前記クロスメンバ(14)は前記上壁(14a)および前記下壁(14b)を接続する隔壁(14e)を備えて横向きの8字状断面に構成され、前記金属板が前記隔壁(14e)の上方で前側あるいは後側に折り曲げられて前記上壁(14a)が2枚重ねになった部分の下面に前記ナット(22)が固定され、かつ前記金属板は前記隔壁(14e)の下方で前側に折り曲げられて前記下壁(14c)は2枚重ねになった部分を有し、
