Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in a resin member mounting structure for mounting a long resin member to a vehicle body.

。   A decorative part is attached to the body of an automobile. Some decorative parts are made of resin, and as a technique for attaching the resin member to a metal vehicle body, a technique using a clip is known (for example, see Patent Document 1 (FIG. 3)).

In the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, an attachment hole is provided in a metal frame member constituting a vehicle body, and the tip of a clip attached to the resin member is locked to the attachment hole, whereby the resin member is made of metal. It is assembled to the frame member.

The resin member includes an outer member serving as a design surface and an inner member to which the clip is attached. The inner member is formed with an attachment portion to which the clip is attached. Since the base end portion of the clip protrudes to the inside of the inner member, the attachment portion has a thickness equal to or greater than the base end portion of the clip.

The long resin member thermally expands due to temperature rise, and the length in the longitudinal direction changes. In order to cope with a change in the length of the resin member due to thermal expansion, it is necessary to absorb the change in length by the mounting portion. For this reason, the attachment part must be formed long in the longitudinal direction of the resin member. The resin member may reduce the thickness from the inner member to the outer member at the end in the longitudinal direction in consideration of design and the like. However, since the technique of Patent Document 1 requires a mounting portion having a thickness equal to or larger than the base end portion of the clip between the metal frame and the outer member, it is difficult to form a thin longitudinal end portion of the resin member. It is.

As described in claim 2 , more preferably, the second mounting portion is provided with a convex portion protruding in the vicinity of the opening portion, and the bridging portion is provided with a concave portion for engaging with the convex portion. It is characterized by being.

As described in claim 3, and more preferably, the convex portion at the opening, provided near the longitudinal center of the resin member, the recess in the cross section, is provided near the longitudinal center of the resin member It is characterized by that.

As described in claim 4, more preferably, the resin member is made of an inner member disposed on the vehicle body, an outer member provided on the outer side of the inner member, the opening is provided in the inner member, Between the inner member and the outer member, there is a space for loosely fitting a part of the other end of the fixing member at the two edge portions of the opening, and the outer member includes the outer member. A rib extending from the back surface of the fixing member toward the fixing member is provided, and the other end portion of the fixing member is restricted from rising to the outer member side by the rib.

As described in claim 5 , more preferably, the first mounting portion is located closer to the longitudinal end portion side of the resin member than the second mounting portion.

In the invention according to claim 1, the fixing member has one end portion and the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the resin member, and the vehicle body is provided with a first attachment portion for fixing one end portion of the fixing member. Yes. The resin member is provided with a second attachment portion for locking the other end of the fixing member so as to be relatively movable in the longitudinal direction of the resin member. The thickness of the fixing member can be reduced as compared with the case where the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion are not offset in the longitudinal direction of the resin member. Therefore, the thickness of the resin member can also be reduced. In addition, it is possible to change the length of the resin member in the longitudinal direction due to temperature changes.

Further , the second attachment portion has a quadrangular opening, and the fixing member has a bridging portion spanned between two opposing edges along the longitudinal direction of the resin member in the opening. Since the length of the opening in the longitudinal direction of the resin member is larger than the length of the bridging portion in the longitudinal direction of the resin member, the fixing member moves relative to the second mounting portion in the longitudinal direction of the resin member. be able to.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 2 , the 2nd attaching part is provided with the convex part which protruded in the vicinity of the opening part. Since the recessed part for engaging with a convex part is provided in the bridge | crosslinking part, the positioning at the time of attaching a resin member to a fixing member can be made easy. In addition, when the resin member and the fixing member are transported before being attached to the vehicle body, the concave portion is engaged with the convex portion, so that the resin member and the fixing member can be transported as one body, thereby improving the transportability of the resin member and the fixing member. be able to.

In the invention according to claim 3 , the convex portion is provided in the opening portion near the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member, and the concave portion is provided in the bridge portion near the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member. From the vicinity of the center of the resin and the vicinity of the center of the bridging portion, both expansion and contraction of the resin member can be handled.

In the invention which concerns on Claim 4 , it has a space part for fitting a part of other end part of a fixing member loosely in the site | part of the said 2 edge of an opening part between an inner member and an outer member. The outer member is provided with a rib extending from the back surface of the outer member toward the fixing member, and the rib restricts the other end of the fixing member to the outer member side. While securing the stretchability, the fixing member can be prevented from being lifted to prevent rattling.

