超吸収性ポリマーで処理した非導電性基板

Claims (40)
- 抗微生物性医療用具の製造方法であって、
非導電性材料を用意し;
非導電性材料の表面を、表面に超吸収性ポリマーを沈着させることにより処理し;
処理した表面を沈着制御剤の存在下で銀塩の水溶液に曝すことにより金属銀を沈着させ;そして
金属銀を、白金族金属および金を含む群から選択される安定化量の1種類以上の金属で処理し、これにより、金属銀を含む、密着性で、薄く、均一で、透明な、抗微生物性、生体適合性コーティングを得る、ことを含む方法。 - 非導電性材料の表面の処理が、表面に超吸収性ポリマーを沈着させること、および表面を膨潤剤に曝すことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 表面に超吸収性ポリマーを沈着させることと表面を膨潤剤に曝すことを同時に実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 表面に超吸収性ポリマーを沈着させることと表面を膨潤剤に曝すことを連続して実施する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超吸収性ポリマーを、架橋C10−30アルキルアクリレートコポリマーの水溶液から表面に沈着させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 架橋C10−30アルキルアクリレートコポリマーの水溶液がさらにラテックスを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 水溶液がさらに塩化ナトリウムおよび水酸化カリウムを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 水溶液が、約0.1から約1.0重量部までの塩化ナトリウム、約0.05から約1.0重量部までの超吸収性ポリマー、約0.1から約10重量部までの水酸化カリウム、および約10から約50重量部までのラテックスを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 抗微生物性医療用具の製造方法であって、
非導電性材料を用意し;
非導電性材料の表面を、表面を膨潤剤に曝すことにより処理し;
処理した表面を沈着制御剤の存在下で銀塩の水溶液に曝すことにより金属銀を沈着させ;そして
金属銀を、白金族金属および金を含む群から選択される安定化量の1種類以上の金属で処理し、これにより、金属銀を含む、密着性で、薄い、均一で、透明な、抗微生物性、生体適合性コーティングを得る、ことを含む方法であって、その際、膨潤剤が銀塩の水溶液とは異なる溶液に含有されている方法。 - 膨潤剤がアルコール類および/または水混和性溶剤である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- アルコール類が、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール異性体、ブタノール異性体、ペンタノール異性体、およびその組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 水混和性溶剤が、アセトン、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、アセトニトリル、およびその組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 表面の処理と金属銀の沈着を同時に実施し、その際、膨潤剤が銀塩の水溶液に含有されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 表面の処理と金属銀の沈着を連続して実施する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 銀塩の水溶液と異なる溶液に含有されている膨潤剤と同一または異なる膨潤剤が銀塩の水溶液に含有されている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- さらに、塩基に、または塩素を放出するように構成された化合物に、表面を曝すことにより、非導電性材料の表面を活性化することを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 塩基が水酸化物である、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 水酸化物が水酸化ナトリウムまたは水酸化カリウムである、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 塩素を放出するように構成された化合物が塩化第一スズである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 非導電性表面がラテックスを含み、方法がさらに次亜塩素酸ナトリウムに表面を曝すことにより非導電性材料の表面を活性化することを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非導電性表面がラテックスを含み、方法がさらに活性化用アルコール性塩基溶液に表面を曝すことにより非導電性材料の表面を活性化することを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- さらに、銀コーティングを脱イオン水中ですすぎ、そしてコーティングを乾燥させることを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 沈着制御剤が、クエン酸ナトリウム、酢酸ナトリウム、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、アンモニア、およびその組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 白金族金属が白金またはパラジウムである、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 白金族金属を金と組み合わせる、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 沈着を還元剤の不存在下で実施する、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非導電性基板がラテックスである、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 非導電性基板がシリコーンである、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 抗微生物性医療用具がフォーリーカテーテルである、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された抗微生物性医療用具であって、用具の最上層が超吸収性ポリマー及び吸着された銀を含む抗微生物性医療用具。
- 最上層がシリコーンまたはラテックスの多孔層を含む、請求項30に記載の抗微生物性医療用具。
- 多孔層が膨潤剤への暴露により形成された、請求項30に記載の抗微生物性医療用具。
- 用具が架橋C10−30アルキルアクリレートコポリマーを含む最上層を含み、その内部および上に銀が取り込まれた、抗微生物性医療用具。
- さらに、最上層の下にラテックス層を含む、請求項33に記載の抗微生物性医療用具。
- 用具がフォーリーカテーテルである、請求項33に記載の抗微生物性医療用具。

- 用具がフォーリーカテーテルである、請求項36に記載の抗微生物性医療用具。
- その内部および上に銀が取り込まれた架橋C10−30アルキルアクリレートコポリマーを含む、抗微生物性医療用具のためのコーティング。
