Description
Claims (7)
- 導電性ペーストであって、
導電性金属と;
酸化ビスマス(35〜70 wt%)、酸化テルル(0.1〜25 wt%)、酸化タングステン(1〜28 wt%)、酸化シリコン(1〜28 wt%)および酸化亜鉛(0.1〜20 wt%)を含むガラスフリット(I)と;
酸化鉛(10〜45 wt%)、酸化テルル(54〜89 wt%)および酸化亜鉛(0.1〜10 wt%)を含むガラスフリット(II)と、を含み、
太陽電池の基板上に電極を形成するために使用され太陽電池の変換効率を向上させる導電性ペースト。 - 請求項1に記載の導電性ペーストであって、前記ガラスフリット(I)は、Sn、 P、 F、 Li、 Ba、 Al、 Mg、 Ti、 Zr、 Pb、 V、 Se、 Mo、 W、 Ni、 Ag、 Er、 Ge、 Ga、 Ce、 Nb、 SmおよびLaのうち、少なくとも1つの要素またはその酸化物をさらに含み、そのガラスフリット(I)における重量パーセントが0.1〜3 wt%であり、前記ガラスフリット(II)は、P、 Ba、 Al、 Mg、 Ti、 Zr、 V、 Se、 Ag、 Er、 Yb、 Ge、 Ga、 Ce、 Nb、 BiおよびLiのうち、少なくとも1つの要素またはその酸化物をさらに含んでもよく、そのガラスフリット(II)における重量パーセントが0〜10である、導電性ペースト。
- 有機ビヒクルと添加剤をさらに含む請求項1に記載の導電性ペースト。
- 以下のステップを含む導電性ペーストを製造する方法:
(a)ビヒクルを用意するステップ;
(b)導電性金属を用意するステップ;
(c)酸化ビスマス(35〜70 wt%)、酸化テルル(0.1〜25 wt%)、酸化タングステン(1〜28 wt%)、酸化シリコン(1〜28 wt%)および酸化亜鉛(0.1〜20 wt%)を含むガラスフリット(I)を調製するステップ;
(d)酸化鉛(10〜45 wt%)、酸化テルル(54〜89 wt%)および酸化亜鉛(0.1〜10 wt%)を含むガラスフリット(II)を調製するステップ;および、
(e)前記ビヒクル、前記導電性金属、前記ガラスフリット(I)、および前記ガラスフリット(II)を混合し、前記導電性ペーストを形成するステップ、
を含む、導電性ペーストを製造する方法。 - 少なくとも1種類の添加剤を有機ビヒクルである前記ビヒクルに添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスフリット(I)は、Sn、 P、 F、 Li、 Ba、 Al、 Mg、 Ti、 Zr、 Pb、 V、 Se、 Mo、 W、 Ni、 Ag、 Er、 Ge、 Ga、 Ce、 Nb、 SmおよびLAのうち、少なくとも1つの要素またはその酸化物をさらに含み、そのガラスフリット(I)における重量パーセントが0.1〜3 wt%である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスフリット(II)は、P、 Ba、 Al、 Mg、 Ti、 Zr、 V、 Se、 Ag、 Er、 Yb、 Ge、 Ga、 Ce、 Nb、 Biおよび Liのうち少なくとも1つの要素またはその酸化物をさらに含んでいてもよく、そのガラスフリット(II)における重量パーセントは、0〜10 wt%である、請求項4に記載の方法。
