Description
Claims (11)
- 角膜片をマーキングするための装置であって、
複数の超短パルスを有するパルスレーザー照射を用いて眼の角膜の中に前記角膜片をマーキングするように構成されたレーザー装置であって、前記パルスレーザー照射の焦点を制御するように構成された1つ以上の制御可能な構成要素を含む、レーザー装置と、
制御コンピュータであって、
前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に角膜片マーキングを作製し、
前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に前記角膜片を作製するように、前記1つ以上の制御可能な構成要素を指示するように構成される、制御コンピュータと、を備え、
前記制御コンピュータは、
前記角膜片の角膜片深さを決定することと、
前記角膜片マーキングのマーキング深さを、前記角膜片深さよりも50〜300マイクロメートル(μm)深く計算することと、
前記角膜片の角膜片外周形状を決定することと、
前記角膜片外周形状と実質的に一致する前記角膜片マーキングのマーキング外周形状を確立することと、により、前記角膜片マーキングを作製するように前記1つ以上の制御可能な構成要素を指示するように構成される、装置。 - 前記制御コンピュータは、
前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に皮弁を作製するように、前記1つ以上の制御可能な構成要素を指示するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記制御コンピュータは、
前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に除去切開を作製するように、前記1つ以上の制御可能な構成要素を指示するようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - マーキング幅が0.5〜300マイクロメートル(μm)である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- マーキング高さが1〜100マイクロメートル(μm)である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 超短パルスが1ナノ秒未満である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- コンピュータによって実行された時に、
複数の超短パルスを有するパルスレーザー照射の焦点を制御し、
角膜片をマーキングするために、パルスレーザー照射で眼の角膜の中に角膜片マーキングを作製し、
前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に前記角膜片を作製するように構成される、角膜片をマーキングするためのコンピュータコードを記憶し、
前記角膜片マーキングを作製することは、
前記角膜片の角膜片深さを決定することと、
前記角膜片マーキングのマーキング深さを、前記角膜片深さよりも50〜300マイクロメートル(μm)深く計算することと、
前記角膜片の角膜片外周形状を決定することと、
前記角膜片外周形状と実質的に一致する前記角膜片マーキングのマーキング外周形状を確立することと、を含む、1つ以上の有形のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に皮弁を作製するようさらに構成される、請求項7に記載の媒体。
- 前記パルスレーザー照射で前記角膜内に除去切開を作製するようさらに構成される、請求項7に記載の媒体。
- マーキング幅が0.5〜300マイクロメートル(μm)である、請求項7に記載の媒体。
- マーキング高さが1〜100マイクロメートル(μm)である、請求項7に記載の媒体。
