Claims (4)
- キャビティ主面を構成するコアブロックが他方の金型との当接面を備える複数の可動ブロックに対して型開閉方向に相対的に移動可能な圧縮成形金型と射出圧縮成形機の台盤の間に取付けられ、前記可動ブロックのうち射出圧を相対的に強く受けるランナ形成面も備えるブロックのみを前方に向けて押圧する押圧機構が備えられたことを特徴とする射出圧縮成形機のサポートプレート。
- 前記ランナを形成するブロックは、2面のコアブロックの中間に設けられたセンターブロックであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出圧縮成形機のサポートプレート。
- キャビティ主面を構成するコアブロックが他方の金型との当接面を備える複数の可動ブロックに対して相対的に移動可能な圧縮成形金型が台盤に取付けられ、前記台盤または前記台盤に付設される部材(金型を除く部材)に前記可動ブロックのうち射出圧を相対的に強く受けるランナ形成面も備えるブロックのみを前方に向けて押圧する押圧機構が備えられたことを特徴とする射出圧縮成形機。
- 前記押圧機構は、成形品の突出機構を兼用したものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の射出圧縮成形機。
