Description

The present invention relates to an indoor / outdoor plate member and a table, and more particularly to an indoor / outdoor plate member and a table made of wood.

Conventionally, in indoor and outdoor furniture and fittings such as tables and doors, a plate member for indoor / outdoor formed in a plate shape has been used. It is necessary to maintain the shape and mounting state of the indoor / outdoor plate member for a long period of time, and it is difficult to produce a high-quality indoor / outdoor plate member using wood having properties such as being easily deformed and soft. .

For example, when wood is formed in a plate shape, the wood surface located on the convex side of the curved surface of the annual ring contracts and the wood back surface located on the concave side of the curved surface of the annual ring expands, causing the indoor / outdoor plate member to warp. There was a problem that occurred. In addition, the plate-shaped wood is easily deformed by its own weight. For example, when the indoor / outdoor plate member is used as the top plate of the table, if the back surface of the indoor / outdoor plate member is partially supported by the legs, the legs There has been a problem that the space between the leg portion and the leg portion is deformed downward and the indoor / outdoor plate member is bent. In addition, because wood has a soft nature, when the indoor / outdoor plate member is attached using a fixing device such as a screw, the portion into which the fixing device is inserted is deformed and the fixing device is loosened, so that the indoor / outdoor plate member is deteriorated. There was also the problem of doing. There is a need to improve such problems specific to wood and to produce high-quality indoor / outdoor plate members from wood.

Therefore, as a technique for suppressing the warpage of the indoor / outdoor plate member, Patent Document 1 proposes a multi-layered laminated material in which the fiber directions of the plate-like bodies are orthogonal to each other and the plate-like bodies are laminated and bonded in the thickness direction. . Since this multilayer laminated material laminates the plate-like bodies so that the fiber directions are orthogonal to each other, warping and twisting can be suppressed.

However, the multi-layered laminated material of Patent Document 1 has a problem that it requires various steps in production and requires a large amount of labor.

In addition, the pair of shape restraining portions includes a plurality of one-surface-side restraining portions that are bonded to one surface and a plurality of other-surface-side restraining portions that are bonded to the other surface. The other surface side restraining portions can be arranged at equal intervals.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment 1
FIG. 1 shows the configuration of a table provided with an indoor / outdoor plate member according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The table includes an indoor / outdoor plate member 1 having a plate shape, and four leg portions 2 fixed to the back surface of the indoor / outdoor plate member 1.

The indoor / outdoor plate member 1 is bonded to the wooden plate portion 3, a pair of shape restraining portions 4 bonded to the front surface and the back surface of the wooden plate portion 3, and the back surface of the wooden plate portion 3 corresponding to the fixing points of the legs 2. And a locking portion 5.
FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the indoor / outdoor plate member 1. The wooden board part 3 is comprised from the wood formed in plate shape, and the wooden surface 7 is located in the outer side of the annual ring 6 formed in the wooden material, and the wooden back surface 8 is located in the inner side of the annual ring 6. Further, the facet surface 9 and the wood end face 10 are positioned so as to connect the wood surface 7 and the wood back face 8, and the wood facet 10 extends in the width direction W so that the facet surface 9 crosses the annual ring 6 and the wood end face 10 extends. It extends in the length direction L. For this reason, the curved surface 11 of the annual ring 6 is formed on the small face 9 so as to be convex toward the wood surface 7 side. Further, the wood board portion 3 is formed so that the wood surface 7, the wood back surface 8, the fore edge surface 9 and the wood end surface 10 are rectangular.
In addition, the wooden board part 3 can be comprised from timber, such as a cedar material, a cypress material, a pine material, and a plywood, for example.

The pair of shape restraining portions 4 are formed thin, and are bonded to the wooden surface 7 and the wooden back surface 8 of the wooden board portion 3 via an adhesive so as to extend along the deformed portion of the wooden board portion 3. Specifically, the pair of shape restraint portions 4 includes a pair of warp restraint portions 12 bonded to the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 so as to extend to face the curved line 11 of the annual ring 6, and the wood surface 7 and the wood. It has a pair of bending | flexion restraint parts 13 adhere | attached so that it might extend in parallel with the long side of the back surface 8.

