Claims (10)
- 配電系統における需要家制御機器の運用計画を作成する需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記配電系統における系統トポロジーとインピーダンスを含む系統情報を取得し、所定のノードごとの負荷量及び発電量を予測し、前記系統情報、前記負荷量及び前記発電量に基づいて送電する距離と電圧推移の相関を示す電圧分布形状を作成し、前記電圧分布形状の変動幅と予め規定されている規定電圧幅に基づいて評価値を求める評価部と、
前記評価値に基づいて前記需要家制御機器における熱量制御又は/及び電力量制御に係る運用計画を作成する作成部と、
を備えることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項1記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記評価部は、
前記電圧分布形状における前記ノードごとの電圧の最大値から最小値の差分から前記変動幅を求めることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項1又は2記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記評価値は、前記変動幅を前記規定電圧幅で除した値となることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項3記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記評価値が最も小さくなるときの前記電圧分布形状に基づいて前記運用計画を作成することを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項1乃至4何れかに記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記評価部は、
更に前記ノードごとの前記負荷量の単位変化量に対する前記評価値の変化量を示す評価感度を求めることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項1乃至5何れかに記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
前記作成部は、
前記評価値に基づいて前記配電系統における電圧制御機器又は/及び前記ノードごとにおける需要家制御機器に対する制御量を変化させ、前記運用計画を作成することを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項6記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
更に電力市場と取引を行う市場取引部を備え、
前記作成部は、
前記市場取引部から得られた前記需要家制御機器ごとの電力の需給調整指令に係る調整量に基づいて、前記運用計画を作成することを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項6記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
更に前記需要家機器への制御指令を作成及び出力する運転実行部を備えることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 請求項7記載の需要家機器運用管理システムにおいて、
更に前記需給調整指令による前記需要家制御機器の制御結果を受信する機器管理部と、
前記機器管理部から送信される前記制御結果に基づいて各需要家へ支払う報酬を計算する料金計算部とを備えることを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理システム。 - 配電系統における需要家制御機器の運用計画を作成する需要家機器運用管理方法において、
前記配電系統における系統トポロジーとインピーダンスを含む系統情報を取得し、所定のノードごとの負荷量及び発電量を予測し、前記系統情報、前記負荷量及び前記発電量に基づいて送電する距離と電圧推移の相関を示す電圧分布形状を作成し、前記電圧分布形状の変動幅と予め規定されている規定電圧幅に基づいて評価値を求め、前記評価値に基づいて前記運用計画を作成することを特徴とする需要家機器運用管理方法。
