Claims (16)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールの集合体を収容した内部ケースがパックケースの中に収容された構成からなるバッテリーパックのためのバッテリーモジュールであって、
複数の円筒型二次電池セル(以下、「セル」とする)と、
前記セルの外観形状に対応する複数の溝が形成され、前記溝は前記セルの電極が外部に露出するように開放されている、上部フレームと、
前記セルの外観形状に対応する複数の溝が形成され、前記溝は前記セルの電極が外部に露出するように開放されている、下部フレームと、を含み、
前記上部フレームに形成された溝の上端及び前記下部フレームに形成された溝の下端には、前記セルの上端及び下端の一部を覆うことで前記セルが溝から離脱しないようにするセルストッパーが形成されており、
前記上部フレームまたは前記下部フレームの一側面には、前記内部ケースとの連結のための螺線が形成されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルは、3行に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルは、10列に配列されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルは、3行及び2行の配置が繰り返される形態に配列されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームには相互対応する位置に螺線が形成され、前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームは前記螺線及びねじによって結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記セルストッパーは、前記溝の間の空間に位置し、四角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム及び下部フレームにそれぞれ形成された溝は、2mmないし10mmの間隔で配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレームの上端部には突出部が形成されており、
前記下部フレームの下端部には前記突出部の形状及び位置に対応する凹溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部フレームに形成されたセルストッパーには突出部が形成されており、
前記下部フレームに形成されたセルストッパーには、前記突出部の形状に対応する凹溝部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上部フレームまたは前記下部フレームの一側面には、他のバッテリーモジュールとの結合のための連結部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記連結部は、“「”または“」”形状を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームは、互いに異なる色を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム及び前記下部フレームは、高分子物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記高分子物質は、ポリカーボネートであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記高分子物質は、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記高分子物質は、ハロゲン族元素が含まれていないポリカーボネートと、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂との混合物であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
