Description
1.本発明で用いられる歯車は、中空歯車であり、かかる中空歯車により、磁気スティックが連結部分を通って攪拌管中に入り込むことができ、それにより磁気効果を実現することができる。
2.本発明で用いられる歯車は、長い中空軸受を有し、その結果、攪拌装置の視準度が高められる。
3.歯車列は、少なくとも2つの列の状態に配列され、歯車の任意の2つの隣り合う列は、互い違いの上下パターンをなして配置され、歯車は、互いに対して回転する同一列中の隣の歯車によって駆動されるに過ぎず、歯車全て相互間の4つの側部が同一平面内で互いに接触することに起因して生じる大きすぎるほどの正味の摩擦力の問題を回避することができる。
4.本発明の攪拌装置は、実験プロセスにおける交差汚染の問題を回避することができる。

Claims (16)
- 攪拌装置であって、
少なくとも1つの歯車と、
少なくとも一つの軸受と、
少なくとも1本の攪拌管と、
前記軸受は中空であり、前記歯車を貫通し、
少なくとも1つの連結部分とを有し、
前記連結部分は管であり、当該連結部分の一端部は、前記軸受を前記連結部分へ挿入することにより前記軸受とつながり、前記連結部分の他端部は、前記連結部分を前記撹拌管に挿入することにより前記攪拌管につながり、
前記撹拌管は、開放した一端と、閉鎖された他端とを有する管であり、
前記歯車は、前記連結部分を介して前記攪拌管を回転させ、
前記歯車が少なくとも2つの列の状態に配列されている時に、歯車の任意の2つの隣り合う列は、互い違いの上下のパターンをなして配置されている、
前記軸受は前記歯車の内側に配置されている、攪拌装置。 - モータを更に有する、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記モータは、カップリングを介して前記歯車を制御する、請求項2記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記歯車の個数が多数個である場合、前記歯車は、歯車の少なくとも1つの列を形成するよう互いに隣接して位置している、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記歯車が少なくとも2つの列の状態に配列されている場合、歯車の任意の2つの隣り合う列は、同一の平面内に配置されている、請求項4記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記歯車は、磁気歯車である、請求項5記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記多数個の歯車は、同一サイズ又は異なるサイズのものである、請求項4記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記歯車は、互いに隣接することによって回転する、請求項4記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記歯車を取り付けるための歯車箱を更に有する、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記軸受及び前記連結部分は、中空である、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記軸受の前記歯車の第1の側の一部分と前記軸受の前記歯車の反対側の第2の側の他の部分との長さの差は、5〜20mmである、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記攪拌管は、取り外し可能な攪拌管である、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記攪拌管の一端部は、閉鎖端部であり、前記攪拌管の他端部は、開放端部である、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記連結部分は、前記攪拌管の前記開放端部中に入り込んで前記攪拌管と組み合わせ関係をなす、請求項13記載の攪拌装置。
- 磁気スティックを更に有する、請求項1記載の攪拌装置。
- 前記磁気スティックは、前記攪拌管中に入り込み、前記歯車の前記軸受及び前記連結部分を通過することによって磁気効果をもたらす、請求項15記載の攪拌装置。