The warp restraining part 12 restrains the warp of the wood board part 3 that occurs according to the surrounding environment such as temperature and humidity. A plurality of warp restraining portions 12 are respectively arranged on the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8, and the plurality of warp restraining portions 12 continuously extend between opposite edges of the wood board portion 3, that is, between the wood end surfaces 10. And are arranged at equal intervals parallel to each other in the length direction L. Further, the warp restraining portion 12 is disposed on the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 at positions facing each other across the wood board portion 3.

The bending restraint part 13 restrains the bending of the wood board part 3 which arises according to own weight and external force. Two bending restraining portions 13 are arranged on the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 respectively, and the two bending restraining portions 13 continuously extend between the opposite edges of the wood board portion 3, that is, between the small edge surfaces 9. It is formed as follows. The two bending restraint portions 13 are arranged in parallel to each other and are connected to both end portions of the plurality of warp restraint portions 12.

Here, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are made of a plastic composite material. Examples of the plastic composite material include fiber reinforced plastics (FRP), and it is particularly preferable to use carbon fiber reinforced plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic from the viewpoint of tensile strength, strength, and weight.
The warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are housed in a restraint portion groove portion 14 formed in the wood board portion 3, and the surfaces thereof are located on the same plane as the wood surface 7 and wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3. Is done.

The loosening prevention portions 5 are arranged at the four corners of the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3 and are adhered to the wood board portion 3 via an adhesive. As shown in FIG. 3, the loosening prevention portion 5 is formed in a thin wall and accommodated in a groove portion 15 for the loosening prevention portion formed in the wooden board portion 3, and the surface thereof is the same as the wood back surface 8 of the wooden board portion 3. Located on a plane.
Here, similarly to the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13, the locking portion 5 is made of a plastic composite material. Examples of the plastic composite material include fiber reinforced plastics, and it is particularly preferable to use carbon fiber reinforced plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics from the viewpoint of tensile strength, strength, and weight.

The leg portion 2 supports the indoor / outdoor plate member 1, and has a flange 16 at the base portion fixed to the wood plate portion 3, and a fixing tool 17 such as a screw is inserted into the wood plate portion 3 through the flange 16. It is fixed by inserting. At this time, the fixture 17 is inserted into the wooden board part 3 through the loosening prevention part 5.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable to arrange | position the exterior sheet | seat 18 which covers the wooden board part 3, the shape restraint part 4, and the loosening prevention part 5, and, thereby, the shape restraint part 4 and the loosening prevention part 5 are not visible from the outside. Can be hidden.

Next, a method for manufacturing the table will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 5, the restraining portion groove portion 14 is formed on the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3, and the locking portion groove portion 15 is formed on the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3. . Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 of the shape restraint portion 4 are accommodated in the restraint portion groove portion 14 and bonded to the wood board portion 3 via an adhesive. Further, the locking part 5 is accommodated in the locking part groove 15 and bonded to the wooden board part 3. At this time, the plastic composite material constituting the warp restraint portion 12, the deflection restraint portion 13 and the loosening prevention portion 5 has an adhesive effect on a wide variety of adhesives. For example, for woodworking suitably used for the wood board portion 3 It can be bonded with the adhesive.

Here, as shown in FIG. 7, when the warp restraining portion 12 is not bonded to the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3, the wood surface 7 side contracts and the wood back surface 8 side expands. 3 may be warped. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 8, when the bending restraint part 13 is not adhere | attached on the wooden surface 7 and the wooden back surface 8 of the wooden board part 3, there exists a possibility that the wooden board part 3 may curve below and it may bend by own weight.

