Description

The present invention relates to a bedding that can easily assist in sleeping in a state where the body is turned sideways and is useful for improving sleep disorders such as snoring and sleep apnea syndrome.

Sleep apnea syndrome is a type of sleep disorder that causes apnea and hypopnea during sleep, and is mainly caused by the muscle relaxation during sleep that lowers the tongue base and soft palate to block the airway Symptoms include intermittent cessation of breathing during sleep, large snoring, short repeats of consciousness awakening and brain insomnia, etc., which interferes with daily life such as daytime sleepiness and depression. Can also occur. Snoring can also interfere with sleep not only to the person but also to family members and those who have shared rooms during group trips, and can be a sign of sleep apnea syndrome and other illnesses.

A treatment device such as CPAP may be used to treat sleep apnea syndrome and snoring. However, during daily sleep, the lying position is easier to secure the airway than the lying position. Specialists have pointed out that it is effective in improving apnea syndrome and snoring.

So far, several bedding and pillows that are said to be easy to take a lying-down posture have been proposed. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a stepped pillow (head pillow) having a central portion that is lower than a side portion, and a chest side and a back side of the body as a bedding that is placed on a futon or a mattress to assist in lying-down posture. The thing of the structure provided with the connection pillow of the structure which connected the pair of side pillow arrange | positioned to both with the belt | band | zone is disclosed. According to the document, a user who uses this bedding adjusts the distance between the pillows on both sides to their preferred length with the body turned sideways, and places the head in the lower part of the center of the stepped pillow. It is said that the lying-down posture can be maintained and snoring is reduced.

Patent Document 2 proposes a side lying pillow having a configuration in which a pair of vertically long holding bodies are provided on both sides of a pillow body provided with a columnar supine prevention body at the center. The user can put his head on the pillow body and hold one of the holding bodies like a pillow and go to sleep, so that he can return to the lateral position by the function of the supine prevention body even if he is about to lie down. It is described in the same document that it can be stably placed in a lateral position (a lying-down posture) and is useful for improving sleep disorders such as apnea and hypopnea.

In Patent Literature 3 and Patent Literature 4, a flexible member that is continuous with the pillow portion or the pillow portion is coupled with a body portion made of a rod portion or a cylindrical body having a cushioning property that forms a pair from the user's shoulder to the trunk. The lying bedclothes of the structure are disclosed, and it is described that the lying bedclothes can be taken using the lying bedclothes.

Patent Document 5 discloses a mattress in which a groove-like space portion of a horizontal line is formed at the position of a user's shoulder, which is suitable for a lying lying posture and is effective in improving snoring and sleep apnea syndrome. It is described that there is.

特開2002−336112号公報JP 2002-336112 A 特開2006−198210号公報JP 2006-198210 A 特開2007−282691号公報JP 2007-282691 A 特開2008−212329号公報JP 2008-212329 A 特開2009−131576号公報JP 2009-131576 A

By the way, in the bedding described in Patent Document 1, since the head pillow and the pair of connecting pillows are separated, the head moves away from the head pillow when the user's body moves while sleeping, There is a possibility that the part cannot be continuously placed stably. In the lying position pillow described in Patent Document 2, in the sleeping position in which the holding body is held like a dakimakura, if the shoulder is in contact with the mattress, the position becomes close to the lying position and the posture is unstable. Then, if the shoulder is away from the mattress, the side of the head is placed on the pillow body, which may cause a problem that a load is easily applied to the neck. In the lying bedclothes described in Patent Literature 3 and Patent Literature 4, it is necessary to determine the interval between the rod portions or between the cylindrical bodies before going to bed. If the interval is wide, the lying lying posture is easy to take. Can not be held stably, and if the interval is narrow, it can be said that it is difficult to sleep comfortably due to the uncomfortable feeling that the rod part or the cylindrical body contacts the back. In the mattress of Patent Document 4, it can be considered that it is possible to take an easy lying-down posture with the shoulder in the groove-like space portion, but there is no member that supports the front and back of the user in the lying-down posture, When lying down, it is impossible to maintain the lying-down posture, it is difficult to return to the original lying-down posture while sleeping, and there is a possibility that a load may be generated if the neck is lifted.

