Claims (13)
- 複数枚の金属製仕切板(10)を各仕切板間に熱交換通路のための通路層が形成されるように互いに間隔をあけて積層配置し、各仕切板の少なくとも両縁部で前記通路層をそれぞれ金属製サイドバー(11)によって閉鎖状に制限し、各仕切板(10)と各サイドバー(11)との間の接触面を封止状に鑞付け接合することにより前記仕切板の積層体からなる熱交換ブロック(2)を製作し、この熱交換ブロック(2)に熱伝達流体給排用のヘッダ(5a、5b)を取り付けてプレート式熱交換器(1)を製造するに際し、前記ヘッダの取り付け前に前記熱交換ブロック(2)に予め金属製中間部材(3)を鑞付け接合し、その後、この中間部材(3)に前記ヘッダ(5a、5b)を溶接し、前記中間部材(3)は、扁平であり、6mm〜10mmの厚みを有する枠体から成っており、
中間部材(3)の輪郭形状を熱交換ブロック(2)からフライス加工又は別の切削加工法を用いて切り抜き、鑞材を被着した中間部材(3)を熱交換ブロック(2)の切り抜かれた部分に嵌合させ、しかる後、この中間部材(3)を熱交換ブロック(2)に鑞付けすることを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器の製造法。 - 各仕切板(10)の間に金属製の波板又は異形形材からなる通路構造体(9)を介装してから各仕切板(10)と各通路構造体(9)と各サイドバー(11)との間の接触面を封止状に鑞付け接合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱交換ブロック(2)を形成する前記積層体の少なくとも積層高さ方向の両端に位置する表裏面をそれぞれ蓋板(12)で閉鎖状に覆う工程を更に含み、この蓋板に前記中間部材を接合することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 蓋板(12)は、仕切り板(10)よりも大きな厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 中間部材(3)に前記ヘッダ(5a、5b)の開口形状に対応する開口を設けておくことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 中間部材(3)を、スポット溶接により仮固定することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 中間部材(3)を、熱交換ブロック(2)内の熱交換通路のうち、プレート式熱交換器(1)の実際の使用時に流体が流されないダミー通路となる熱交換通路上の位置に配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱交換ブロック(2)の組立のための鑞付けと中間部材(3)の鑞付けに同一種の鑞材を使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 仕切板(10)、サイドバー(11)、中間部材(3)、又はヘッダ(5a、5b)として、特殊鋼、耐熱鋼、モリブデン鋼、又はクロムニッケル鋼製のものを使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 蓋板(12)は、特殊鋼又は耐熱鋼から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4記載の方法。
- 波板又は異形形材は、特殊鋼又は耐熱鋼から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 中間部材(3)とヘッダ(5a、5b)の一方又は双方を、プレート式熱交換器(1)の残りの部分とは別の材料で構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 仕切板(10)に、熱交換ブロック(2)の内部で肉厚の異なる部分を設けておくことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