Therefore, as described above, the warp restraining portion 12 is bonded to the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3 so that the warp restraint portion 12 causes the warp of the wood board portion 3 from both sides of the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8. to bound. In addition, by attaching the bending restraint portion 13 to the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8 of the wood board portion 3, the bending restraint portion 13 restrains the bending of the wood board portion 3 from both sides of the wood surface 7 and the wood back surface 8.
At this time, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are made of a plastic composite material having a larger tensile force and strength than the wood board portion 3. For this reason, the deformation | transformation to the width direction W and the length direction L of the wood board part 3 is suppressed by the big tensile force and intensity | strength of the curvature restraint part 12 and the bending restraint part 13, and restrains the curvature and bending of the wood board part 3 over a long period of time. can do. Further, since the plastic composite material is lighter than a material having high rigidity such as a metal, even if the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are bonded, a large load is not applied to the wood plate portion 3, and the wood plate portion 3 Can be reliably suppressed.

Here, it is preferable that the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are made of fiber reinforced plastic, whereby the tensile force and strength can be further increased, and the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are formed thin. Even in this case, a certain tensile force and strength can be maintained. Moreover, it is preferable to arrange | position the fiber material contained in a fiber reinforced plastic to one direction in the direction where the curvature restraint part 12 and the bending restraint part 13 each extend. That is, the fiber material is arranged so that the warp restraining portion 12 extends in the width direction W of the wood board portion 3, and the fiber material is arranged so that the bending restraint portion 13 extends in the length direction L of the wood board portion 3. Thereby, compared with the case where it arrange | positions so that a fiber material may mutually cross | intersect in several directions, the curvature restraint part 12 and the bending restraint part 13 can be comprised from many fiber materials, and also raises a tensile force and intensity | strength. be able to.
Moreover, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are adhered to the wood board portion 3 via an adhesive, and the adhesive force can be improved according to the adhesion area. For this reason, it is preferable to increase the surface area of the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 by applying a so-called Hi-Grip treatment that forms irregularities on the surface, thereby further improving the adhesive force.

Further, the warp restraining portions 12 are arranged at equal intervals in parallel to each other in the length direction L of the wood board portion 3, thereby reliably suppressing the warpage of the wood board portion 3 with a small amount of the warp restraining portion 12. Can do. Further, the warp restraining portion 12 is formed so as to continuously extend in the width direction W, and the warp of the wood board portion 3 can be suppressed in the width direction W.
Moreover, the bending restraint part 13 is formed so as to extend continuously in the length direction L in parallel with each other in the width direction W of the wooden board part 3, and thereby, the bending of the wooden board part 3 with a small amount of the bending restraining part 13. It can be surely suppressed.

When the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 having a length of 4 m, a width of 1 m, and a thickness of 3 cm is manufactured, for example, seven warp restraining portions 12 having a length of 80 cm and a width of 5 cm are arranged at intervals of 60 cm in the length direction. At the same time, the two bending restraint portions 13 having a length of 3.5 m and a width of 75 cm can be arranged at an interval of 80 cm in the width direction.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 9, the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 is produced by providing the exterior sheet 18 so as to cover the wood board portion 3 and the shape restraining portion 4, and leg portions are formed at the four corners of the indoor / outdoor plate member 1. 2 is attached. At this time, the leg portion 2 is fixed by inserting the fixing tool 17 into the wooden board portion 3, but the wooden board portion 3 is made of soft wood, and the fixing tool 17 is directly inserted into the wooden board portion 3. And the insertion part deform | transforms and the fixing tool 17 loosens, there exists a possibility that standing of the leg part 2 may deteriorate and what is called rattling may arise. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixing tool 17 is inserted into the wooden board part 3 via the locking part 5, so that the fixing tool 17 can bite into the locking part 5 and be firmly fixed. The fixation of the leg 2 can be maintained over a long period of time.

