Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a liquid surface floating substance recovery device, and more specifically, floating of scum, oil, etc. floating on the liquid surface of various treatment tanks in a painting factory, food factory, steel factory, thermal power plant, fishery processing plant, machinery factory, etc. The present invention relates to a mounting type recovery device for mounting and recovering an object in a liquid layer.

Liquid surface floating material collection equipment (collecting liquid surface floating material such as scum and oil floating on the liquid surface of various treatment tanks in painting factories, food factories, steel plants, thermal power plants, fishery processing plants, machinery factories, etc. Hereinafter, it may also be simply referred to as a recovery device.) As for liquid), liquid surface suspended matter is introduced from a gate part levitated and held near the liquid surface, and disposed outside the processing tank via a recovery pipe connected to the gate part. The liquid surface suspended substance collect | recovered to the separation apparatus which carried out and isolate | separates can be mentioned.

Such a recovery apparatus includes (1) a floating type configured to perform recovery in a state where a recovery main body portion including a pump portion and the gate portion is floated in a liquid layer by a buoyancy of a main float, and (2) liquid surface floating The gate part for inflow and recovery of the object is floated and held near the liquid surface, but the recovery body part such as the pump part is placed on the bottom part in the liquid layer to perform recovery (for example, Patent Document 1 and 2).

In the mounting type recovery device of (2) above, only the gate part is floated and held near the liquid surface, and other components such as the pump part are placed on the bottom of the liquid layer without floating. Therefore, it is possible not only to make the float portion small and simple, but also to make the device configuration around the gate portion compact, which is suitable for use in a narrow processing tank.
In addition, the above floating type recovery device (1) has a float part (not shown) for levitating substantially all of the constituent members of the recovery main body part disposed in other liquid layers such as the pump part as well as the gate part. Therefore, it is difficult not only to increase the size of the float part, but also to make the device structure around the gate part compact.

The mounting type recovery device of (2) described above enables a compact device configuration such as miniaturization of the float portion for levitating and supporting the gate portion, and thus obstructs the approach of the liquid surface floating material to the gate portion. Since the number of constituent members is small and the flow of the liquid surface floating material into the gate portion is smoothly performed, there is an advantage that the recovery efficiency is high. Furthermore, it is effective when used for processing a narrow waste liquid pit.

Japanese Patent No. 5147762

However, in the above-mentioned (2) mounting type recovery device as described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the liquid surface floating material to be recovered is floating scum, high-viscosity floating oil, waste oil with high impurity content, waste water, etc. If the liquid surface floats are clustered and formed into a lump like this, the lumped liquid surface float is caught on the edge of the gate part and the flow into the gate part is hindered. There is a problem that the recovery rate is remarkably reduced.

In the case of the mounting type recovery device of (2) above, the mounting location of the recovery device is generally near the corner or the wall surface in the liquid layer. In the case of a liquid surface floating substance that has become a lump, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the liquid surface floating substance agglomerated between the float and the float is easily clustered in a bridge shape, and the liquid clustered in a bridge shape The surface floating substance also has a problem in that it does not move to the gate part but grows while staying and becomes unrecoverable. In other words, only the liquid (water) that has passed through the lower part of the liquid level suspended matter that has been clustered flows into the gate portion, and the liquid level suspended matter cannot be recovered.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting-type liquid surface floating material recovery device that can reliably and efficiently recover liquid surface floating materials such as scum and oil that tend to cluster and become a lump. The liquid surface floating material according to any one of 1 to 8 above, wherein the liquid surface floating material collecting device is arranged and operated near a corner or a wall surface in the liquid layer. Recovery device.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting type liquid surface floating substance recovery device capable of reliably and efficiently recovering liquid surface floating substances such as scum and oil which are likely to be clustered and become a lump. Can be provided.

In particular, the float part arranged near the periphery of the gate part has a scraping function, so that the effect of scraping the liquid surface floating substance to the gate part due to the scraping by the rotation of the structure having a volume as a floating body Is expensive. In addition, the float part that floats and supports in order to hold the gate part near the liquid level is maintained at a substantially constant position with respect to the liquid level together with the gate part. -Since the efficiency is maintained substantially constant, a stable scraping effect can be obtained.

