 15: is a perspective view which shows the structure of 5th Embodiment of the terminal block short circuit jig which concerns on this invention. FIG. 16 is an enlarged perspective view of the terminal insertion fitting shown in FIG.

In the fourth embodiment, the form in which the terminal block short-circuit jig 1d is used with one system of short-circuit wiring has been described, but in this embodiment, the form in which the terminal block short-circuit jig 1e is used with two systems of short-circuit wiring will be described. .

As shown in FIG. 15, the terminal block short circuit jig 1 e includes short circuit plates 70 e and 70 f and a plurality of terminal insertion fittings 90. For example, the short-circuit plate 70e (70f) has the same structure as the above-described short-circuit plates 20, 20A, 20B, 70, and 70d. Although not shown, an insulating sheet such as a resin having electrical insulation is pasted between the short-circuit plate 70e and the short-circuit plate 70f.

For example, when the short-circuit wiring of the short-circuit plate 70f is divided into one system based on the short-circuit wiring of the short-circuit plate 70e and connected as another system, as shown in FIG. Two systems of short-circuit wiring can be provided by arranging the short-circuit plate 70f side by side in the vertical direction so that the groove 73f is on the lower side (for example, the gravitational direction).

As shown in FIG. 15, a plate-like portion 72e is disposed in parallel to and above the plate-like portion 71e, and the plate-like portion 71e and the plate-like portion 72e are connected by a connecting portion 74e. . Similarly, a plate-like portion 72f is arranged in parallel to and above the plate-like portion 71f, and the plate-like portion 71f and the plate-like portion 72f are connected by a connecting portion 74f.

As shown in FIG. 16, in the terminal insertion fitting 90, a clamping portion 93 that can be screwed to an arbitrary terminal of the terminal block 30e is formed at one end. The clamping part 93 has a part that can contact one side of the contact surfaces of the terminals 31e to 34e attached to the terminal block 30e. The sandwiching portion 93 is thin and formed, for example, in a U-shape 94 so that it can be inserted into any terminal of the terminal block 30e.

In the terminal insertion fitting 90, a flat terminal portion 92 and a protruding portion 91 are formed at the other end so as to be sandwiched by crimping a short-circuit plate 70e (70f).

The flat terminal portion 92 is thick enough to be inserted at a predetermined interval between the plate-like portion 71e (71f) and the plate-like portion 72e (72f) in the short-circuit plate 70e (70f) before crimping. After crimping the short-circuit plate 70e, the flat terminal portion 92 is a portion that is sandwiched between the plate-like portion 71e and the plate-like portion 72e.

The flat terminal portion 92 and the sandwiching portion 93 are connected by a metal fitting connecting portion 95. The metal fitting connecting portion 95 is formed by being bent into a Z shape at a right angle. Thereby, even if the short-circuit plate 70e and the short-circuit plate 70f are arranged side by side in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 15, the short-circuit plate 70e and the short-circuit plate 70f are crimped to the necessary terminals of the terminal block 30e. The terminal insertion fitting 90 can be attached.

The protruding portion 91, the flat terminal portion 92, the sandwiching portion 93, and the metal fitting connecting portion 95 as described above can be electrically connected.

Below, an example of the working method with the short circuit wiring of the short circuit board 70f shown in FIG. 15 and the short circuit wiring of the short circuit board 70e is demonstrated.

First, the protrusion 91 of the terminal insertion fitting 90 is aligned with the groove 73e of the short-circuit plate 70e, and the flat terminal portion 92 is slid from the lateral direction along the longitudinal direction between the plate-like portion 71e and the plate-like portion 72e. insert. As shown in FIG. 15, all the inserted terminal insertion fittings 90 are moved along the groove 73e to the terminal position of the terminal block 30e that needs to be short-circuited. The terminal block 30e is temporarily fixed to a terminal that needs to be short-circuited, and the necessary portion of the short-circuit plate 70e is crimped. After crimping, the temporary fixing is removed and the short-circuit plate 70e is removed.

Next, the protrusion 91 of the terminal insertion fitting 90 is aligned with the groove 73f of the short-circuit plate 70f, and the flat terminal portion 92 is slid from the lateral direction along the longitudinal direction between the plate-like portion 71f and the plate-like portion 72f. Insert into. As shown in FIG. 15, all the inserted terminal insertion fittings 90 are moved along the groove 73f to the terminal position of the terminal block 30e that needs to be short-circuited. The terminal block 30e is screwed to a terminal that needs to be short-circuited, and the necessary portion of the short-circuit plate 70f is crimped.

Next, the removed short-circuit plate 70e is screwed to the terminal block 30e. At this time, an insulating sheet such as an electrically insulating resin is pasted between the short-circuit plate 70e and the short-circuit plate 70f. Thereby, the short circuit board 70e and the short circuit board 70f can be insulated, and two systems of short circuit wiring can be given to the one terminal block 30e.

According to the fifth embodiment, the short-circuit wiring can be attached at an arbitrary position according to the pitch between the terminals of the terminal block. Further, two systems of short-circuit wiring can be easily applied to one terminal block.