In the invention according to claim 5 , since the first mounting portion is positioned closer to the longitudinal direction end portion side of the resin member than the second mounting portion, the thickness of the longitudinal end portion of the resin member is set to the first mounting portion. The appearance of the resin member attached to the vehicle body can be improved by the thickness of the portion.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The form for implementing this invention is demonstrated below based on an accompanying drawing. In the figure, Fr indicates the front, Rr indicates the rear, L indicates the left when viewed from the occupant, R indicates the right when viewed from the occupant, Up indicates the top, and Dw indicates the bottom.

As shown in FIG. 1, a decorative resin member 30 is attached to a vehicle body 20 at the rear portion of the automobile 10. Specifically, a resin member 30 that is long in the vehicle width direction is attached to a trunk hood 21 that opens and closes a trunk room in the vehicle body 20.

The trunk hood 21 is formed so as to rise over the entire rear portion, and is formed so as to extend slightly upward from the rear surface portion 22 to which the license plate 12 is attached and from the upper portion of the rear surface portion 22, and to extend forward of the vehicle body via the curved portion 23. The upper surface portion 24 is formed.

The resin member 30 is attached in the vicinity of the curved portion 23 of the upper surface portion 24. The resin member 30 has longitudinal end portions 31, 31 positioned at end portions 25, 25 in the vehicle width direction of the upper surface portion 24, and the longitudinally central portion 32 from the thinly formed end portions 31, 31. It is formed so as to become thicker toward the rear, and is curved so as to protrude rearward as a whole.

As shown in FIG. 2, the resin member 30 includes an inner member 33 disposed on the metal trunk hood 21 (vehicle body 20) and an outer member 34 provided on the outer side of the inner member 33. An end 31 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is attached to the trunk hood 21 by a fixing member 50. Other portions of the resin member 30 except for the end portion 31 in the longitudinal direction are attached to the trunk hood 21 by a plurality of clips 61, 61, 61.

The plurality of clips 61, 61, 61 have head portions 62, 62, 62 having a diameter larger than the diameter of the shaft portion at the upper end of the shaft portion fixed or locked to the trunk hood 21. A plurality of clip passage holes 35, 35, 35 for allowing the heads 62, 62, 62 of the plurality of clips 61, 61, 61 to pass through the inner member 33 other than the end 31 in the longitudinal direction. Is formed. A plurality of clip locking grooves 36, 36, 36 extending in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 are formed in these clip passage holes 35, 35, 35.

The heads 62, 62, 62 of the plurality of clips 61, 61, 61 are locked to the plurality of clip locking grooves 36, 36, 36. Since the plurality of clip locking grooves 36, 36, 36 are formed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30, changes in the length of the resin member 30 in the longitudinal direction due to temperature changes can be absorbed. The head portions 62, 62, 62 have a constant thickness in the vertical direction, but the portions other than the end portion 31 in the longitudinal direction in the resin member 30 are formed thick, and a gap between the inner member 33 and the outer member 34 is formed. Since it is large, the heads 62, 62, 62 can be stored in the gaps.

As shown in FIG. 3, the trunk hood 21 is provided with a first attachment portion 26 for fixing one end portion 51 of the fixing member 50. One end 51 of the fixing member 50 is formed in a flat plate shape and is fastened to the trunk hood 21 by a bolt 63. The resin member 30 is engaged with the other end portion 52 of the fixing member 50 at a position offset in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 with respect to the first mounting portion 26 so as to be relatively movable in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30. The 2nd attaching part 41 for doing is provided.

The second attachment portion 41 includes a rectangular opening 42, two edges 43, 43 facing each other along the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 in the opening 42, and the edges 43, 43 and the opening 42. Is formed with a passage opening 44 formed adjacent to the protrusions 45 and 45 protruding in the vicinity of the opening 42 of the edges 43 and 43.

The fixing member 50 is provided at one end portion 51 formed in a flat plate shape, an inclined portion 53 provided at an end of the one end portion 51 so as to be inclined toward the opening 42, and an upper end of the inclined portion 53. The bridge portion 54 spans the edges 43 and 43 of the opening 40 and the concave portions 55 and 55 provided on the bridge portion 54 and engaged with the convex portions 45 and 45. The other end portion 52 of the fixing member 50 includes a bridging portion 54 and a concave portion 55.

