Claims (5)
- 海水淡水化システムであって、
海底の砂層内に埋め込まれ、砂層を浸透した海水を取水する取水部と、
前記取水部から送られる海水を限外濾過膜により濾過する前濾過部と、
前記前濾過部から送られる海水を逆浸透膜により濾過する後濾過部と、
前記取水部により取水された海水中の溶存酸素量を測定する測定部と、
制御部と、
を備え、
前記前濾過部が、
一の分画分子量の第1限外濾過膜を有する第1前濾過ラインと、
前記第1前濾過ラインと並列に設けられるとともに、前記一の分画分子量よりも小さい分画分子量の第2限外濾過膜を有する第2前濾過ラインと、
前記取水部からの海水が流れる経路を、前記第1前濾過ラインと前記第2前濾過ラインとの間で切り替える切替部と、
を備え、
前記制御部が、前記測定部における溶存酸素量の測定値に従って前記切替部を制御することにより、前記溶存酸素量の測定値が所定値よりも高い場合には前記第2前濾過ラインが利用され、前記溶存酸素量の測定値が所定値以下である場合には前記第1前濾過ラインが利用されることを特徴とする海水淡水化システム。 - 請求項1に記載の海水淡水化システムであって、
前記第2限外濾過膜の分画分子量が、30000以下であることを特徴とする海水淡水化システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の海水淡水化システムであって、
前記取水部、前記前濾過部および前記後濾過部の設置直後の初期動作時を除く定常動作において、塩素を含む薬剤が、前記取水部から前記後濾過部に至る海水の経路中に注入されないことを特徴とする海水淡水化システム。 - 海水淡水化システムにおける海水淡水化方法であって、
前記海水淡水化システムが、
海底の砂層内に埋め込まれ、砂層を浸透した海水を取水する取水部と、
前記取水部から送られる海水を限外濾過膜により濾過する前濾過部と、
前記前濾過部から送られる海水を逆浸透膜により濾過する後濾過部と、
を備え、
前記前濾過部が、
一の分画分子量の第1限外濾過膜を有する第1前濾過ラインと、
前記第1前濾過ラインと並列に設けられるとともに、前記一の分画分子量よりも小さい分画分子量の第2限外濾過膜を有する第2前濾過ラインと、
を備え、
前記海水淡水化方法が、
a)前記取水部により取水された海水中の溶存酸素量を測定する工程と、
b)前記a)工程における溶存酸素量の測定値に従って前記取水部からの海水が流れる経路を、前記第1前濾過ラインと前記第2前濾過ラインとの間で切り替える工程と、
を備え、
前記溶存酸素量の測定値が所定値よりも高い場合には前記第2前濾過ラインが利用され、前記溶存酸素量の測定値が所定値以下である場合には前記第1前濾過ラインが利用されることを特徴とする海水淡水化方法。 - 請求項4に記載の海水淡水化方法であって、
前記取水部、前記前濾過部および前記後濾過部の設置直後の初期動作時を除く定常動作において、塩素を含む薬剤が、前記取水部から前記後濾過部に至る海水の経路中に注入されないことを特徴とする海水淡水化方法。