In addition, a plurality of pulverization blades disposed in the vicinity of the float part rotate or rotate along the liquid surface, so that even if the liquid surface suspended matter tends to cluster and become a lump, the pulverization blade part When it floats to the position where it approaches or comes into contact, it is crushed, separated, and divided by the blade-like projections, so that it is possible to effectively prevent the liquid surface suspended material from clustering and staying and further bridging. Therefore, even a liquid surface floating substance that tends to cluster and become a lump can be reliably and efficiently recovered from the gate portion.

Liquid surface floating substances such as scum and oil that tend to clump together and become agglomerated by the synergistic effect of pulverization / separation / division of liquid surface floating substances in the pulverization blade part and scraping of the liquid surface floating substance in the float part. Even so, bridging and clustering can be reliably suppressed, so that liquid surface suspended substances can be reliably and efficiently recovered.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the load of the drive device that rotates the float part is handled by the main body part of the recovery device, so that the float part can easily hold the gate part near the liquid surface.

According to the invention shown in claim 3, the float part can be efficiently rotated.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the drive device can be supported and fixed using the recovery pipe, which is a constituent member of the recovery device, so that the constituent members can be simplified and made compact.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, there is no need for a dedicated driving device for rotating or rotating the pulverizing blade portion.

According to the invention described in claim 6, since the pulverization blade part can be brought into contact with the liquid surface in a stable state when the pulverizing blade part is rotated or rotated, the liquid surface floating substances are clustered and retained, and further bridged. Can be more effectively prevented.

According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, it is easy to adjust the flying height with respect to the liquid surface of the pulverization blade part.

According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, since the recovery pipe, which is a constituent member of the recovery device, can be used as the rotating shaft, the constituent members can be simplified and the recovery device can be made compact.

According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, it is possible to immediately separate the water and the scum / oil that have flowed from the gate portion together with the liquid surface floating substance outside the liquid layer.

According to the invention shown in claim 10, when placed and operated near the corner or the wall surface in the liquid layer, it forms a lump between the left and right wall surfaces of the corner in the liquid layer. Even when the liquid surface floating material is clustered in a bridge shape, the liquid surface floating material is pulverized / separated / divided by the rotating float part and the rotating / rotating pulverizing blade part, so that the liquid surface floating material is collected and retained. In addition, bridging can be effectively prevented. Therefore, even a liquid surface floating substance that tends to cluster and become a lump can be reliably and efficiently recovered from the gate portion.
In particular, it is effective for collecting liquid surface suspended matter in a waste liquid pit having a small capacity.

In the present embodiment, the pump part P is a submersible pump configuration disposed at a position close to the bottom of the gate part 2 in the liquid layer, but the present invention is not limited to this position, and the recovery pipe 5 As long as it is in the transfer path, the recovery pipe 5 may be arranged at any one of the start end portion, the middle portion, and the end portion, or the self-priming pump P may be used as a separation device outside the liquid layer. It can also be set as the structure which incorporated or was attached.

The said recovery pipe | tube 5 is a pipe member which transfers the liquid surface floating substance (and liquid) collect | recovered from the gate part 2 in the liquid layer to the outside of a liquid layer, and is well-known used for this kind of liquid surface floating substance recovery apparatus. Public tubes can be used without any special restrictions. In this embodiment, since the recovery pipe 5 constitutes a constituent member of the main body, it is formed from a pipe member made of a synthetic resin or metal having a hardness capable of self-supporting without using a flexible hose member. It has a configuration having a raised portion 51 that rises substantially vertically from the liquid layer to the liquid surface.

The gate portion 2 is configured to be connected to the recovery pipe 5 so as to be movable in the vertical direction according to the liquid level of the liquid layer. In this embodiment, the connecting expansion / contraction portion has a bellows-like expansion / contraction configuration. 21 is connected to the recovery pipe 5 through the terminal 21. The vertically movable gate portion 2 is supported by the float portion 3 via the gate support means 31.

