Description

The present invention relates to a packaging material.

When storing items in a packaging box for transportation, packing materials such as partitions are provided in the packaging box to prevent the items from moving from a predetermined position in the distribution process or from being damaged by contact with each other. doing.
As a general packing material, a material in which a plurality of partition plates are combined in a lattice shape, or a partition portion is folded in a U shape to form a storage portion for storing articles is known.

In recent years, in consideration of environmental problems, instead of containers with shape-retaining properties such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, metal cans and the like, lightweight containers such as standing pouches that can be incinerated as combustible waste are used. It's being used.
As a packaging box that accommodates the standing pouch, for example, a standing pouch packaging box provided with a vertical partition plate inside a rectangular box body, the vertical partition plate includes a mountain fold portion having a folding line in the vertical direction, It is comprised with the following valley fold part, and both ends of the vertical partition plate are provided in contact with the plate surface of the opposing wall plate of the box body, and the plate surface of the wall plate is in contact with the plate surface The angle between the vertical partition plate and the surface of the vertical partition plate and the angle of the valleys present on the left and right sides of the vertical partition plate are acute angles, and the plate surface of the wall plate and the vertical partition plate in contact with the plate surface It has been proposed that a space formed between the surface on the mountain side and a space formed in a valley portion present on the left and right of the vertical partition plate serve as a standing pouch support space portion (for example, Patent Document 1). According to the invention of Patent Document 1, the standing pouch is prevented from moving during transportation.

However, as long as the invention of Patent Document 1 is handled as “useless”, it can be assumed that the stored article is inverted while it can protect the stored article (sometimes referred to as a stored article). Not. For example, there is a case where an article to be accommodated is turned upside down like a gift box when being hung on a funnel or transported. If the container of the article to be accommodated is a container having a relatively high shape retaining property such as a can or a bottle, the container of the article to be accommodated is not easily damaged even if it is inverted. When the container of the article to be accommodated is a bag body such as a standing pouch, for example, when the article to be accommodated is inverted, the bag body is deformed, and the deformed portion is subjected to its own weight and easily damaged.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging material in which a container of a stored article is hardly damaged even if the stored article is inverted.

A second extending surface portion, and at the boundary between the first surface portion and the first extending surface portion, the second surface portion is formed by the first surface portion and the first extending surface portion. A first folding line that is bent so as to be sandwiched is formed, and at the boundary between the second surface portion and the second extending surface portion, the first surface is formed by the second surface portion and the second extending surface portion. It is preferable that a second fold line that bends so as to sandwich the surface portion is formed.
It is preferable that a mountain fold line extending in a direction away from the bent edge is formed on both or any one of the first surface portion and the second surface portion, and the mountain fold line extends from the bent edge. As the distance increases, it is more preferable to approach a center line that bisects the distance between the side edges of the first surface portion or the second surface portion where the mountain fold line is formed.
It is preferable that a cutout portion is formed in both or one of the first surface portion and the second surface portion from the end edge on the opposite side to the bent edge toward the bent edge.

According to the packaging material of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the container of the accommodated article from being damaged even if the accommodated article is inverted.

Among these, a paper plate-like member is preferable.

The size of the packaging material 1 is appropriately determined according to the size of the accommodated article.
The dimensions of the packaging material 1 will be described by taking as an example the case where the standing pouch shown in FIG. 2 is accommodated. The standing pouch 90 of FIG. 2 is a self-supporting bag body, and includes a main body 92 that stores the contents, and a pouring portion 98 formed on the upper end edge 91 side. The main body 92 includes flat portions 93 and 94 that face each other and a bottom portion 96 that closes the bottoms of the flat portions 93 and 94, and becomes thicker from the upper edge 91 toward the bottom portion 96. The distance direction between the plane portion 93 and the plane portion 94 is the thickness.

The width W1 of the first surface portion 10 is determined in consideration of the width w1 of the standing pouch 90. For example, it is preferably 1 to 20 mm longer than the width w1. In addition, the width W1 is preferably longer than the length of the folding line 2 and more preferably 3 to 10 mm longer.
The length L1 of the first surface portion 10 is determined in consideration of the height h1 of the standing pouch 90. For example, the length L1 is preferably 0 to 20 mm longer than the height h1.

The width W2 of the second surface portion 20 may be the same as or different from the width W1. However, from the viewpoint of workability when assembling the packing material 1, the width W1 and the width W2 are preferably the same.
The length L2 of the second surface portion 20 may be the same as or different from the length L1. However, from the viewpoint of further stabilizing the posture of the packaging material 1 in the packaging box, the length L1 and the length L2 are preferably the same.

