Description
比較例Aは大過剰のDICYを用い、比較例Bは過剰なDICYを用いた典型的なCDA配合処方である。実施例Cは極く僅かに過剰なDICYを用い、実施例Dは化学量論量のDICYを用い、実施例Eは化学量論量よりも少ないDICYを用いる。
接着剤組成物A〜Eを、2組の溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼基材HC 400T+Z100に塗布した。次にこれらを、下記のようにDIN EN ISO 6270−2CHに準拠して模擬CKDエージングに供した。
接着剤組成物A〜Eを、溶融亜鉛メッキ鋼試料(DX 56 D+Z 100MC)に塗布した。次にこれらを、以下のような模擬カタプラズマエージングに供した(70℃、相対湿度98%である、DIN EN ISO 9142に準拠)。
以下に、本願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1]
エポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤を含むエポキシ接着剤であって、硬化剤の量が、エポキシ樹脂対比で化学量論量未満又は約化学量論量である、前記接着剤。
[2]
硬化剤のモル数に対するエポキシ樹脂の当量の比が、6〜11、好ましくは6.5〜10、より好ましくは7〜9である、[1]に記載のエポキシ接着剤。
[3]
部分的に硬化可能な接着剤、好ましくは熱硬化可能な接着剤である、[1]又は[2]に記載のエポキシ接着剤。
[4]
一般式
[5]
硬化剤がジシアンジアミドを含む、[1]から[4]のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤。
[6]
0.3〜5wt%、好ましくは、0.5〜2wt%の、少なくとも1種の硬化加速剤を含む、[1]から[5]のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤。
[7]
靭性化剤、無機充填剤、チクソトロピー性付与剤、粘度調節剤、シリカ、希釈剤、接着促進剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、柔軟化されたエポキシ剤、ゲル化化合物、難燃剤、顔料、及びそれらの2種以上の組み合わせの少なくとも1種を含む、[1]から[6]のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤。
[8]
第1の表面及び第2の表面を含む製造物品であって、[1]から[7]のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤が第1及び第2の表面に接している、前記製造物品。
[9]
エポキシ接着剤樹脂が部分的に硬化された、[8]に記載の製造物品。
[10]
2日から1年、好ましくは1週間から9カ月、より好ましくは1カ月から4カ月エージングされる、[8]又は[9]に記載の製造物品。
[11]
2つの構成部品の間にエポキシ接着剤を塗布するステップと、第1の硬化段階においてエポキシ接着剤を予備硬化し、少なくとも部分的に硬化された物品を得るステップとを含む製造方法であって、エポキシ接着剤が2つの構成部品を接合し、エポキシ接着剤がエポキシ樹脂及び化学量論量未満又は約化学量論量の硬化剤を含む、前記製造方法。
Claims (8)
- エポキシ樹脂及び硬化剤を含むエポキシ接着剤であって、
硬化剤の量が、エポキシ樹脂対比で化学量論量未満又は化学量論量であり、
硬化剤のモル数に対するエポキシ樹脂の当量の比が、7〜11であり、
0.3〜5wt%の、少なくとも1種の硬化加速剤を含み、
エポキシ樹脂は、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル;ビスフェノールFのジグリシジルエーテル;テトラブロモビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル;ノボラック系エポキシ樹脂;トリスエポキシ樹脂;又はアクリル酸グリシジル;メタクリル酸グリシジル若しくはアリルグリシジルエーテルから選択される不飽和モノエポキシドが重合したホモポリマー若しくはコポリマーからなる群から選択され、
硬化剤がジシアンジアミドである、前記接着剤。 - 部分的に硬化可能な接着剤である、請求項1に記載のエポキシ接着剤。
- 一般式
(式中、nは0から25の範囲にある)を有するエポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のエポキシ接着剤 - 靭性化剤、無機充填剤、チクソトロピー性付与剤、粘度調節剤、シリカ、希釈剤、接着促進剤、界面活性剤、湿潤剤、柔軟化されたエポキシ剤、ゲル化化合物、難燃剤、顔料、及びそれらの2種以上の組み合わせの少なくとも1種を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤。
- 第1の表面及び第2の表面を含む製造物品であって、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のエポキシ接着剤が第1及び第2の表面に接している、前記製造物品。
- エポキシ接着剤樹脂が部分的に硬化された、請求項5に記載の製造物品。
- 2日から1年、エージングされる、請求項5又は6に記載の製造物品。
- 2つの構成部品の間にエポキシ接着剤を塗布するステップと、第1の硬化段階においてエポキシ接着剤を予備硬化し、少なくとも部分的に硬化された物品を得るステップとを含む製造方法であって、
エポキシ接着剤が2つの構成部品を接合し、エポキシ接着剤がエポキシ樹脂及び化学量論量未満又は化学量論量の硬化剤を含み、
硬化剤のモル数に対するエポキシ樹脂の当量の比が、7〜11であり、
エポキシ接着剤が0.3〜5wt%の、少なくとも1種の硬化加速剤を含み、
