本実施例のグリシン系甘味調味料の栄養成分の試験検査結果を図5の表に示すが、炭水化物は、タンパク質99.6g/100gに対して炭水化物は0g/100gであって全く炭水化物を含まないことが判る。なお、灰分の0.4g/100gは霊芝炭粉末である。
