係止部32は開口部33を有し、ターミナル端子20のベース部20aに挿入載置した芯線7aを上側から係止する係止片部32aを設けてある。
また、接続壁22に対向して曲面状の弾性接触部34を弾性部材30の基部から立設形成してあり、芯線7aを弾性接触部34が接続壁22に向けて付勢する。
本実施例では、スライダー40に突部41を形成し、スライダー40をハウジング10の外方に引き出すと、図4(a)に示すように突部41が弾性部材30の被押圧部31を下側から押し上げ、係止部の係止片部32aが上昇し開放状態になり、この状態でハウジング10の接続孔15からケーブルを差し込み、次にこのスライダーを押し込むと図4(b)に示すように係止部32が弾性復帰し、芯線7aを係止片部32aにより係止する例となっている。
