Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a seat frame, a seat pad, and a support member (a member attached to the seat frame and supporting the seat pad).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. The vehicle seat includes a frame-shaped seat frame forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad (made of foamed resin) that can elastically support an occupant by forming a seat outer shape, and a support member.
The support member has a frame-like body that can be locked to the seat frame and a planar body that is stretched in the frame-like body. The frame-like body is a substantially rectangular frame (typically made of metal) that follows the shape of the seat frame, and a resin-made covering portion is formed around the frame. The planar body is a face material formed by weaving and knitting natural fiber or synthetic fiber thread material.
And when shape | molding a frame-shaped body (resin-made coating | coated part), a planar body is previously arrange | positioned in the tension state in the cavity of a shaping | molding die. Next, the molding raw material is poured into the molding die, so that the end portion of the planar body is integrally attached to the coating portion while the coating portion is molded (the end portion of the planar body is covered with the coating portion).

In the known technology, the seat pad is covered with the seat cover while being disposed on the seat frame via the support member.
At this time, the support member is locked in the seat frame and is disposed facing the seat pad. In addition, the seat pad is arranged in a face-to-face manner on the planar body while in contact with the frame-shaped body (the covering portion protruding from the planar body). Then, after the seat pad is bent and comes into contact with the planar body by the occupant's pressing, the planar body supports the seat pad while being elastically recessed and deformed.

By the way, in the configuration of the publicly known technology, the seat pad is in contact with the frame-like body (the covering portion protruding from the planar body), so that a gap is easily formed between the seat pad and the planar body.
In the configuration of the known technique, there is a possibility that the seat performance deteriorates due to a difference in the size of the gap between the seat pad and the planar body, and the support performance (spring constant) of the seat pad is biased. That is, as the gap between them increases, the pressure stress distribution of the seat pad decreases and the tensile stress distribution increases, so that the spring constant of the seat pad increases. In the seat pad portion having a large gap, the seating property is deteriorated (the cushion feeling is lowered), and the seat cover portion covering the seat pad portion is likely to be wrinkled (the configuration is inferior in design).
Recently, there is a tendency to reduce the thickness of the seat pad from the viewpoint of securing the seat space. And by thinning a seat pad, the clearance gap between the above-mentioned seat pad and a planar body becomes still easier to arise.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to support a seat pad with a support member with good performance.

As a means for solving the above problems, the vehicle seat of the first invention comprises a seat cushion down. The seat cushion includes a frame-shaped seat frame forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad that forms a seat outer shape and can elastically support an occupant, and a support member that can support the seat pad.
In the present invention, the seat pad is disposed on the seat frame via the support member. At this time, the support member has a planar body capable of supporting the seat pad and is attached to the seat frame, so that the seat pad faces the planar body and can be supported thereby. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the seat pad can be supported by the support member with good performance.
Therefore, in the present invention, the elastically extendable interposition part is provided on the side facing the seat pad support member. When the seat pad is disposed, the seat pad, the interposition part, and the planar body are arranged in this order in a multilayered manner, so that the planar body is in a state of being dented and deformed by pressing of the intervening part. It was set as the structure, the intervention part was provided in the front part side of the seat cushion, and it arrange | positioned so that a passenger | crew leg part could be supported .
In the present invention, the support performance of the seat pad can be made as uniform as possible by eliminating as much as possible the gap between the seat pad and the planar body at the interposition part. Moreover, in this invention, a passenger | crew leg part can be supported with sufficient performance by providing an intervention part in the front part side (suitable place) of a seat pad.

