Claims (19)
- 幅がw1である1段目の凹溝と幅が前記w1よりも大きいw2である2段目の凹溝とを含む段付き凹溝を備える金属プレートと、
前記金属プレートよりも低い融点を有し、前記1段目の凹溝内に形成されるはんだ付けパターンと、
前記2段目の凹溝内に形成され、前記はんだ付けパターンの形成された領域を覆う絶縁層と、を含む二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記段付き凹溝は、
前記金属プレートの幅方向に沿って形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記はんだ付けパターンは、
すず及び銅を含み、鉛を含まない無鉛はんだ付け物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記すずの含量は65.0wt〜99.9%であり、前記銅の含量は0.01wt%〜35.0wt%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。
- 前記はんだ付けパターンは、
ニッケル、亜鉛及び銀を含む金属からなる群より選択された少なくとも一種の追加金属をさらに含むはんだ付け物質からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記追加金属の含量は、
0.01wt%〜20.0wt%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記はんだ付けパターンは、
100℃〜250℃の融点を有するはんだ付け物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記金属プレートの表面と前記絶縁層の表面とは、同一の平面を成すことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。
- 前記絶縁層は、
前記段付き凹溝の外側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記金属プレートの表面と前記はんだ付けパターンの表面とは、同一平面を成すことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。
- 前記絶縁層は、
前記金属プレートの表面と前記はんだ付けパターンの表面とを同時に覆うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 前記絶縁層は、
セラミック材質及び強化樹脂を含む絶縁性物質からなる群より選択された少なくとも一つの物質からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用コネックティング部品。 - 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル、前記バッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケース、前記モジュールケースの外側に突出した外部端子及び前記バッテリーセルと外部端子とを接続するバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールに流れる電流の経路上に設けられるコネックティング部品として、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーとして、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記外部端子に接続されたリード端子を更に含み、
前記リード端子として、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 少なくとも一つのバッテリーセル、前記バッテリーセルを収容するモジュールケース、前記モジュールケースの外側に突出した外部端子及び前記バッテリーセルと外部端子とを接続するバスバーを含むバッテリーモジュールが複数接続されて具現されたバッテリーパックであって、
前記バッテリーパックに流れる電流の経路上に設けられるコネックティング部品として、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 隣接する前記バッテリーモジュールの間を接続するインタコネックティングバーを更に含み、
前記インタコネックティングバーとして、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バスバーとして、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックの外部端子に接続されたリード端子を更に含み、
前記リード端子として、請求項1〜12のうち一項による二次電池用コネックティング部品が適用されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のバッテリーパック。