The passage opening 44 has a substantially square shape, and the inner width between the two inner ends 46, 46 facing each other along the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is larger than the outer width of the bridging portion 54. For this reason, the bridging portion 54 can be passed through the passage opening 44.

In order to lock the other end portion 52 of the fixing member 50 to the second attachment portion 41, the bridging portion 54 is passed from below the passage opening 44 and relatively moved to the upper side of the inner member 33. Next, the other end portion 53 can be locked to the second attachment portion by relatively moving the bridging portion 54 toward the opening 42 and placing the bridging portion 54 on the edges 43 and 43. At this time, the fixing member 50 can be easily positioned by engaging the concave portions of the bridging portion 54 with the convex portions 45, 45 of the edges 43, 43. Further, since the chamfered portions 47 and 47 are formed on the side of the passing opening portion 44 of the edges 43 and 43, the bridging portion 54 can be easily moved relative to the opening portion 43.

Further, the length of the opening 42 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is larger than the length of the bridging portion 54 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30. For this reason, the fixing member 50 can move relatively in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 with respect to the second mounting portion 41, and the expansion and contraction in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 due to a temperature change can be allowed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the trunk hood 21 includes an inner panel 21 a and an outer panel 21 b superimposed on the inner panel 21 a. Through holes 21c and 21d are formed in the inner panel 21a and the outer panel 21b, respectively. These through holes 21c and 21d constitute a first mounting portion 26.

A bolt 63 is welded to one end 51 of the fixing member 50. The head 64 of the bolt 63 has a small vertical thickness. For this reason, the thickness of the end portion 31 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member can be set small. One end 51 of the fixing member 50 can be fixed to the trunk hood 21 by fastening the nut 65 to the bolt 63 from the back side of the trunk hood 21.

Further, the first attachment portion 26 is located closer to the longitudinal direction end portion side of the resin member 30 than the second attachment portion 41. Since the fixing member 30 has the inclined portion 53 that is inclined upward from the one end portion 51 toward the inside in the longitudinal direction, the other end portion 52 can be slightly raised and locked to the second attachment portion 41. For this reason, the 1st attaching part 26 is arrange | positioned in the outermost edge part of the longitudinal direction in which the thickness of the resin member 30 becomes the thinnest, and the 2nd attaching part 41 is located in the part where inner thickness is slightly larger than an outermost edge part. Even if the resin member 30 is thin, it can be fixed to the trunk hood 21.

As shown in FIG. 5, the bridging portion 54 of the fixing member 50 includes a bottom portion 54a positioned at a lower position, standing wall portions 54b and 54b rising from the end of the bottom portion 54a, and upper ends of these standing wall portions 54b and 54b. Flange portions 54c and 54c extending in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. Since the bridge portion 54 has the standing wall portions 54b and 54b, the bridging portion 54 can be positioned in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body with respect to the edges 43 and 43 of the second attachment portion 41.

In addition, the resin member 30 is for loosely fitting a part of the other end 52 of the fixing member 50 between the inner member 33 and the outer member 34 at the two edges 43 and 43 of the opening 42. Space portions 37 and 37 are provided. The outer member 34 is provided with ribs 38 that extend from the back surface 34 a of the outer member 34 toward the fixing member 50. By the ribs 38, the other end portion 52 of the fixing member 50 is restricted from being lifted toward the outer member 34.

In the embodiment, the ribs 38 and 38 are positioned in the vicinity of the flange portions 54c and 54c. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the ribs 38 and 38 may be positioned in the vicinity of the bottom portion 54a.

As shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of clip locking grooves 36 are formed in the inner member 33 of the resin member 30. Among them, the clip locking groove 36 at the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is formed with a groove in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. For this reason, the resin member 30 can be positioned in the vehicle width direction by the clip locking groove 36 at the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30.

The clip locking groove 36 other than the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is formed with a groove in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30. Therefore, the resin member 30 can be expanded and contracted due to a temperature change, and the expansion and contraction can be distributed to the left and right starting from the center in the vehicle width direction.