In addition, it is preferable that the locking part 5 has a thickness of two or more threads of the fixture 17, for example, a thickness of 2.5 mm or more. As a result, a screw thread of one or more turns in the fixing tool 17 can be joined to the locking part 5 and the fixing tool 17 is supported over the entire circumference, so that the fixing tool 17 is more firmly attached to the locking part 5. Can be fixed.
Moreover, the loosening prevention part 5 is adhere | attached through the adhesive agent with respect to the wooden board part 3, and can improve adhesive force according to the adhesion area. For this reason, it is preferable to increase the surface area of the locking portion 5 by applying a so-called Hi-Grip treatment that forms irregularities on the surface, thereby further improving the adhesive force.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the locking part 5 is made of a fiber reinforced plastic, whereby the fixing tool 17 can be more firmly fixed to the locking part 5. The fiber material contained in the fiber reinforced plastic preferably has a length of 10 mm or more. Moreover, it is preferable that the fiber material contained in the fiber reinforced plastic is arranged so as to intersect with each other in a plurality of directions instead of in one direction, so that the fixing member 17 can be more firmly fixed to the locking portion 5. it can.
Moreover, the loosening prevention part 5 can also be made into a laminated structure. For example, the locking portion 5 has a two-layer structure, and the outer layer into which the fixing member 17 is inserted is made of fiber reinforced plastic that intersects with each other in a plurality of directions, and the inner layer that contacts the wooden board portion 3 It can be composed of fiber reinforced plastics such as fibers and granular pellets or plastics. Further, the loosening prevention portion 5 has a three-layer structure, and an outer layer into which the fixture 17 is inserted and an inner layer in contact with the wood board portion 3 are made of fiber reinforced plastics that intersect each other in a plurality of directions, The intermediate layer disposed on the substrate may be composed of fiber reinforced plastic or plastic such as flaky short fibers and granular pellets.

According to the present embodiment, the warp and the bending of the wood board 3 are restrained only by adhering the warp restraining part 12, the bending restraining part 13 and the loosening prevention part 5 to the wood board part 3, and the fixture 17 is attached to the wood board part 3. Therefore, the high-quality indoor / outdoor plate member 1 can be easily obtained.

Here, the wood board part 3 generally requires a great effort in order to suppress warpage even in the manufacturing stage. For example, after the raw wood is cut into a plate shape, the wood board portion is placed over a long period of time, and the moisture contained in the wood board portion is naturally dried, so that the warp of the wood board portion is suppressed. Furthermore, when warping occurs in the wood board portion after the drying treatment, it is necessary to scrape the warped portion, and there is a problem that the yield is low.
Therefore, the warp restraining portion 12 is bonded to the wood board portion 3 at an early stage of manufacturing the wood board portion 3, for example, at an early stage after cutting the raw wood, so that the wood board portion 3 is not subjected to a long-term drying treatment. The indoor / outdoor plate member 1 can be manufactured in a state in which moisture is contained in the portion 3, and labor for suppressing warpage of the wood plate portion 3 can be greatly reduced.

Thus, since the wooden board part 3 of the board member 1 for indoors / outdoors is comprised from the timber produced in this way, ambient humidity can be adjusted uniformly with the humidity control function which the timber has. Here, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 are arranged so as to extend along a portion where warp and warp of the wood board portion 3 occur without covering the whole wood board portion 3, thereby the wood board portion 3. Many of the wood parts that make up are exposed to the outside. As described above, the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 can suppress warpage and flexure without interfering with the humidity control function of the wood board portion 3.

As the wood constituting the wood board portion 3, it is preferable to use a cedar material having a high humidity control function. This cedar is a wood that has a high humidity control function, but is prone to be easily deformed and soft, that is, wood that is prone to warp, bend, and deform the insertion portion of the fixture 17. For this reason, the cedar material has not been actively used for the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 in spite of the large supply. Therefore, by using the warp restraining portion 12, the deflection restraining portion 13 and the loosening prevention portion 5 on the wood board portion 3 made of cedar material, the warp, the bending and the loosening of the fixture 17 are suppressed, and a high humidity control function is provided. The indoor / outdoor plate member 1 can be obtained.
Furthermore, since the cedar material is lighter than other wood, the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 can be reduced in weight.

