図3の構成において、喉頭鏡(10)は声帯を観察できる機構として、ビデオカメラ(30)と連結して、声帯の映像を撮影することができる。喉頭鏡は剛直形または屈曲形でもよい。
Claims (5)
- 声帯粘膜運動状態を分析するための平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステムであって、
声帯を観察する喉頭鏡と、
声帯を照射するための光源と、
前記喉頭鏡から観察された映像を録画して記憶するローリングシャッター方式のビデオカメラと、
前記ビデオカメラから転送されるビデオ信号をデジタル映像信号に変換するイメージキャプチャー部、デジタル映像信号を記憶する記憶部、前記記憶部の映像信号を分析してモニターに分析結果を表示させる制御部、前記記憶部の映像信号を分析する分析ソフトウェアを含むコンピュータと、及び
撮影映像及び分析結果を表示するモニターと、を含み、
前記ビデオカメラはローリングシャッターを含んでおり、声帯粘膜をスキャンすることにより、声帯全体の平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーを得て、
前記分析ソフトウェアを含むコンピュータは、前記声帯全体の平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーと、前記声帯全体の平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーを分析して観察された声帯に対する正規化された指標として声紋の縦軸の長さに対する平均声帯幅、声帯開放期間と全体期間の比率である声紋開放率、両側声帯の開かれる程度の差の非対称指数、基本周波数、振動強度、振動規則性、粘膜波動、振動対称性、外側境界模様、内側境界模様、周期異常、または声帯粘膜の振動消失のいずれかを表示する、ことを特徴とする平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステム。 - 前記ビデオカメラはシャッタースピードを1/1000秒以上にする、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステム。
- 前記光源はキセノン(Xenon)連続光源である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステム。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の声帯粘膜運動状態を分析するための平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステムの作動方法であって、
(a)喉頭鏡と光源、及びビデオカメラを利用して声帯の動きを撮影した平面走査キモグラム映像をイメージキャプチャー部により、記憶部に記憶させる段階と、
(b)制御部により記憶部の所定個数の映像フレームをフレーム別に停止画面で構成してモニターに表示し、使用者が観察を必要とするフレームをマウスまたはキーボードで選択できるようにメニュー画面を構成して表示する段階と、及び
(c)分析ソフトウェアにより映像を分析して観察された声帯に対する正規化された指標を表示する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする声帯粘膜運動状態を分析するための平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステムの作動方法。 - 前記(a)段階において、発声しない状態で声帯の全部位を撮影した後、"イ"あるいは"エ"を発声させて声帯振動部の全部位の動きを撮影する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の声帯粘膜運動状態を分析するための平面走査ビデオキモグラフィーシステムの作動方法。