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, wherein the support member has a frame-like body forming the outer shape of the support member, and a planar body stretched in the frame-like body, The intervention part dents and deforms the planar body while being accommodated in the frame-shaped body.
In the present invention, the gap between the seat pad and the planar body can be eliminated more reliably at the interposition part.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Also, in each figure, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat.
The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 includes a seat component (seat cushion 4, seat back 6, headrest 8) and a rail member 9.
Each of the seat constituent members includes a seat frame (4F, 6F, 8F) forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad (4P, 6P, 8P) forming a seat outer shape, and a seat cover (4S, 6S, 8S) covering the seat pad. ).
The rail member 9 is a member that slides the seat constituent member forward and backward, and includes an upper rail 9a and a lower rail 9b. In the present embodiment, the seat frame 4F is attached to the upper part of the upper rail 9a, and the lower rail 9b is attached to the passenger compartment floor. And by assembling both rails so that sliding is possible, a seat constituent member can be slid back and forth with respect to a vehicle floor.

The seat cushion 4 has a basic configuration (4F, 4P, 4S) and a support member 20 (planar body 22, frame-like body 24) (see FIG. 2, details of each member will be described later).
In the present embodiment, the seat pad 4P is disposed on the seat frame 4F via the support member 20, and then covered with the seat cover 4S. At this time, as will be described later, the support member 20 (the planar body 22 stretched on the frame-like body 24) is attached to the seat frame 4F, and can be disposed facing the seat pad 4P to support it. is there.
In this type of configuration, it is preferable that the seat pad 4P can be supported by the support member 20 with good performance (with good seating and design properties) by minimizing the gap between the seat pad 4P and the planar body 22 as much as possible.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the seat pad 4P is supported by the support member 20 with high performance in the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

本実施形態では、シートカバー4Sの裏面側にパッド材4Sa(典型的にシートパッドよりも柔らかいウレタンラミ等の部材)を重層できる。
[Basic configuration]
Here, the seat cover 4S is a bag-like member capable of covering the seat pad 4P, and can be constituted by, for example, a fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric) or leather (natural leather, synthetic leather) (see FIGS. 2 and 3). ). In the present embodiment, a pad material 4Sa (typically a member such as urethane laminate softer than the seat pad) can be overlaid on the back surface side of the seat cover 4S.
The seat frame 4F is a substantially rectangular frame (upward view), and includes a front frame 12, a pair of side frames 14, and a rear frame 16 (see FIG. 2).
The front frame 12 is a flat plate member (substantially horizontal L-shaped in cross-sectional view) that constitutes the front skeleton of the seat cushion 4 and has a plurality of claw portions 13. Each nail | claw part 13 is a member which makes a substantially reverse L shape (side view), and can lock the frame-shaped body 24 mentioned later. In the present embodiment, the plurality of claw portions 13 can be formed on the upper surface (inclined surface) of the front frame 12 at appropriate intervals.
The pair of side frames 14 is a flat plate member that constitutes the side skeleton of the seat cushion 4 and is disposed so as to face each other on the side of the seat. The rear frame 16 is a bar (cylindrical shape) that reinforces the rear portion of the seat frame 4F, and can be disposed between the pair of side frames 14 in a bridging manner.

(Seat pad)
The seat pad 4P is a member that elastically supports the occupant and can be formed of a resin member such as polyurethane foam (density: 10 kg / m 3 to 60 kg / m 3 ) (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
The seat pad 4P of the present embodiment is a substantially rectangular member that follows the outer shape of the seat, and includes a main portion 4Pa, a pair of side portions 4Pb, and an interposition portion 4Pc described later (see FIGS. 2 and 3). . The main portion 4Pa is a flat portion where an occupant can be seated, and can be formed at the center of the seat pad 4P. The pair of side portions 4Pb are convex portions on both sides of the seat pad 4P, and can support the side of the occupant during cornering of the vehicle.

