Description
請求項2記載の発明のように、前記乾燥果物は乾燥柚子であることが好ましい。
上述したように、国内で生産される林檎や外国から輸入されるバナナなどの果物の多くが、たとえば外観上の理由から利用されることなく、そのまま廃棄されているのが現状である。このような果物には、糖質やビタミンCやビタミンB1を多く含有していることがわかっている。
ところで、上記実施形態1では、糖質、ビタミンB1及びビタミンCなどについて幅広く言及しているが、本発明者は、柚子に含まれている、顕著なビタミンCの量に着目して、牛の飼料についての研究をさらにすすめ、その成果を本発明の実施形態(以下、実施形態2という。)としてここに記した。

Claims (5)
- 牛に与える飼料であって、
ビタミンCを含む果物又は野菜に温度制御した空気だけを吹き付けることにより、当該果物又は野菜からつくり出される乾燥果物又は乾燥野菜と、
主材と、
前記乾燥果物又は乾燥野菜と前記主材とを混ぜて練っている状態の混練物に噴霧することにより、該混練物に浸み込ませる油脂と
を主成分とすることを特徴とする飼料。 - 前記乾燥果物は乾燥柚子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の飼料。
- 牛に与える飼料の生産装置であって、
ビタミンCを含む果物又は野菜を搬送する搬送路、および、この搬送される果物又は野菜に温度制御した空気だけを吹き付けることにより、当該果物又は野菜を乾燥物となす加熱部を有する乾燥機と、
前記乾燥物を主材に混ぜて練る容器、および、この容器で前記乾燥物を前記主材に混ぜて練っている状態の混練物に油脂を噴霧することにより、該油脂を前記混練物に浸み込ませる油脂噴霧ノズルを有する混練機と
を備えたことを特徴とする飼料生産装置。 - 前記容器は、前記乾燥物を主材に混ぜて減圧下で練る真空容器であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の飼料生産装置。
- 前記果物は柚子であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の飼料生産装置。