In addition, even with the bedding and pillow described in any of the above-mentioned documents, the tongue base portion of the user when lying on the bed is said to be effective in improving snoring and sleep apnea syndrome. In order to ensure a sufficient airway without lowering the soft palate or the soft palate, no consideration is given to the need to stabilize the jaw position. In addition, the mattress part and mattress part that should rest the body (torso) at bedtime are not particularly considered in the bedding and pillows disclosed in each document other than Patent Document 5, and are basically ordinary mattresses and mattresses. Is expected to be used together. In this respect, since Patent Document 5 is an invention relating to a mattress, although there is a reference to a mattress on which a user's body is placed, only a rectangular mattress is disclosed in the drawings.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and its main purpose is to bring a good sleep to the user while maintaining a stable lying-down posture at bedtime, and to improve snoring and sleep apnea syndrome It is to provide a bedding that can essentially contribute to the.

That is, the present invention is a bedding that is used at bedtime and assists a user to sleep while maintaining a lying-down posture. Specifically, the lying support posture bedding of the present invention supports the user's head and has a cushioning property and a flexible deformable pillow portion, and supports the user's body portion and has a cushioning property. A main body sheet part that can be flexibly deformed, a connecting part made of a thin sheet material that connects the pillow part and the main body sheet part, and a thickness that is integrally disposed along the left and right side parts of the main body sheet part. Is provided with a pair of wall portions having a rod shape that is large and cushioning and can be flexibly deformed. And this lying-down posture support bedding has the width dimension of the main body seat part corresponding to the substantially half width of the width part of the user's body part, and the left and right side ends of the pillow part are connected to the left and right side ends of the connecting part. Is also extended to the outside, and a space is formed between the left and right ends of the pillow portion and each wall portion, and there is no connection portion, and the connection portion extends from the user's shoulder to the upper arm portion. It is characterized by having a size that allows it to pass through.

With the bedding having such a configuration, when the user lies on the main body sheet portion, the interval between the two wall portions is approximately half the width of the user's body portion. Since the chest side and the back side of the user are just sandwiched between both wall parts, the body part is stable in the lateral orientation. And the connection part comprised from a thin sheet | seat material is thinner than a pillow part and a main body sheet | seat part, and also a space is formed between the both ends of the pillow part used as the side of a connection part, and both wall parts. Therefore, it is possible to allow the upper arm portion to escape to the side space with one shoulder placed on the connecting portion, and the lying-down posture can be further stabilized. In addition, since both side end portions of the pillow portion are extended outward from the connecting portion, when sleeping on the pillow portion with the head sideways, one side end portion that is an extension portion of the pillow portion As a result of the stability of the jaw position during sleep, it is possible to secure a sufficient airway so that the tongue base and soft palate do not fall, reducing snoring and sleep apnea syndrome. A very high effect can be obtained for improvement.

Furthermore, since the pillow part and the main body sheet part are connected by the connecting part, even if the user's body moves during sleep, the pillow part and the main body sheet part are separated and the head is detached from the pillow part. There can be no defects. Moreover, since the main body sheet part, the pillow part, and the wall part have cushioning properties and flexibility, a soft and comfortable sleep is ensured. Furthermore, since the connecting portion is also a thin sheet material, the distance between the pillow portion and the main body sheet portion can be adjusted freely. In addition, the wall part is provided in pairs on the left and right side edge parts of the main body sheet part, and the side edge part of the pillow part is also projected on both sides, so it can be used in any right-facing left-facing posture Can respond. The lying bed support bedding of the present invention can be used in combination with general mattresses, mattresses, beds, etc., but if the cushioning property of the main body sheet portion etc. is sufficient, lay it on the floor or tatami mat It can also be used alone.

In such a lying lying support support bedding of the present invention, when both side ends of the pillow portion are each extended toward the wall portion side, the head portion is placed sideways on the pillow portion. In this case, since the ease of placing the lower jaw on the side edge of the pillow portion is improved, the stabilization of the jaw is further improved, and as a result, a higher effect is obtained by improving snoring and sleep apnea syndrome.