(Intervention part)
The interposition part 4Pc is a part that can be elastically expanded and contracted, and protrudes from a back surface side (side facing a support member 20 described later) toward the planar body 22 described later (see FIG. 3). .
In this embodiment, the interposition part 4Pc is formed by a part of the seat pad 4P (is an integral configuration), and can be elastically expanded and contracted similarly to the seat pad 4P. And the interposition part 4Pc is provided in the front part side of the seat pad 4P, and is formed continuously in the sheet width direction while crossing the main part 4Pa. Thus, in the present embodiment, the intervention part 4Pc is formed on the front part side of the main part 4Pa, and is disposed at the position where the occupant leg part (the part from the thigh to the calf that moves compared to the occupant's buttocks) is located. Is done.
Here, the outer dimension of the interposition part 4Pc is not particularly limited as long as it does not excessively protrude from the frame-like body 24, but is preferably a dimension that fits within the frame-like body 24 as in this embodiment (see FIG. 3). reference). Thus, by setting the interposition part 4Pc to the outer dimensions that can be accommodated in the frame-like body 24, buffering of the interposition part 4Pc and the frame-like body 24 can be avoided as much as possible when the seat pad 4P is disposed. Further, the projecting dimension (thickness dimension) of the interposition part 4Pc is not particularly limited as long as the gap between the seat pad 4P and the support member 20 can be filled, but typically the thickness dimension of the seat pad 4P is 1/10 to 1 / 2 can be set.

[Support member]
The support member 20 is a member that is attached to the seat frame 4F and supports the seat pad 4P, and includes a planar body 22 and a frame-like body 24 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
The planar body 22 is a stretchable (concave-deformable) planar material that can support the seat pad 4P, and has a dimension that can be stretched in a frame-shaped body 24 described later. Here, the material of the planar body 22 is not particularly limited, but a fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric) made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, leather (natural leather, synthetic leather), or net body (fibers are woven in a mesh shape). Member).
The planar body 22 (made of woven or knitted fabric) of the present embodiment has, as its constituent yarn, for example, an elastic yarn (elastically stretchable yarn material) arranged in the sheet width direction and a high strength yarn in the sheet longitudinal direction. (Yarn material having higher strength than elastic yarn) can be disposed. The pressure distribution of the seat pad 4P can be made as uniform as possible by appropriately managing the tension and the number of arrangement of each yarn. Furthermore, the strength and heat resistance of the planar body 22 can be improved by using a high-strength yarn as a constituent yarn. Examples of the elastic yarn (material) include polyurethane fiber, polyether ester fiber, polyamide fiber, and polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) fiber.

The frame body 24 is a frame body that can be locked to the seat frame 4F (see FIG. 2). The frame-like body 24 of the present embodiment is a substantially rectangular (upward view) frame that can be arranged in the seat frame 4F, and includes a front frame portion 24a, a pair of side frame portions 24b, and a rear frame portion 24c. Have.
The front frame portion 24a is a part forming one side of the front portion of the frame-like body 24, and is disposed in front of the seat and extends in the seat width direction. The rear frame portion 24c is a part forming one side of the rear portion of the frame-like body 24, and is arranged behind the seat and extends in the seat width direction.
And a pair of side frame part 24b is a site | part which makes one side of the frame-shaped body 24 side part, respectively, and is extended in the sheet | seat front-back direction. The rear portion (24d) of each side frame portion 24b is curved and deformed in a substantially inverted U shape, and can be locked to the rear frame 16 in a latching manner.

[Assembly work of support member]
In the present embodiment, the sheet-like body 22 is attached while being stretched (tensioned) in the plane direction while traversing the frame-like body 24 in the sheet width direction (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
At this time, while the planar body 22 is disposed on the frame-like body 24, the end side of the planar body 22 is folded downward (wrapped) while being wrapped around the side frame portion 24b. Then, each end folded inward is stitched to the back side of the planar body 22 (forms a sewing line SEW), whereby the planar body 22 is disposed in the frame-shaped body 24 with tension (stretched). Yes)
Then, the front side (front frame portion 24a) of the support member 20 is locked to the plurality of claws 13 and the rear side (rear portion 24d) of the support member 20 is locked to the rear frame 16 in a latching manner. In this way, the seat member 4P (main portion 4Pa) is disposed so as to be supported while the support member 20 is disposed on the seat frame 4F.

