Description
A2に詳細に説明されているように、小葉の側縁部を、例えば、動作弁を形成するように、確実にインプラント1の内部に留めるために、ポスト12にコード又は紐を通すために用いることができる。なお、本発明によれば、(任意の形状及び寸法を有する)開口部13を一列に設けることも考えられる。2列よりも1列とすることにより、より幅の狭いポストを設計することが可能であり好都合である。ポスト12の幅を狭くすることにより、インプラントをより開放した形で、さらにより柔軟に設計することができ、インプラントの機能的に効果的な部分のためにより広い空間を設けることができる。

Claims (10)
- インプラント(1)を送達するカテーテル(5)又はカテーテルの部分であって、当該インプラント(1)は当該カテーテル(5)の一部分又は外部面(23)に脱着可能な状態で固定又はクリンプされ、埋め込み部位に送達されるものであって、当該インプラント(1)は、長さ方向軸(19)と、当該長さ方向軸(19)に対して垂直な半径方向とを有し、
当該インプラント(1)は、
第1部分(31)を有する第1構造要素と、第2部分(33)を有する第2構造要素とを有し、当該第1構造要素および/又は前記第2構造要素は、体内血管の一部又は患者の心臓の一部においてインプラント(1)の直径を変化させるための糸(15a、15b)を案内するための案内構造であり、
当該第1構造要素と当該第2構造要素との間に、当該第1構造要素と当該第2構造要素との間の距離を保つために配置された1つあるいは複数の相互接続要素とを有し、
当該第1及び当該第2部分(31、33)は、当該長さ方向軸(19)に関して、1つあるいは複数の当該相互接続要素の第3部分(24)に比べて、より中心に近く配置され、1つあるいは複数の又は全ての当該相互接続要素と前記カテーテル(5)の外部面(23)との間に第1間隙(d1)が残り、当該インプラント(1)は当該カテーテル(5)上でクリンピング状態又は送達状態にあり、そして
当該第1構造要素及び当該第2構造要素は少なくとも第4部分(25)を有し、当該第4部分は1つあるいは複数の当該相互接続要素の第3部分(24)よりも、前記長さ方向軸(19)に対してより中心から距離を置いて配置されており、当該カテーテル(5)上のクリンピング状態において、1つあるいは複数の又は全ての当該相互接続要素と、インプラント(1)を覆うスリーブ(27)の内部面との間に、第2間隙が残るように構成されている、
ことを特徴とするインプラント(1)を送達するカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。 - 前記相互接続要素は、2つ又はそれ以上の数の等間隔に配置された特定のポスト(12)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記相互接続要素はメッシュである、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 少なくとも1つあるいは複数の前記相互接続要素は、前記第1及び前記第2構造要素を互いに接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記相互接続要素はインプラント(1)内に配置されたポスト(12)であって、当該ポストは前記インプラント(1)の、インプラント(1)が完全に拡張した状態、インプラント(1)が完全にクリンピングした状態、カテーテル(5)により埋め込みに送達した際のインプラント(1)が完全にクリンピングした状態、の少なくとも1つの状態に応じて、前記長さ方向軸に対して平行に伸びる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 作用する外圧のために内部空間又は内部容量の直径又は半径状拡張が減少した状態において、前記第3部分(24)は、前記長さ方向軸(19)に対して、前記第1部分及び/又は前記第2部分(31、33)よりもより中心に近く設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記作用した外圧のために前記内部空間の直径又は半径状拡張が減少した状態とは、完全にクリンピングした状態であるか、あるいは前記インプラント(1)が埋め込まれるためにクリンピングを完了した状態である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記作用した外圧のために前記内部空間の直径又は半径状拡張が減少した状態とは、前記第1及び/又は前記第2部分(31、33)がカテーテール(5)の外部面(23)に接触している、インプラント(1)のクリンピング状態である、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記インプラント(1)の外側面を覆うスリーブ(27)を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
- 前記インプラント(1)は心臓弁であるか、又は心臓弁を含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載のカテーテル又はカテーテルの部分。
