However, in the conventional sheet sticking apparatus as described in Patent Document 1, there is a gap for preventing mutual contact between the peeling portion and the adsorbent, so that the label does not fall across the adsorbent. However, there is an inconvenience that the label cannot be attached to the adherend. Moreover, there is also a disadvantage that the label is wound up with the release sheet without being peeled off at the peeling portion.

An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet sticking apparatus and a sheet sticking method that can prevent a label from being stuck on an adherend by reliably delivering the peeled adhesive sheet to a pressing means. .

It is formed narrower than the width dimension in the front-rear direction. A plurality of intake holes 43A communicating with suction means 43 such as a decompression pump and a vacuum ejector are provided on the upper surface of the projecting portion 42A side by side in the front-rear direction.

In the sheet sticking apparatus 1 described above, a procedure for sticking the adhesive sheet AS to the adherend WK will be described.
First, the raw fabric RS is set as shown in FIG. 1, and the right end portion of the moving member 42 is positioned in the retracted portion 23 (see FIG. 2) of the peeling plate 21 in plan view, and the upper surface of the protruding portion 42A is bonded. The moving member 42 is put on standby in a state positioned below the sheet AS.
Next, when the adherend WK transported by the transport means CV is detected by a detection means such as an imaging means or a sensor (not shown), the adherend WK stops at a predetermined position above the holding member 31. Next, the feeding means 10 drives the rotation motor 13 to feed out the original fabric RS by a predetermined amount, applies tension to the release sheet RL, and bends the release sheet RL along the retracted portion 23. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, both the front and rear end portions of the adhesive sheet AS are temporarily attached to the release sheet RL, while the central portion of the adhesive sheet AS located at the retracted portion 23 is peeled from the release sheet RL. It becomes a state. Then, after the delivery means 40 drives the linear motion motor 44 and raises the moving member 42 to bring the protrusion 42A into contact with the first pseudo adhesive layer AP1, the suction means 43 is driven, and the protrusion 42A The central portion of the adhesive sheet AS is sucked and held.

Next, at the same time as the feeding means 10 drives the rotation motor 13 again, the delivery means 40 drives the linear motion motor 41 to move the moving member 42 at the same speed as the feeding speed of the adhesive sheet AS. Thereby, after the adhesive sheet AS is peeled from the release sheet RL while being supported on the protruding portion 42A, the protruding portion 42A is positioned in the concave portion 31A of the holding member 31 so that the adhesive sheet AS is placed on the holding surface 31B. Will be located. Next, the delivery means 40 drives the linear motion motor 44, and as shown in FIG. 3 (A), the moving member 42 is lowered to bring the both ends of the adhesive sheet AS into contact with the holding surface 31B, and the pressing means 30. Drives the suction means 35 and sucks and holds both end portions of the adhesive sheet AS by the holding surface 31B. And after the delivery means 40 stops the suction means 43, the linear motion motor 41 is driven, and the right end part of the moving member 42 is located in the retreating part 23 of the peeling plate 21, as shown in FIG. The moving member 42 is moved as described above. Thereafter, the pressing means 30 drives the linear motion motor 32, presses and adheres the adhesive sheet AS to the lower surface of the adherend WK, and the pressing assisting means 34 drives the pressurizing means 34B, and the gas blowing holes 34A. Blow out a gas such as air. Thereby, a pressing force can be applied to the entire adhesive sheet AS, and the adhesive sheet AS can be reliably adhered to the adherend WK.
When the adhesive sheet AS is attached to the adherend WK as described above, the pressing unit 30 drives the linear motion motor 32 to lower the holding member 31 to the position shown in FIG. Thereafter, the conveying means CV is driven to convey the adherend WK to which the adhesive sheet AS is adhered to another process, and thereafter the same operation as described above is repeated.

According to this embodiment as described above, the following effects are obtained.
That is, the adhesive sheet AS is partially peeled from the release sheet RL, the partially peeled adhesive sheet AS is held by the moving member 42, and the moving member 42 is moved to deliver the adhesive sheet AS to the pressing means 30. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the adhesive sheet AS from falling without passing over the pressing means 30 and being taken up together with the peeling sheet RL without being peeled off by the peeling means 20, and the peeled adhesive sheet AS can be reliably transferred to the pressing means 30. It is possible to prevent the adhesive sheet AS from being stuck to the adherend WK.

Further, the holding member 31 receives the moving member 42 from the linear motion motor 41 and presses and adheres the adhesive sheet AS to the adherend WK in a state where the holding member 31 and the moving member 42 hold the adhesive sheet AS. It is good. At this time, the projecting portion 42A may be provided with a through hole communicating with the gas blowing hole 34A, and the adhesive sheet AS may be attached to the adherend WK by blowing gas to the adhesive sheet AS through the through hole. A configuration may be adopted in which gas is blown from the suction holes 43A to the adhesive sheet AS by a pressurizing unit (not shown) to attach the adhesive sheet AS to the adherend WK.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the delivery unit 40 holds the adhesive sheet AS after the moving member 421 comes into contact with the adhesive layer AD of the adhesive sheet AS in the retracted portion 23 by driving the linear motion motor 411. The configuration may be such that the adhesive sheet AS is transferred to the holding member 311 by moving below the holding member 311.
Further, instead of the suction means 35, 43, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a lower adhesiveness than the adhesive layer AD of the adhesive sheet AS may be provided on the upper surface of the holding surface 31B or the protruding portion 42A to bond and hold the adhesive sheet AS. An electrostatic chuck may be provided on the upper surface of the holding surface 31B or the protruding portion 42A.

Alternatively, the entire sheet sticking apparatus 1 may be arranged upside down and the adhesive sheet AS may be stuck on the upper surface of the adherend WK conveyed by the conveying means CV.

Furthermore, the type and material of the adhesive sheet AS are not particularly limited. For example, the adhesive sheet AS may have an intermediate layer provided between the base sheet BS and the adhesive layer AD, or may have another layer. When the adherend WK is an appropriate article (for example, a cardboard case or a resin container), the adhesive sheet AS may be a label for decoration or quality display. Moreover, when the adherend WK is a semiconductor wafer, a silicon semiconductor wafer, a compound semiconductor wafer, and the like can be exemplified, and the adhesive sheet AS to be attached to such a semiconductor wafer is not limited to a protective sheet, a dicing tape, and a die attach film. Other arbitrary sheets, films, tapes and the like, sheets of arbitrary uses and shapes can be applied. Further, the adherend WK may be an optical disk substrate, and the adhesive sheet AS may have a resin layer constituting a recording layer. As described above, as the adherend WK, not only a glass plate, a steel plate, a resin plate, a substrate, and other members, but also other forms of members and articles can be targeted. The adhesive sheet AS may be temporarily attached to the release sheet RL via an adhesive layer.
Further, the adhesive sheet AS may have a left-right width dimension that is larger than the dimension from the left end of the bent end edge 22 to the right end of the receding portion 23, and protrudes to the left from the bent end edge 22. It may have a lateral width.

Furthermore, the drive device in the embodiment includes an electric device such as a rotation motor, a linear motion motor, a linear motor, a single axis robot, an articulated robot, an actuator such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a rodless cylinder, and a rotary cylinder. In addition to the above, it is possible to adopt a combination of them directly or indirectly (some of them overlap with those exemplified in the embodiment).