Further, in the lying lying support bedding according to the present invention, if the boundary area with the pillow part of the connecting part is convex to the pillow part side, one shoulder of the user is put into the convex part of the connecting part. This makes it easier to further stabilize the lying-down posture.

In addition, if a notch portion that communicates with the space is formed at the boundary between the main body sheet portion and the pair of wall portions, and the end portion close to the space of the pair of wall portions is an open end, a user in a lying position Insert the upper arm part that is on the lower side into the cut part from one space, hold the open end of one wall part with that arm, and hold the wall part from above with the other arm, Since it can be used as a dakimakura, it is possible to stabilize the lying-down posture and improve sleeping comfort.

Furthermore, if the wall portion is formed with an inclined surface that gradually increases from the boundary portion with the seat portion to the side, it is easy to bring the body to the wall portion on the chest and abdomen sides of the user lying on the side. Moreover, it is not too cramped by the presence of the wall portion on the back side, and a comfortable sleeping feeling can be obtained. Such an effect is particularly prominent when one wall portion is used as a dakimakura because the wall portion can be easily held on the chest and abdomen sides.

Further, in the lying support posture bedding of the present invention, at least one of the pillow part, the main body sheet part, and the wall part (or all of them) may be the amount or type of the cushion material accommodated therein. By making it variable, it is possible to configure a bedding having cushioning properties (softness or hardness) or thickness according to the user's preference and symptoms.

Further, the lying support posture bedding of the present invention is configured such that the pillow part, the main body sheet part, the connecting part, and the pair of wall parts are accommodated in the removable cover body, so that each part accommodated in the cover body Can be kept clean by washing or replacing the cover body, and the shape retention of the entire bedding can be maintained.

According to the lying lying support posture bedding of the present invention, the user lies on the cushioned main body seat with the body facing sideways, and puts the head on the pillow with the face facing sideways, It becomes possible to sleep while maintaining the lying-down posture with the two wall portions sandwiched. At that time, since the pillow part and the main body sheet part are connected by a thin connection part, the head does not come off from the pillow part during sleep, and the pillow part, the main body sheet part, and both wall parts In the meantime, since a space is formed in which the upper arm can be released with one shoulder placed on the connecting portion, the lying-down posture can be further stabilized. In addition, the pillow part has a side edge that allows the lower jaw to be placed with the face facing sideways, so the airway can be secured in a lying position, reducing snoring and sleep apnea syndrome. A very high effect can be obtained.

In addition, when the main body sheet part 2, the connecting part 3, the pillow part 4, and the wall part 5 are covered with a cover, the internal parts cannot be visually recognized unless the cover is actually removed, but the cover is made of a very thin cloth. Since the shapes and properties of the respective internal parts are reflected as they are, the respective parts are indicated through the cover in the respective drawings.

First, the main body sheet portion 2 is a relatively thin and flexible member in which, for example, a feather (not shown) is accommodated as a cushion material inside a substantially rectangular cloth bag body. Fasteners (not shown) are provided at appropriate locations such as the back side of the main body sheet portion 2, and the amount of feathers is appropriately adjusted through the fasteners so that they can be accommodated inside. The width dimension of the main body sheet portion 2 is set to about 35 to 40 cm corresponding to about half the width of a general adult body part (back and abdomen). Further, the length of the main body sheet portion 2 (here, the length in the direction of the user's leg with the boundary with the connecting portion 3 as the upper end 2a) is about 75 cm, and the main body sheet portion 2 enables support from the chest of the user who lies in a recumbent posture to the vicinity of the thigh. In addition, the width | variety and length of the main body sheet | seat part 2 can be suitably changed according to a user's physique.

The connecting portion 3 is a member composed of a thin flexible cloth sheet in which the lower end portion 3b is sewn so as to be continuous with the upper end portion 2a of the main body sheet portion 2, and has a generally rectangular shape. The upper end portion 3a of the connecting portion 3 is connected to the lower end portion 4b of the pillow portion 4, and the upper end portion 3a is curved so as to form a partial arc shape that protrudes toward the pillow portion 4 side. Further, both side end portions 3c of the connecting portion 3 have a curved shape constricted at the center in the vertical direction.

