Claims (5)
- 複数のバスバーを絶縁性樹脂を用いてインサート成形することでバスバーユニットを製造するバスバーユニット製造方法であって、
前記複数のバスバーがバスバー軸方向に離間するように、当該複数のバスバーを第1金型に設けられた支持部に配設する1次セット工程と、
前記支持部に配設された隣接する前記バスバーの間隔を保持する部材であって、前記支持部に対して移動可能に設けられる間隔保持部材を、前記バスバー間に挿入する挿入工程と、
前記間隔保持部材を前記バスバー間に挿入した状態で、前記第1金型内に絶縁性樹脂を注入してインサート成形を実行する1次成形工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするバスバーユニット製造方法。 - 前記複数のバスバーは、第1から第4の環状のバスバーであって、
前記1次成形工程において第1バスバー及び第2バスバーをインサート成形して環状の1次成形部材を形成した後に、前記第1金型とは異なる第2金型内に前記1次成形部材、第3バスバー及び第4バスバーを配設する2次セット工程と、
前記2次セット工程後に、前記第2金型内に絶縁性樹脂を注入してインサート成形を実行する2次成形工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーユニット製造方法。 - 前記支持部は、前記第1バスバーの内周縁が載置される第1段部と、前記第1バスバーの内径よりも小さい内径を有する前記第2バスバーの内周縁が載置される第2段部と、を備える階段状部材として構成され、
前記1次セット工程では、前記第1バスバーが前記第1段部に載置された後に、前記第2バスバーが前記第2段部に載置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載に記載のバスバーユニット製造方法。 - 前記第2金型は、当該第2金型内での前記1次成形部材の位置を位置決めするための軸部を有し、
前記絶縁性樹脂が硬化して形成された前記1次成形部材の絶縁部は、前記軸部の外周面に摺接可能な内周面を有し、
前記2次セット工程では、前記1次成形部材は、前記絶縁部の内周面が前記軸部の外周面に接した状態で前記軸部に配設される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載のバスバーユニット製造方法。 - 前記絶縁性樹脂が硬化して形成された前記1次成形部材の絶縁部は、前記1次成形部材の軸方向の両端に収容凹部を有し、
前記2次セット工程では、前記第3バスバーは前記1次成形部材の一方の前記収容凹部に収容されるように配設され、前記第4バスバーは前記1次成形部材の他方の前記収容凹部に収容されるように配設される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一つに記載のバスバーユニット製造方法。