A second mounting portion 41 is formed at the outermost end in the vehicle width direction of the resin member 30. The outermost end portion in the vehicle width direction of the resin member 30 has the largest amount of change in expansion and contraction of the resin member 30, but according to the present invention, the expansion and contraction of the resin member 30 can be suitably absorbed.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8, two ribs 38 are provided on the back surface 34 a of the outer member 34 behind the opening 42 and the passage opening 44. The ribs 38 are formed so as to extend along the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30. For this reason, the entire longitudinal direction of the flange portions 54c and 54c of the fixing member 50 is prevented from being lifted by the rib 38. Further, by providing the rib 38 in the vicinity of the second mounting portion 41, the rigidity of the resin member 30 in the portion to which the addition by the fixing member 50 is added can be improved.

In the embodiment, two ribs 38 are provided. However, the number of ribs 38 is not limited to this, and the number of ribs 38 may be changed as appropriate if one or three ribs 38 can prevent the fixing member 50 from being lifted. It doesn't matter.

Next, the operation of the resin member mounting structure described above will be described.
FIG. 9A is a view showing a state where the resin member 30 is not expanded and contracted, and the concave portions 55 and 55 of the fixing member 50 are engaged with the convex portions 45 and 45 of the second mounting portion 41. The resin member 30 extends in the vehicle width direction due to thermal expansion due to temperature change. As a result, the end 31 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 moves as indicated by an arrow a.

FIG. 9B is a diagram showing a state in which the resin member 30 is extended by thermal expansion. Since the protrusions 45 and 45 have a small amount of protrusion, the expansion and contraction of the resin member 30 due to a temperature change is not hindered. As a result, the fixing member 50 can ride on the convex portions 45 and 45 and move relative to the resin member 30. The same applies when the resin member 30 contracts.

Since the convex portions 45 and 45 are provided near the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 in the opening 42, and the concave portions 55 and 55 are provided near the center in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 in the bridging portion 54, Starting from the vicinity of the center of the opening 42 and the vicinity of the center of the bridging portion 54, both expansion and contraction of the resin member can be handled.

The resin member mounting structure described above will be collectively described below.
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the vehicle body 20 is provided with a first attachment portion 26 for fixing one end portion 51 of the fixing member 50. For this reason, compared with the case where it does not offset, the thickness of the fixing member 50 can be made thin. Therefore, the thickness of the resin member 30 can also be reduced. In addition, the length of the resin member 30 in the longitudinal direction can be changed due to temperature changes.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, since the length of the opening 42 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30 is larger than the length of the bridging portion 54 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30, the fixing member 50 is It can move relative to the attachment portion 41 in the longitudinal direction of the resin member 30.

As shown in FIG. 3, the bridging portion 54 is provided with a concave portion 55 for engaging with the convex portion 45, so that positioning when attaching the resin member 30 to the fixing member 50 can be facilitated. Further, when the resin member 30 and the fixing member 50 are transported before being attached to the vehicle body 20, the resin member 30 and the fixing member 50 can be transported as a unit by bringing the concave portion 55 into engagement with the convex portion 45. It is possible to improve the transportability.

As shown in FIG. 9, it is possible to cope with both expansion and contraction of the resin member 30 with a simple configuration starting from the vicinity of the center of the opening 42 and the vicinity of the center of the bridging portion 54.

As shown in FIGS. 5, 7, and 8, the outer member 34 is provided with a rib 38 that extends from the back surface 34 a of the outer member 34 toward the fixing member 50. Since the other end portion 52 is restricted from being lifted toward the outer member 34, the fixing member 50 can be prevented from being lifted and rattling can be prevented while ensuring the stretchability of the resin member 30.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the first attachment portion 26 is located closer to the longitudinal direction end portion side of the resin member 30 than the second attachment portion 41. It is possible to improve the appearance of the state in which the resin member 30 is attached to the vehicle body 20 by setting the thickness of the direction end portion to the thickness of the first attachment portion 26.

In the embodiment, the resin member 30 is a trunk spoiler attached to the trunk hood 21. However, the resin member 30 is not limited to this, and the resin member attached to the left and right or the front of the vehicle body 20 or the resin member is inclined with respect to the vehicle body. Even if it is a case where it attaches so that the longitudinal direction of a resin member may become an up-and-down direction, it does not interfere.

The resin member mounting structure of the present invention is suitable for a technique for mounting a long resin member to a vehicle body.