The exterior sheet 18 is preferably made of a material that allows gas to pass between the outside and the inside. For example, it is possible to use an exterior sheet 18 formed of a veneer made by cutting a thin piece of wood, whereby gas can be circulated through the exterior sheet 18 between the wooden board portion 3 and the outside, and the ambient humidity can be reduced. It is possible to adjust more reliably.

Thus, a table having a high humidity control function can be used for office use. In general, an air conditioner performs most of humidity control in an office. For this reason, the air conditioning equipment is operated during working hours when people are in the office and the humidity in the office is adjusted to a constant level. However, if the air conditioning equipment is stopped outside the working hours, the humidity in the office deteriorates. For example, there is a risk of causing bacterial growth. Therefore, by installing a table having a high humidity control function in the office, humidity control in the office can be performed continuously.

In the first embodiment, the warp restraining portion 12 and the flexure restraining portion 13 are formed so as to continuously extend between the edges of the wood board portion 3 facing each other. In addition, it is sufficient if bending can be suppressed, and cutting may be performed in the middle. However, since the warping and bending restraining force is reduced, it is preferable that the warping restraining portion 12 and the bending restraining portion 13 are formed so as to extend continuously.
Moreover, it is preferable to provide the warp restraint portion 12 and the flexure restraint portion 13 so as to continuously extend in a portion where the deformation of the wood board portion 3 becomes extremely large. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, when the leg portion 21 is provided at a distance from the edge of the wood board portion 3 to the center portion side, a large deflection is generated between the leg portions 21 that support the wood board portion 3. Therefore, the bending of the wood board portion 3 can be sufficiently suppressed by providing the bending restraining portion 22 so as to extend between the leg portions 21.

Moreover, in said Embodiment 1, although the wooden board part 3 was comprised from one timber, a several timber can also be arranged in a plate shape and comprised. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a wood board portion 23 can be arranged instead of the wood board portion 3 of the above embodiment. This wood board portion 23 is formed by width-welding the three woods 24a, 24b and 24c by alternately changing the direction. That is, the wood surfaces 7a and 24c located at both ends of the wood board portion 23 face the same direction, whereas the wood surface 24b of the wood 24b located between the woods 24a and 24c is opposite to the wood surface 7b. It is arranged to face the direction. Thereby, the curvature of the wooden board part 23 can be made uniform in the width direction W, and the curvature of the wooden board part 3 can be reduced.

Embodiment 2
In Embodiment 1 described above, the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 is used as a table top, but it can be widely used for furniture and fittings used indoors and outdoors, and is not limited thereto. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, an indoor / outdoor plate member can be used for the door. The door includes an indoor / outdoor plate member 25, a hinge 26 that rotatably fixes the indoor / outdoor plate member 25, and a door knob 27 for opening and closing the door.
The indoor / outdoor plate member 25 includes a wood board portion 28 made of wood, a pair of warp restraining portions 29 bonded to the wood surface and the wood back surface of the wood board portion 28 so as to face the curved line of the annual ring, and the wood board A pair of flexure restraining portions 30 adhered to the wood surface and the wood back surface of the portion 28 so as to extend in parallel with the long side thereof, and a loosening prevention portion 31 adhered to the wood board portion 28 corresponding to the fixing location of the hinge 26 Have

