海苔簀を搬送装置で搬送する搬送経路上に、抄製装置、脱水装置、乾燥装置、剥離装置、海苔簀洗浄装置を設けた海苔製造機において、
海苔簀洗浄装置は、乾燥海苔の製造を終了した後に、塩素を含有する洗浄薬液を用いて海苔簀を海苔簀が搬送経路を1周回る期間洗浄した後に、電気分解装置で水を電気分解することで生成したアルカリ性の洗浄水を用いて海苔簀の洗浄を海苔簀が搬送経路を1周回る期間行った後に、電気分解装置で水を電気分解することで生成した酸性の洗浄水を用いて海苔簀を海苔簀が搬送経路を1周回る期間洗浄するように構成したことを特徴とする海苔製造機。
