Description
試験に使用する装置は、
・PS−ボード型Schwenk EPS040 DEO dm/WAB(03/10)
・繊維セメントボート型Etaplan N(03/09)吸水1.3〜1.9cm3
・EN1346によるオープンタイムおよびCE−48.5による急速オープンタイム
Dt.Steinzeug GmbH製の陶器質タイル第250232型 H2O吸収約13.2%
・接着剤:Delomet03
である。
試験に使用する気候条件は、
湿度:50%±5%;温度:23℃±2℃;および気動:<0.2m/sである。
この実施例では、種々の再分散性ポリマー粉末、スチレンブタジエン(SB)RDP、および酢酸ビニルエチレン酢酸ビニル−バーサチック酸ビニル(VAEVV)RDPと組み合わせた種々の平均粒度を有する再利用ポリウレタン軟質フォーム粉末(RPU)の使用を、急速オープンタイム、接着、加工性、耐衝撃性および水取込みについて外断熱複合システム(ETICS)で評価する。RDP単独の配合物も比較のために評価する。スチレン−ブタジエンRDPと組み合わせた再利用ポリウレタン硬質フォーム粉末の使用も比較のために評価する。試験に使用する配合物、試料説明、装置および気候ならびに評価の結果を以下の表1、2および3に示す:
Claims (11)
- 粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび水再分散性ポリマー粉末(RDP)のプレブレンドを含む、水硬性バインダーのための添加剤であって、前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末は、水不溶性膜形成ポリマーを含み、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量は、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で10重量%〜80重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが5ミクロン〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する添加剤。
- 前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが粉砕再利用軟質ポリウレタンフォームである、請求項1記載の添加剤。
- 前記再分散性ポリマー粉末が5〜150ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、請求項2記載の添加剤。
- 前記水不溶性膜形成ポリマーがスチレンブタジエンコポリマー、別のコモノマーと共重合したスチレンブタジエン、酢酸ビニルエチレン(VAE)コポリマー、VAE/VA−VeoVAコポリマー混合物、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、セルロース、セルロースエーテル、または修飾セルロースから調製されるポリマーを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の添加剤。
- 前記水不溶性膜形成ポリマーがスチレンブタジエンコポリマー、または別のコモノマーと共重合したスチレンブタジエン、または酢酸ビニル−エチレンコポリマーから調製されるポリマーを含む、請求項1記載の添加剤。
- 前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量が、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で20重量%〜70重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが20ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、請求項2記載の添加剤。
- 粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび水再分散性ポリマー粉末(RDP)をドライブレンドするステップを含む、水硬性バインダーのための添加剤を製造する方法であって、前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末は水不溶性膜形成ポリマーを含み、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量は前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で10重量%〜80重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームは5ミクロン〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有し、前記再分散性ポリマー粉末は5〜150ミクロンの平均粒度を有する方法。
- 前記水不溶性膜形成ポリマーがスチレンブタジエンコポリマー、別のコモノマーと共重合したスチレンブタジエン、酢酸ビニルエチレン(VAE)コポリマー、VAE/VA−VeoVAコポリマー混合物、ポリウレタン、ポリオレフィン、セルロース、またはセルロース誘導体から調製されるポリマーを含み、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量が前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で20重量%〜70重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが20ミクロン〜150ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、請求項7記載の添加剤を製造する方法。
- セメント成分を粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび水再分散性ポリマー粉末(RDP)と混和するステップを含む、水硬性バインダーを製造する方法であって、前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末は水不溶性膜形成ポリマーを含み、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量は前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で10重量%〜80重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが5ミクロン〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する方法。
- セメント成分と、乾燥混合配合物の重量基準で少なくとも0.1重量%の量の請求項1〜6のいずれか一項記載の添加剤とを含む乾燥混合組成物。
- セメント成分と、粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームと、水再分散性ポリマー粉末(RDP)とを含む乾燥混合組成物であって、前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末は水不溶性膜形成ポリマーおよびコロイド安定剤の共乾燥混和材を含み、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームの量は前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総重量基準で10重量%〜80重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームおよび前記水再分散性ポリマー粉末の総量は乾燥混合配合物の重量基準で0.1重量%〜10重量%であり、前記粉状ポリウレタン軟質フォームが5ミクロン〜500ミクロンの平均粒度を有する、乾燥混合組成物。