The width W3 of the extended surface portion 40, which is the first extended surface portion, is appropriately determined in consideration of the thickness of the standing pouch 90, the size of the packaging box, and the like.
The width W4 of the extended surface portion 60 that is the second extended surface portion may be the same as or different from the width W3. However, from the viewpoint of further stabilizing the posture of the packaging material 1 in the packaging box, the width W3 and the width W4 are preferably the same.

The width W5 of the auxiliary surface portion 50 is appropriately determined in consideration of the size of the packaging box, the space in which the packaging material 1 is accommodated, and the like.
The size of the through hole 42 is not particularly limited, but is preferably a size capable of inserting a finger. The size of the through hole 72 is the same as the size of the through hole 42.

The width W6 of the notch 19 is preferably 30 to 60 mm shorter than the width w1 of the standing pouch 90, for example.
The length L3 of the notch 19 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1/3 to 2/3 of the length L1. If it is equal to or more than the lower limit, the bottom 96 side of the standing pouch 90 protrudes from the notch 19, thereby preventing excessive pressure from being applied to the standing pouch 90, and the side edge of the first surface 10 and the second edge The side edge of the surface portion 20 can be contacted more easily. If it is below the said upper limit, the intensity | strength of the packing material 1 will not fall easily and it will be easy to maintain the attitude | position of the standing pouch 90 more.
The width W7 of the notch 29 is the same as the width W6, and the width W6 and the width W7 may be the same or different.
The length L4 of the notch 29 is the same as the length L3, and the length L3 and the length L4 may be the same or different.

Next, a method for assembling the packaging material 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3 to 6, taking as an example the case where the standing pouch 90 of FIG. 2 is accommodated in a packaging box.

The folding lines 2, 4, and 6 of the packing material 1 of FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the packaging material 1 that is folded in two and formed with the bent edge 3 is placed on a standing pouch 90. At this time, the standing pouch 90 is sandwiched between the first surface portion 10 and the second surface portion 20.
Next, the mountain fold lines 16, 18, 26, 28 are turned into mountain folds, the fold line 12 and the fold line 22 are overlapped, and the extended surface part 30 and the extended surface part 60 are overlapped. In addition, the folding line 14 and the folding line 24 are overlapped, and the extended surface part 40 and the extended surface part 70 are overlapped. Thus, the side edge 13 of the first surface 10 and the side edge 23 of the second surface 20 are brought into contact with each other, and the side edge 15 of the first surface 10 and the side edge 25 of the second surface 20 are Abut.

In the state of FIG. 3, the folding surface 14 (not shown) is mountain-folded, the folding curve 24 is valley-folded so that the extended surface portion 40 sandwiches the second surface portion 20, and the first surface portion 10 is extended by the extending surface portion 60. As shown, the folding line 22 is a mountain fold, and the folding line 12 (not shown) is a valley fold.
In the state of FIG. 3, the auxiliary surface portion 50 is valley-folded at the folding line 52, so that the edge 54 on the opposite side of the folding surface 52 in the auxiliary surface portion 50 is the boundary between the second surface portion 20 and the extended surface portion 60. It is made to contact | abut to the side edge 23 vicinity (refer FIG. 4, 6).
In this way, the standing pouch 90 is sandwiched between the first surface portion 10 and the second surface portion 20, and the first surface portion 10 and the second surface portion 20 are brought into contact with each other at both end edges, and the Z-shaped package in plan view It becomes the material 1 (refer FIGS. 4-6).
And the side edge 13 of the 1st surface part 10 becomes the 2nd surface part 20 by the extended surface part 60 because it will be in the state (refer FIGS. 4-6) by which the packing material 1 was bent by planar view Z shape. The state of being in contact with the side edge 23 is maintained. In addition, the side edge 25 of the second surface portion 20 is changed to the side edge 15 of the first surface portion 10 by the extended surface portion 40 because the packaging material 1 is bent in a Z-shape in plan view. The abutted state is maintained.

Next, an example of a method for accommodating the packaging material 1 containing the articles to be accommodated in the packaging box will be described.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, with respect to the packing material 1 having a Z-shape in plan view, the right thumb is brought into contact with the auxiliary surface portion 50, the other finger is brought into contact with the side cutout portion 62, and the palm of the hand Is held in contact with the extended surface portion 60 to grip the packing material 1. At this time, since the auxiliary surface portion 50 can be sandwiched between the thumb and the extended surface portion 60, the packaging material 1 can be easily handled while maintaining the Z-shape in plan view. In addition, since the movement of the fingers is restricted by the extended surface portion 60, the packaging material 1 can be easily handled while maintaining the Z-shape in plan view.
By handling the packaging material 1 in this manner, the packaging material 1 can be easily inserted into the packaging box 80 from the opening 82, particularly when the packaging box is a laterally open type as shown in FIG.