The pillow part 4 is a member that functions as a pillow that supports the user's head. Since the lower end portion 4b of the pillow portion 4 is sewn so as to be continuous with the upper end portion 3a of the connecting portion 3 having a curved shape, the boundary portion between the connecting portion 3 and the pillow portion 4 protrudes toward the pillow portion 4 side. The upper end portion 4a of the pillow portion 4 is also curved so as to have the same shape. Furthermore, the width dimension of the pillow part 4 is set larger than the width dimension of the main body sheet | seat part 2 and the connection part 3, and the both-ends part 4c of the pillow part 4 is projected and extended to the side. That is, the pillow portion 4 has a curved shape so as to form an arch shape with a substantially uniform width as a whole except for both side ends 4c, and the side end portions 4c are formed on the wall portions 5 provided on both sides of the main body sheet portion 2. It is in a state of extending toward. This pillow part 4 is a flexible bag body provided with fasteners (not shown) at appropriate locations such as the upper end or the back side. By accommodating a large number of cushion materials 6 through the fasteners, the pillow part 4 is flexible. Cushioning is given.

Here, the cushioning material 6 accommodated in the pillow part 4 is a flexible synthetic resin member that can support a load by gathering a large number in a certain region (for example, the internal space of the pillow part 4). is there. The cushion material 6 shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 4 has a hollow, substantially elliptical or substantially rectangular shape with openings 6a formed at both ends, and is resistant to loads from up, down, left, and right directions where there is a thickness. Can be elastically deformed flexibly to support the load, and when the load is released, the original shape can be restored. The openings 6a provided at both ends are formed for the purpose of ensuring air permeability while allowing the air inside to escape during the compression deformation of the cushion material 6 so that elastic deformation following the load can be performed smoothly. is there. An appropriate amount of cushioning material 6 is placed in the pillow part 4 according to the height and hardness of the user who uses the pillow part 4 with the cheeks and lower jaws placed on the pillow part 4 in the lying position. It is supposed to be housed. In the lying lying support bedding 1 according to the present embodiment, the cushion material 6 is also housed in the wall portion 5.

The wall portion 5 is a member that has a substantially triangular prism shape that is laid sideways, and is provided continuously to the main body sheet portion 2 along both side end portions 2 b of the main body sheet portion 2. Both wall portions 5 accommodate a large number of the cushion materials 6 described above in a flexible cloth bag-like interior in which the inner end portion 5b is sewn to each side end portion 2b of the main body sheet portion 2 and is continuous. The cross section is configured to be a triangular prism having a substantially isosceles triangular shape. And the surface which faces the main body sheet | seat part 2 side among each wall part 5 is made into the inclined surface 5s, The width dimension of the inclined surface 5s is about half of the width dimension of the main body sheet | seat part 2 (for example, about 16 cm-22 cm, In the illustrated example, it is 21.5 cm).

Here, at the boundary portion between the upper end portion 5a of the wall portion 5 and the upper end portion 2a side of the main body sheet portion 2, the side end portion 2b of the main body sheet portion 2 and the inner end portion 5b of the wall portion 5 are not sewn. Part 5c (indicated by a thick line in the drawing. Note that the thick line between the wall part and the main body sheet part also indicates a cut part in the drawings relating to the first to fourth modifications described later). The upper end portion 5a of the wall portion 5 is a free end 5x that moves relatively freely. In the present embodiment, a certain region (for example, about 20 to 25 cm) in the upper end portion 5a of the wall portion 5 is set as a free end 5x so that the user can insert the upper arm portion from the lower side of the wall portion 5.

By comprising in this way, an upper arm part can be passed from a user's shoulder to the both sides of the connection part 3, ie, between the both end parts 4c of the pillow part 4, and the upper end parts 5a of both wall parts 5. A space 1S is formed. The space 1S communicates with the cut portion 5c.

The cover is a cloth cover corresponding to the shape of each part of the main body sheet part 2, the connecting part 3, the pillow part 4, and the wall part 5, and when these parts are detachably attached with fasteners or the like and become dirty It can be washed and replaced. Of course, the cover portion 6 also corresponds to the shape of the cut portion 5c at the boundary between the wall portion 5 and the main body portion 2, and the cover portion 6 does not interfere with the movement of the free end 5x of the wall portion 5. Absent.

