Claims (12)
- 被接合部材を接合する摩擦攪拌接合方法において、加熱熱源で前記被接合部材を加熱する工程と、加熱された前記被接合部材の表面を平滑部品で均す工程と、均された前記被接合部材の表面を回転工具で摩擦攪拌接合する工程とを備えることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記均す工程は、前記平滑部品を前記被接合部材に摺動させることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記均す工程は、前記平滑部品を前記被接合部材に接触させながら転がすことを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記加熱する工程は不活性ガス中であることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記加熱する工程はアーク放電を用いることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記加熱する工程はアーク放電を用い、入熱量が1kJ/cm以上であることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 請求項1において、前記被接合部材は鉄鋼、Ti、Ti合金、Zr、Zr合金、Ni合金、Nb合金のいずれかであることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合方法。
- 被接合部材を接合する摩擦攪拌接合装置において、前記被接合部材を加熱する加熱熱源と、加熱された前記被接合部材の表面を均す平滑部品と、均された前記被接合部材の表面を摩擦攪拌する回転工具とを備えることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
- 請求項8において、前記平滑部品は前記被接合部材と摺動する摺動面を備えることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
- 請求項8において、前記平滑部品は前記被接合部材と接触しながら回転する回転体を備えることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
- 請求項8において、前記加熱熱源は不活性ガスを閉じ込めるシールドを備えることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
- 請求項8において、前記加熱熱源はアーク放電であることを特徴とする摩擦攪拌接合装置。