Since the standing pouch 90 is sandwiched between the first surface portion 10 and the second surface portion 20 in the state of being accommodated in the packaging box 80, it does not move inside the packaging material 1 even if it is inverted. In addition, the standing pouch 90 is not partially bent even in the inverted state, and its own weight is received by the first surface portion 10 and the second surface portion 20, so that it is difficult to break.
Although the packaging material 1 accommodated in the packaging box 80 acts so that the extended surface portion 40 and the extended surface portion 60 open outward, the movement of these extended surface portions is caused by the inner wall of the packaging box 80 and other articles to be accommodated. In addition, it acts to support the inner wall and other articles to be accommodated. For this reason, the packaging material 1 can suppress that the standing pouch 90 accommodated and other articles to be accommodated move within the packaging box 80, and can increase the strength of the packaging box 80.

When taking out the article to be stored from the packaging box 80, for example, by inserting and pulling fingers into the through hole 42 and the through hole 72, the article to be stored can be easily taken out.

According to the present embodiment, the plate-shaped member is folded in half to form a bent edge, and the first surface portion and the second surface portion facing each other are provided, and the first surface portion and the second surface portion are provided. An article to be accommodated is sandwiched between the first surface portion and the second surface portion, and at least a part of the first surface portion and the second surface portion is in contact with both side edges adjacent to the bent edge. For this reason, the article to be accommodated is sandwiched between the first surface portion and the second surface portion, and is not easily damaged even if it is in an inverted state.
According to this embodiment, the first extended surface portion and the second extended surface portion are provided, and the first surface portion and the first extended surface portion are provided at the boundary between the first surface portion and the first extended surface portion. A first folding line that is bent so as to sandwich the second surface portion with the installation surface portion is formed, and the second surface portion and the second extension surface portion are formed at the boundary between the second surface portion and the second extension surface portion. And a second folding line that is bent so as to sandwich the first surface portion is formed. For this reason, the state in which at least one part contact | abutted the 1st surface part and the 2nd surface part at the both-sides edge adjacent to a bending edge is favorably maintained. In addition, in the state accommodated in the packaging box, the first extending surface portion and the second extending surface portion suppress the movement of the accommodated articles in the packaging box, or increase the strength of the packaging box. it can.
According to this embodiment, since the mountain fold line is formed in the 1st surface part and the 2nd surface part, a 1st surface part and a 2nd surface part can be contact | abutted easily in the both ends.
In addition, since the mountain fold line approaches the center line as it moves away from the bent edge, when the article to be accommodated is sandwiched between the first surface part and the second surface part, The second surface portion is separated. For this reason, even when accommodating a to-be-contained article that increases in thickness from the upper end toward the bottom like a standing pouch, the first surface portion and the second surface portion are more easily abutted at both ends, and the first surface portion The to-be-contained article can be securely held by the second surface portion.
According to this embodiment, since the notch part is formed in the 1st surface part and the 2nd surface part, a to-be-contained article can be clamped more favorably with the 1st surface part and the 2nd surface part.

<Evaluation criteria>
≪Pin angle presence or absence≫
A standing pouch was visually observed, and a case where two or more fold lines forming an apex angle or a crossing angle within 135 degrees were observed was judged as “having a pin angle”.
≪Strong deformation≫
The standing pouch was visually observed, and a case where three or more fold lines that did not intersect or a fold line that did not return to the original state even when the film was pulled up was recognized as “strongly deformed”.
≪Frayed≫
The standing pouch was visually observed, and a film with a drop on the film surface was judged as “frayed”.
≪Liquid leak≫
The standing pouch was visually observed, and the content liquid leakage was judged to be “liquid leakage”.

Example 1
A packaging material similar to the packaging material 1 of FIG. 1 was produced according to the following specifications. In accordance with the following specifications, the standing pouch 90 of FIG. 2 was prepared and filled with 320 mL of water.
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the obtained standing pouch 90 was packed with the packing material 1 of this example.
As shown in FIG. 12, five standing pouches 90 packed with the packing material 1 were accommodated in a packaging box 500 having the following specifications to obtain a box packaged product. At this time, the pouring part 98 was made to face the same direction. A transport model test was conducted on two box-packaged products. As a result, the pinning angle, strong deformation, fraying, and liquid leakage were not observed in the standing pouch 90.
In FIG. 12, the top surface of the packaging box is not shown for convenience of explanation.