When the lying support posture bedding 1 having the above-described configuration is used, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the user X first lies on the main body sheet portion 2 with the body portion facing sideways, Place the part on the pillow part 4. In this state, the lower shoulder of the user X is positioned at the connecting portion 3, and the rounded shoulder top is a boundary region between the upper end portion 3 a of the connecting portion 3 and the lower end portion 4 b of the pillow portion 4. It will fit in the curved part of the partial arc shape which became convex on the upper side (pillow part 4) side. In contrast to such a lying posture of the user X, the width dimension of the main body sheet portion 2 is almost half of the width of the body portion of the user, so that the lying posture does not become too cramped and is a sleeping posture. A moderate margin can be given. In addition, the user X is inserted into the cut portion 5c formed at the boundary portion between the main body sheet portion 2 and the front wall portion 5 of the body by inserting the upper arm portion, which is the lower side in the lying posture of the user X, to the user X. Can stabilize the lying posture. At this time, since the inclined surface 5s is formed in the wall part 5, the user X can leave the body part to the wall part 5 on the front side of the body. On the other hand, since the inclined surface 5s is similarly formed on the wall portion 5 on the back side of the user X, the user X can lean the body part toward the rear side with a space. At this time, since the width dimension of the inclined surface 5s of the wall part 5 is set to be approximately half of the width dimension of the main body sheet part 4, that is, about 1/4 of the width of the body part of the user X, The user X cannot easily get over the wall portion 5 from the back side, which also helps maintain the lying-down posture. By holding the free end 5x at the upper end 5a of the wall part 4 from below with the lower arm, if this free end 5x is used as a dakimakura, the lying position is further stabilized. In addition, the main body sheet portion 2 includes feathers, and the pillow portion 4 and the wall portion 5 include cushioning material 6 so as to follow the load from the user X and deform while partially bending. Therefore, the sleeping comfort according to the state of the user X at the time of going to bed can be obtained. Furthermore, since the seat main body 2, the connecting part 3, the pillow part 4, and both the wall parts 5 are in a connected state, even if the sleeping posture of the user X moves while sleeping, the respective parts do not fall apart. Then, the lower jaw of the user X can be placed on one side end 4c extending to the side of the pillow portion 4 in a stable lying-down posture, and the lower jaw can be prevented from lowering during sleep, Since a state that can be easily secured can be maintained, a very high effect can be expected for suppressing snoring and sleep apnea syndrome.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure of the lying-laying posture support bedding 1 of embodiment mentioned above. In each of the modifications described below, the cover is not particularly mentioned, but the cover can be attached and used as in the above embodiment.

The lying lying support posture bedding 10 according to the first modification of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 has a wall portion 15 having a columnar shape with an elliptical cross section, and a cushion material 6 accommodated therein, and a main body sheet. The structure of the part 12, the connection part 13, and the pillow part 14 is the same as that of the lying lying posture support bedding 1 of the said embodiment. Spaces 10 </ b> S through which the user can pass the shoulder and upper arm are formed on both sides of the connecting portion 13. In such a lying lying support bedding 10, a curved inclined surface 15 s is formed on the wall portion 15, but even with such a configuration, the same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained. it can. Further, the lying lying support bedding 20 according to the second modification shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 has a wall portion 25 having a quadrangular prism shape and a cushion material 6 accommodated therein, a main body seat portion 22, a connecting portion. 23 and the structure of the pillow part 24 are the same as that of the lying lying posture support bedding 1 of the said embodiment. Spaces 20 </ b> S through which the user can pass the shoulder and the upper arm are formed on both sides of the connecting portion 23. In such a lying lying support bedding 20, the wall portion 25 is not formed with an inclined surface before use, but due to the action of the cushion material 6 housed inside, the user is drowning to the load. Since the wall portion 25 bends and deforms appropriately following this, the inner surface and the upper surface of the wall portion 25 function as inclined surfaces, and the lying support posture beddings 1 and 10 according to the above-described embodiment and the first modification example. Similarly, the stability of the lying-down posture is improved, and the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment such as good-quality sleeping comfort and improvement of snoring and sleep apnea syndrome can be obtained.