The warp restraining portion 29 and the bending restraining portion 30 can suppress warping and bending of the wood board portion 28. Here, the bending of the wood board portion 28 includes warpage that occurs according to the surrounding environment such as temperature and humidity. Further, the fixing tool 32 that fixes the hinge 26 is inserted into the wooden board portion 28 via the locking portion 31, so that the fixing tool 32 can be firmly fixed to the locking portion 31. Can be prevented from occurring. In addition, a new loosening prevention portion 33 can be arranged at a fixing position of the door knob 27, and a fixing tool for fixing the door knob 27 is inserted into the wooden board portion 28 through the loosening prevention portion 33, thereby fixing the door knob 27. It is also possible to suppress loosening of the tool.
In this way, warping and bending of the wood board 28 are restrained only by bonding the warp restraining part 29, the deflection restraining part 30 and the loosening prevention part 31 to the wood board part 28, and the fixture 32 is firmly fixed to the wood board part 28. Therefore, a high quality door can be easily obtained. In particular, the door used for the entrance has a large temperature and humidity difference between the outer surface exposed to the outside and the inner surface exposed to the room, and there is a possibility that the wood board portion 28 may be greatly deformed. The deformation of the wood board portion 28 can be reliably suppressed by the bending restraint portion 30.

Furthermore, since the wooden board part 28 of the indoor / outdoor board member 25 is made of wood, the door has a humidity control function. For this reason, indoor humidity can be adjusted to be constant by installing a door in the room. As the wood constituting the wood board portion 28, it is preferable to use a cedar material having a high humidity control function.
Moreover, since the interior of the indoor / outdoor plate member 25 is filled with wood, sound leakage can be reliably suppressed when the door is installed. Here, there is a possibility that the door becomes heavy by filling the interior of the indoor / outdoor plate member 25 with wood, but the door is lightened by configuring the wood board portion 28 from light cedar as compared with other wood. be able to.

Thus, the indoor / outdoor plate member 1 can be widely used for furniture and fittings used indoors and outdoors. In addition to furniture and joinery, it can be used for, for example, an inner wall of a building, an outer wall of a building, a shelf, and the like.

Actually, the bending restraint part was bonded to the wooden board part, and the difficulty of bending of the wooden board part was verified. As the wood board portion, a cedar wood having a length of 4000 mm, a width of 390 mm and a thickness of 25 mm and having an elastic modulus of 5 kN / mm 2 was used. As the bending restraint portion, a carbon fiber reinforced plastic having a length of 4000 mm, a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 1.2 mm and having an elastic modulus of 152 kN / mm 2 was used. As a result, a maximum of about 25 mm of bending occurred in the wood plate portion to which the bending restraint portion was not bonded, whereas almost no bending occurred in the wood plate portion to which the bending restraint portion was bonded.
From this, it is understood that the bending of the wood board portion can be reliably suppressed by bonding the bending restraint portion to the wood board portion.

Next, the looseness prevention part was adhere | attached on the wooden board part, and the difficulty of loosening of a fixing tool was verified. Cedar wood was used for the wood board. A carbon fiber reinforced plastic having a fiber length of 10 mm and a carbon fiber reinforced plastic having a fiber length of 50 mm were used for the loosening prevention portion. Moreover, a carbon fiber screw (tapered screw) was used as the fixture. After inserting the fixing tool 20mm into the wooden board part through the locking part, change the pulling strength to the opposite side to the fixing direction of the fixing tool, pull out the fixing tool, and when the fixing tool is pulled out from the wooden board part The pullout strength was measured.

The result is shown in FIG. The fixture inserted directly into the wood board without the locking part was pulled out when the pulling strength of 1.4 kN was applied, whereas the fixing tool inserted into the wood board via the locking part was 1 It was not pulled out unless a pulling strength of 5 kN or more was added. From this, it can be seen that the looseness of the fixture can be reliably suppressed by inserting the fixture into the wooden board portion via the locking portion. Further, the pulling strength applied to the fixture was greatly increased from 1.5 kN to 2.7 kN in the locking portion having a fiber length of 50 mm, compared to the locking portion having a fiber length of 10 mm. From this, it can be seen that the loosening of the fixture can be more reliably suppressed by increasing the fiber length of the locking portion.
