Claims (27)
- 少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサによって実行されるコンピュータ実装された方法であって、
(A)自動音声認識を音声信号に適用して、前記音声信号の内容を表す構造化文書を生成することと、
(B)前記構造化文書が複数のベストプラクティスの各々への適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断して、結論を生成することと、
(C)前記結論に基づき、内容を前記構造化文書に挿入して、修正された構造化文書を生成することと、を含み、
(B)は、
前記構造化文書を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の第1のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、人間のユーザーが第1のタイプとして自由形式入力様式の追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第1の表示を生成することと、
前記構造化文書を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の第2のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、前記人間のユーザーが第2のタイプとして構造化入力様式の追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第2の表示を生成することと、をさらに含み、
(C)は、
(C−1)前記人間のユーザーに前記内容を提供するように促すために、構造化された入力要素を表示することと、
(C−2)前記人間のユーザーから前記内容を表す入力を、前記構造化された入力要素内に受信することと、
(C−3)前記内容を前記構造化文書に挿入することと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記構造化された入力要素が、フォームフィールドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- (B)が、
前記構造化文書のタイプを識別することと、
前記識別されたタイプに関連したベストプラクティスを識別することと、
前記構造化文書が、前記識別されたベストプラクティスへの適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断して前記結論を生成することと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記構造化文書が、一般的なベストプラクティスへの適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記構造化文書の第1の部分を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の第1のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、ユーザーが追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第1の表示を生成することと、
前記構造化文書の第2の部分を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の前記第1のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、前記ユーザーが追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第2の表示を生成することと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 情報が前記構造化文書から欠落しているという結論を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザーが入力を前記構造化文書に提供すべきであることを示す結論を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記構造化文書を前記ベストプラクティスに適合させるために、ユーザーが追加の入力を提供すべきであるという表示を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結論に基づき、追加入力のためのプロンプトを生成することをさらに含み、前記プロンプトが前記構造化文書のレンダリングとは別にレンダリングされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記内容を表す入力を受信することと、
前記レンダリングされたプロンプトを除去することと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記結論に基づき、追加入力のためのプロンプトを生成することをさらに含み、前記プロンプトが前記構造化文書のレンダリングに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- (C)が、
前記構造化文書に前記内容が欠落しているという表示を挿入すること、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - (C)が、
(C−1)構造化された入力要素を表示することを含み、かつ
(C−2)前記人間のユーザーからの入力を前記構造化された入力要素内に受信すること、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法を行うためのシステムであって、
自動音声認識を音声信号に適用して前記音声信号の内容を表す構造化文書を生成する自動音声認識システムと、
前記構造化文書がベストプラクティスへの適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断して結論を生成し、前記構造化報告書に対する、追加、削除、または修正などの入力を提供するためにユーザーにガイダンスを提供し、かつ、前記結論に基づき前記構造化文書に内容を挿入して、修正された構造化文書を生成する構造化文書アナライザーと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 命令がその上に格納されている持続性コンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記命令が、方法を実行するために少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサによって実行可能であり、
前記方法が、
少なくとも1つのコンピュータプロセッサによって実行されるコンピュータ実装された方法であって、
(A)自動音声認識を音声信号に適用して、前記音声信号の内容を表す構造化文書を生成することと、
(B)前記構造化文書が複数のベストプラクティスの各々への適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断して、結論を生成することと、
(C)前記結論に基づき、内容を前記構造化文書に挿入して、修正された構造化文書を生成することと、を含み、
(B)は、
前記構造化文書を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の第1のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、人間のユーザーが第1のタイプとして自由形式入力様式の追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第1の表示を生成することと、
前記構造化文書を前記複数のベストプラクティス内の第2のベストプラクティスに適合させるために、前記人間のユーザーが第2のタイプとして構造化入力様式の追加の入力を提供すべきであるという第2の表示を生成することと、をさらに含み、
(C)は、
(C−1)前記人間のユーザーに前記内容を提供するように促すために、構造化された入力要素を表示することと、
(C−2)前記人間のユーザーから前記内容を表す入力を、前記構造化された入力要素内に受信することと、
(C−3)前記内容を前記構造化文書に挿入することと、
を含むことを特徴とする持続性コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記構造化された入力要素が、フォームフィールドを含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。

前記構造化文書のタイプを識別することと、
前記識別されたタイプに関連したベストプラクティスを識別することと、
前記構造化文書が、前記識別されたベストプラクティスへの適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断して前記結論を生成することと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記構造化文書が、一般的なベストプラクティスへの適合の表示を含むかどうかを判断することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、

をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 情報が前記構造化文書から欠落しているという結論を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、ユーザーが入力を前記構造化文書に提供すべきであることを示す結論を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、前記構造化文書を前記ベストプラクティスに適合させるために、ユーザーが追加の入力を提供すべきであるという表示を生成することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、前記結論に基づき、追加入力のためのプロンプトを生成することをさらに含み、前記プロンプトが前記構造化文書のレンダリングとは別にレンダリングされることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記方法が、