[Seat pad layout]
2 and 3, the seat pad 4 </ b> P is covered with the seat cover 4 </ b> S while being disposed on the seat frame 4 </ b> F via the support member 20.
At this time, in the present embodiment, the support member 20 is mounted in the seat frame 4F, so that the main portion 4Pa faces the planar body 22 and can be supported thereby. In this type of configuration, it is preferable that the seat pad 4P can be supported by the support member 20 with high performance by eliminating the gap between the seat pad 4P and the planar body 22 as much as possible.

Therefore, in the present embodiment, the interposition part 4Pc (elastically expandable member) is provided to protrude toward the planar body 22 while being provided on the back surface (side facing the support member 20) of the main part 4Pa (FIG. 3).
When the seat pad 4P is disposed, the main portion 4Pa, the interposition portion 4Pc, and the planar body 22 are disposed in this order in a multilayered manner. By pressing the interposition part 4Pc against the planar body 22 in this state, the planar body 22 is in a state of being dented and deformed by the pressing of the interposition part 4Pc (the two-dot broken line state in FIG. 3). reference). At this time, the interposition part 4Pc can be suitably recessed and deformed while being accommodated in the frame body 24 (without interfering with the frame body 24).
Thus, in the present embodiment, the gap between the seat pad 4P (main part 4Pa) and the planar body 22 can be eliminated as much as possible in the interposition part 4Pc. As a result, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of bias in the support performance (spring constant) of the main part 4Pa as much as possible, and to make the support performance of the main part 4Pa part provided with the interposition part 4Pc as uniform as possible.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the occupant legs can be supported with a good cushion feeling by providing the interposition part 4Pc in the front part of the seat pad 4P and increasing the support pressure of the part. According to this configuration, even if the seat pad 4P is thinned, it is possible to suitably prevent deterioration of the seating property on the front side (appropriate place) of the seat pad 4P.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the support performance of the seat pad 4P is made uniform as much as possible by eliminating the gap between the seat pad 4P (main part 4Pa) and the planar body 22 as much as possible in the interposition part 4Pc. Can be. That is, by filling the gap between the main portion 4Pa and the support member 20 with the interposition portion 4Pc, the pressure stress distribution in the main portion 4Pa increases uniformly and the tensile stress distribution decreases uniformly (the spring constant is uniform). ). For this reason, the seating property of the main portion 4Pa is improved (the cushion feeling is increased), and the seat cover 4S covering the main portion 4Pa is less likely to be wrinkled (the design is excellent in design).
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the interposition part 4Pc dents and deform | transforms the planar body 22 while being settled in the frame-shaped body 24, the clearance gap between the main part 4Pa and the planar body 22 can be eliminated more reliably. .
And in this embodiment, a passenger | crew leg part can be supported with sufficient performance by providing the intervention part 4Pc in the front part side (suitable place) of the seat pad 4P.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the seat pad 4P can be supported by the support member 20 with good performance.

[Test example]
Hereinafter, although this embodiment is described based on an example, the present invention is not limited to the example.
[Example 1]
In Example 1, a substantially rectangular wire material (φ 6 mm steel material, sheet width direction dimension 330 mm, sheet front-rear direction dimension 390 mm) was used as the frame-like body.
Further, as a planar body, a plain woven fabric heat-set (dry heat 180 ° C. × 1 min) cut into a strip shape (size in the front-rear direction of the sheet: 390 mm, dimension in the sheet width direction: 330 mm) was used. At this time, a PET processed yarn (167T / 48f / 2 inch, Z250T / m, manufactured by Kawabo Textile Co., Ltd.), which is a high-strength yarn, was used as a warp yarn (a yarn arranged in the longitudinal direction of the sheet). Moreover, PPT monofilament yarn (1000 dtex / 1f, manufactured by Uniplus Shiga Co., Ltd.), which is an elastic yarn, was used as the weft yarn (yarn arranged in the sheet width direction). Then, the warp density of the planar body was set to 100 / inch, and the weft density was set to 54 / inch.
Then, the planar body was stretched between the frame bodies by applying tension in the sheet width direction (in a state where the sheet body was stretched 1.5% in the sheet width direction).
As a seat cushion, a substantially rectangular member made of polyurethane foam (density: 10 kg / m 3 ) (sheet width direction dimension 400 mm, seat front-rear direction dimension 580 mm, front side seat height direction dimension 110 mm) is used. It was. In addition, on the front side of the seat pad, an interposition part (a sheet width direction dimension of 400 mm, a seat front-rear direction dimension of 200 mm, and a seat height direction dimension of 10 mm) was integrally provided (integrated molding).
Then, the seat pad was covered with a woven fabric seat cover while being disposed on the seat frame via the support member (see FIG. 2). At this time, the interstitial part was pressed against the planar body, so that the planar body was dented and deformed by the pressing of the interstitial part.

