Description
Claims (6)
- 外方から開口する中空部を有するハウジングと、
前記中空部に直列に挿入される筒状の第一スリーブと筒状の第二スリーブと、
前記第一スリーブ内に収容されて前記第一スリーブに軸方向へ移動自在に案内される第一スプールと、
前記第二スリーブ内に収容されて前記第二スリーブに軸方向へ移動自在に案内される第二スプールとを備え、
前記第二スリーブは、前記ハウジングに対する軸方向位置を位置決める位置決め部と前記ハウジングに固定される固定部と、前記第二スリーブの前記位置決め部から前記固定部までの範囲外の位置に設けられて前記第二スプールが摺動自在に挿入されるスプール孔とを有する
ことを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記スプール孔は、前記固定部と前記位置決め部よりも前記ハウジング内側へ設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記第一スリーブの先端面に対向する段部を有し、
前記第一スリーブの軸方向の長さは、前記ハウジングの段部から前記第二スリーブの先端面までの軸方向長さよりも短い
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバルブ。 - 前記位置決め部は、前記第二スリーブの外周に設けたフランジであって、前記フランジを前記ハウジングの端面に当接して前記第二スリーブが前記ハウジングに対して位置決めされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。 - 前記ハウジングは、外方から前記中空部に並列に開口する孔と、前記孔の開口端を閉塞する蓋とを有し、
前記蓋は、前記フランジで前記孔からの抜けが規制される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバルブ。 - 前記第二スプールと前記第二スリーブとで開閉弁を構成し、前記第二スリーブに対して前記第二スプールが軸方向へ移動することで流路を開閉し、
前記第一スプールは、前記第一スリーブに設けた弁座に着座可能な弁体を有し、前記中空部内に収容されて前記弁体を前記弁座に着座させる方向へ附勢するばねと、前記第一スリーブとで可変リリーフ弁を形成し、
前記第二スプールを軸方向へ移動させて前記開閉弁を開閉するとともに、前記第二スプールを介して前記第一スプールに推力を与えて前記可変リリーフ弁の開弁圧を調節するソレノイドを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブ。
