Claims (1)
- 排気通路の途中に組み込まれて内燃機関からの排気に含まれる窒素酸化物を浄化するための選択触媒還元フィルターと、この選択触媒還元フィルターを再生するために当該選択触媒還元フィルターよりも上流側から前記排気通路を流れる排気に燃料を添加するための燃料添加手段と、この燃料添加手段と前記選択触媒還元フィルターとの間の前記排気通路を流れる排気に含まれる窒素酸化物の濃度を検出するNOXセンサーとを有する排気浄化装置の制御方法であって、
前記燃料添加手段から燃料を添加する必要性の有無を判定するステップと、
前記燃料添加手段から燃料を添加する必要性があると判断した場合、前記燃料添加手段から燃料を添加するステップと、
NOXセンサーが活性状態にあるか否かを判定するステップと、
NOXセンサーが活性状態にないと判定した場合、前記燃料添加手段から燃料を添加する必要性があると判断した場合であっても、前記NOXセンサーが活性状態にあると判定されるまで、前記燃料添加手段から燃料を添加するステップを停止するステップと
を具えたことを特徴とする排気浄化装置の制御方法。