In this example, a static load deflection tester using a pressure plate (steel board) was used as a preliminary pressurization at a pressure rate of 50 mm / min on the front side of the seat cushion (positioning position of the interposition part). Compressed to 882N and immediately removed the load. And after leaving for 1 minute, the test was implemented on the same conditions and the 490-882N pressurization side deflection | deviation difference was measured.

[Comparative Example 1]
In Comparative Example 1, the support member and the seat pad of Example 1 (intervening portion omitted) were used. Other conditions were the same as in Example 1. The seat pad was covered with a woven fabric seat cover while being disposed on the seat frame via the support member. At this time, a gap (gap having a dimension of 8 mm in the sheet height direction) was generated between the seat pad and the planar body.

[Test results and discussion]
Referring to FIG. 4, the seat pad of Comparative Example 1 has a large inclination when returning after being bent.
In contrast, in the seat pad of Example 1, the inclination when returning to the original position after bending was small (it was found that the cushion feeling increased). This is presumably because the spring constant of the seat pad is reduced by the interposition part. As a result, according to this example, it was found that the seat pad can be supported by the support member with good performance.

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.
(1) In the present embodiment, the intervention part 4Pc integrated with the seat pad 4P is illustrated, but the configuration of the intervention part is not limited. For example, the interposition part can be formed separately from the seat pad. Further, the interposition part can be formed of a material different from that of the seat pad (two-color molding when integrated with the seat pad). The interposition part can be provided on at least one of the seat pad and the planar body. In addition, the number of interposed portions (the number of arrangements) and the shape can be appropriately changed according to the sheet configuration.
(2) Moreover, in this embodiment, the example which provides the intervention part 4Pc in the front part side of the seat pad 4P was demonstrated. The position where the interposition part is provided can be appropriately changed according to the seat configuration. For example, the position is provided on at least a part of the front part of the seat pad (position of the occupant leg) and the rear part of the seat pad (position of the occupant's buttocks). Can be formed. Moreover, the interposition part may be formed continuously in the sheet width direction or may be formed intermittently. For example, in the rear part of the seat pad, the interposition part can be provided only at the center of the main part (arrangement position of the passenger heel part). In addition, in the front part of the seat pad, it is possible to form (intermittently form) intervention parts on both sides of the main part (arrangement positions of the occupant legs).

(3) Moreover, in this embodiment, although the structure of the support member 20 was illustrated, it is not the meaning which limits the structure of the member. For example, the planar body can be directly stretched on the seat frame (the frame body can be omitted).
(4) In the present embodiment, the configuration of the vehicle seat 2 (the seat cushion 4, the seat back 6, the headrest 8, and the rail member 9) is exemplified, but the configuration of the seat can be appropriately changed (omitted).

(5) In the present embodiment, the seat cushion 4 has been described as an example. However, the configuration of the present embodiment can be applied to various seat components such as a seat back. In the planar body arranged in the seat back, for example, an elastic yarn is arranged in the seat width direction as a constituent yarn, and a high-strength yarn is arranged in the seat vertical direction (direction perpendicular to the elastic yarn). it can. The configuration of the present embodiment can be applied to all vehicle seats such as vehicles, airplanes, and trains.
