Description
Li1+aM(PO4−b)Xb(1)
上記式中、Mは、第2族〜第12族の金属からなる群から選択される1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。
上記式中、M’は、Al、Mg、Ni、Co、Mn、Ti、Ga、Cu、V、Nb、Zr、Ce、In、Zn及びYから選択された1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、0≦x≦0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。
正極活物質としてLi(Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3)O2/LiMn2O4(3:7)88重量%、Super−C(導電材)6.5重量%、及びPVdF(バインダー)5.5重量%をNMPに添加して正極混合物スラリーを製造した。これをアルミニウムホイルの一面にコーティング、乾燥及び圧着することで、正極を製造した。
リチウム非水系電解液にトリメトキシシリルプロピルアニリン(TMSPA)を添加していないこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
上記実施例1及び比較例1で製造されたリチウム二次電池を摂氏−30度で低温出力特性を測定し、下記の図1に示した。
上記実施例1及び比較例1で製造されたリチウム二次電池をSOC50%下で常温出力特性を測定し、図2に示した。
Claims (17)
- リチウム塩、エーテル系溶媒、カーボネート溶媒、及びトリメトキシシリルプロピルアニリン(TMSPA)を含むリチウム二次電池用電解液において、TMSPAが電解液の全重量を基準として0.1〜20重量%の量で含まれ、
前記エーテル系溶媒及びカーボネート系溶媒は、体積比で2:8〜8:2の比率で混合されていることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池用電解液。 - TMSPAは、電解液の全重量を基準として0.1〜10重量%の含量で添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- TMSPAは、電解液の全重量を基準として0.5〜8重量%の含量で添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記エーテル系溶媒は、テトラヒドロフラン、2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルエーテル及びジブチルエーテルから選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記カーボネート系溶媒は、環状カーボネートであり、前記環状カーボネートは、エチレンカーボネート(EC)、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)、1,2−ブチレンカーボネート、2,3−ブチレンカーボネート、1,2−ペンチレンカーボネート、及び2,3−ペンチレンカーボネートのうちの1つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記カーボネート系溶媒は、追加的に線状カーボネートを含み、前記線状カーボネートは、ジメチルカーボネート(DMC)、ジエチルカーボネート(DEC)、ジプロピルカーボネート(DPC)、エチルメチルカーボネート(EMC)、メチルプロピルカーボネート(MPC)及びエチルプロピルカーボネート(EPC)のうちの1つ以上であり、環状カーボネートと線状カーボネートは、カーボネート系溶媒の体積比で1:4〜4:1の比率で混合比を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 前記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiPF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、4フェニルホウ酸リチウム、及びイミドからなる群から選択された1つ以上であり、濃度は、電解液内で0.5〜3Mであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液。
- 請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電解液を含むことを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム二次電池は、
(i)正極活物質として、下記化学式1のリチウム金属リン酸化物を含む正極と、
Li1+aM(PO4−b)Xb(1)
上記式中、Mは、第2族〜第12族の金属からなる群から選択される1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。
(ii)負極活物質として非晶質カーボンを含む負極と、を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウム金属リン酸化物は、下記化学式2のオリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池:
Li1+aFe1−xM’x(PO4−b)Xb(2)
上記式中、
M’は、Al、Mg、Ni、Co、Mn、Ti、Ga、Cu、V、Nb、Zr、Ce、In、Zn及びYから選択された1種以上であり、
Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、
−0.5≦a≦+0.5、0≦x≦0.5、0≦b≦0.1である。 - 前記オリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物はLiFePO4であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記オリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物は、伝導性カーボンでコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記非晶質カーボンは、ハードカーボン及び/又はソフトカーボンであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 請求項8に記載のリチウム二次電池を単位電池として含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュール。
- 請求項14に記載の電池モジュールを含むことを特徴とする、電池パック。
- 請求項15に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵用システムであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のデバイス。
