Description
1)ディフューザーの前方にガス排出孔が形成されることによって、炭酸ガスが温度を十分に低下することができずにディフューザーおよびノズル全体に排出される構造的な問題点により、長時間溶接作業を行うと、トーチの温度が過度に上昇してトーチの寿命、特にディフューザーとチップの製品寿命が短縮し、過熱によって溶接作業速度が低下するだけでなく、溶接作業を満足できるほど行うことができないという問題が発生した。
本発明の一実施形態によれば、
ディフューザー10の一方にチップ20がねじ締結された状態で、外側に絶縁体と金属とからなるインシュレーター30が組み立てられ、前記インシュレーター30の一方にノズル40が組み立てられて構成されるガス溶接トーチであって、
前記インシュレーター30は、中央部分にディフューザー連結孔31が形成され、前記連結孔31の一方に複数のガス移動長溝32と他方にディフューザーが組み立てられる雌ねじ部34が一体に形成され、
前記ディフューザー10は、一方にチップ20が組み立てられる雌ねじ孔11と、他方にインシュレーター30の雌ねじ部34とねじ結合されるねじ部12と、中央部分またはねじ部側に複数のガス排出孔13とが一体に形成され、
ディフューザー10のガス排出孔13から排出されるガスがディフューザー10の外面に接触する面積を広くして、ディフューザーの温度を低下させることができ、インシュレーター30に形成された長溝32によってガスの排出通路が確保されるように構成することにその特徴がある。

図5は、本発明に係る放熱面積が極大化されたガス溶接トーチの放熱過程を説明するための結合状態断面図である。
Claims (1)
- ディフューザーの一方にチップがねじ締結された状態で、外側に絶縁体と金属とからなるインシュレーターが組み立てられ、前記インシュレーターの一方にノズルが組み立てられて構成されるガス溶接トーチにおいて、
前記インシュレーターは、中央部分にディフューザー連結孔が形成され、前記連結孔の一方に複数のガス移動長溝と、他方にディフューザーが組み立てられる雌ねじ部とが一体に形成され、
前記ディフューザーは、一方にチップが組み立てられる雌ねじ孔と、他方にインシュレーターの雌ねじ部とねじ結合されるねじ部と、中央部分に複数の放熱溝とねじ部側に複数のガス排出孔と雌ねじ部側に補助冷却孔とが一体に形成され、
前記ディフューザーのガス排出孔と補助冷却孔を通してガスが排出され、ガス排出孔を通して排出されるガスは、複数の放熱溝と接触して排出されるように構成することを特徴とする、ディフューザーを有するガス溶接トーチ。