Further, the lying lying support bedding 30 according to the third modification shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 has a configuration in which the lower end 34b of the pillow part 34 is straight and substantially parallel to the upper end part 32a of the main body sheet part 32. And the structure of the main body sheet | seat part 32 and the wall part 35 is the same as that of the lying-laying posture support bedding 1 of the said embodiment. Spaces 30 </ b> S through which the user can pass the shoulder and the upper arm are formed on both sides of the connecting portion 33. That is, the boundary portion between the pillow portion 34 and the connecting portion 33 is not shaped to be convex toward the pillow portion 34 side. Moreover, although both the side edge parts 34c of the pillow part 34 are extended to the side rather than the connection part 33, it is not the shape which protruded to the wall part 35 side. Even with the lying lying support posture bedding 30 having such a configuration, it is possible to secure the airway at the time of sleeping by placing the lower jaw of the user on the side end of the pillow portion 34, and the pillow portion 34. Since the connecting portion 33 is flexible, the pillow portion 34 may be used by appropriately moving or deforming it if necessary. Such movement of the pillow part and use after deformation are also possible for the pillow part of the above-described embodiment and the lying lying support posture bedding of each modification. Furthermore, the lying lying posture support bedding 40 according to the fourth modification shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 is such that the shape of the pillow portion 44 is a rectangular shape in plan view like a general pillow, and the main body sheet portion. 42, the connection part 43, and the wall part 45 are the same as that of the lying lying posture support bedding 30 of a 3rd modification. Spaces 40S through which the user can pass the shoulder and upper arm are formed on both sides of the connecting portion 43. This lying lying posture support bedding 40 is only different in the shape of the pillow portion 44 from the pillow portion 34 of the lying lying posture support bedding 30 of the third modified example, and the obtained effect is the same as that of the third modified example.

In addition, any one or two or more parts of the main body sheet part, the connecting part, the pillow part, and the wall part can be separated from the other parts by a fastener or the like, and all of these parts are integrally joined at the time of use. You may comprise as follows. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the notch portion is not formed between the main body sheet portion and the wall portion, and the upper end portion of the wall portion is not a free end.

Although the embodiments of the present invention and the modifications thereof have been described above, it goes without saying that these are merely examples for carrying out the present invention, and the present invention is appropriately selected within the scope not departing from the gist and configuration thereof. It is possible to change.

For patients with sleep apnea syndrome with snoring, under the guidance and measurement of a hospital respiratory therapy certified person, the case where the lying support posture bedding 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention described above was not used was used. The number of apneas and hypopneas during sleep (night, 8 hours from midnight to 8 am) and the duration of each apnea and hypopnea were measured. The results are shown in FIG. 15 as an example. Fig. A is a measurement result in the case where the lying-laying posture support bedding 1 is not used, and Fig. A (a) shows the number of apnea and hypopnea with the passage of time during sleep. ) Shows the frequency distribution of the duration (0 to 60 seconds) of each apnea and hypopnea state. Fig. B is a measurement result when using the lying lying support posture bedding 1, and Fig. B (a) shows the number of apnea and hypopnea with the passage of time during sleep, and Fig. B (b) ) Shows the frequency distribution of the duration (0 to 60 seconds) of each apnea and hypopnea state.

As is apparent from the figure, when the lying support posture bedding 1 is not used, the number of apneas and hypopneas is 231 times (of which apnea is 210 times and hypopnea is 21 times) during the measurement time. Yes, there were many apneas and hypopneas that lasted 30 seconds or more, but when using the lying lying support bedding 1, the number of apneas and hypopneas was 44 (of which 24 were apneas) , Hypopnea was 20 times), and about 80% reduction was observed as compared with the case where the lying support posture support bedding 1 was not used, and the number of apnea and hypopnea that lasted for a long time was also significantly reduced. From these results, it was confirmed that the above-mentioned effects that the sleep apnea syndrome and the snoring symptom are greatly improved by using the lying lying support posture bedding 1 of the present invention.