The gate portion 2 may have a configuration in which a radial fin-shaped introduction fin portion is provided on the upper surface of the opening depending on the type of the liquid surface suspended matter to be collected. In the case of such a configuration, the liquid surface floating material and the liquid flow that are flowed in and collected from the gate portion 2 become a spiral rotating flow along the shape of the introduction fin portion. By being formed, this rotation inflow portion can be prevented from being blocked by liquid and air can be prevented from entering the pump P. Therefore, pulsation at the time of liquid inflow can be prevented, and the type of liquid surface suspended matter to be recovered Depending on the situation, the recovery efficiency can be improved.

Next, the float unit 3 can employ a publicly known float body configuration (material, buoyancy configuration, shape, etc.) as a float body of this type of liquid surface floating substance recovery apparatus without any particular limitation. It is preferably formed from a foamed resin or a hollow resin molded body. Moreover, the shape is formed in the shape which can send a liquid level floating substance to the gate part 2 by scrambling so that it may scoop up like paddle (bowl) shape, bending shape, curved shape. In the present embodiment, a configuration in which a liquid surface floating substance is easily scraped in the direction of the gate portion 2 located at the center of the three float portions is adopted by forming an arc shape when viewed from above.

In addition, the float unit 3 supports and floats the gate unit 2 in the vicinity of the liquid level via the gate unit support means 31 as described above, and is a gate held below the liquid level from the liquid level. The distance to the upper surface of the opening of the part 2 varies depending on the conditions such as the type and viscosity of the liquid surface suspended matter to be collected, but only on the liquid surface, for example, the floating scum of the paint wastewater in the coating factory and the floating scum of the food factory However, in the case of a liquid surface floating substance that floats in a state where more than half of the thickness is submerged under the liquid surface, it is about 5 to 30 mm, preferably about 10 to 20 mm, more preferably about 15 mm. In the case of recovery of the liquid surface floating part having a thickness greater than the distance from the liquid surface to the upper surface of the opening of the gate part 2 such as a thick floating scum, the entire amount is recovered by one sweeping of the float part 3. Even if it is not possible, the entire amount can be recovered by multiple successive scraping.

Further, as a configuration for rotating the float portion 3 around the periphery of the gate portion 2, a drive rotation configuration by a driving device M such as a motor is adopted in this embodiment. The driving device M is preferably disposed above the float portion 3 in the rotational axis direction and is supported directly or indirectly by the main body portion. In this embodiment, the driving device M is provided via the driving device support means 7. It is supported and fixed to the upright portion 51 of the recovery pipe 5 which is a constituent member of the main body.

In this embodiment, the rotation of the float unit 3 by the driving unit M is performed by the transmission unit 6 having three rod-shaped members. The transmission unit 6 is rotated in the rotational direction with respect to the float unit 3. Is configured to be connected in a fixed state, but is configured to be connected in a floating state to the float unit 3 in the vertical direction. With this configuration, even when the liquid level moves up and down, the float unit 3 Can rotate with its floating position following the liquid level.

In the present embodiment, an upper rotation connection portion 61 and a lower rotation connection portion 62 that are connected in a stacked state are interposed between the driving device M and the transmission means 6. The upper rotation connection portion 61 and the lower rotation connection portion 62 to be stacked have a disk-like plate material structure that is circular when viewed from above, and the upper rotation connection portion 61 rotates when connected to the driving device M, and rotates downward. The connection part 62 is configured to rotate the float part 3 via the transmission means 6 by synchronously rotating with the rotation of the upper rotation connection part 61.

The connection between the upper rotation connecting portion 61 and the lower rotation connecting portion 62 is a so-called magnet in which one or a plurality of magnet bodies are provided for each, and are synchronously rotated by attraction connection by the magnetic force between the magnet bodies. A coupling configuration is preferable. According to the structure that rotates synchronously by the attraction connection by the magnetic force of the magnet body, for example, foreign matter other than scum and oil (for example, gloves used in factories, various tools having buoyancy), solid matter, etc. When an object is caught on the float unit 3 and the rotation of the float unit 3 is inhibited and stopped, the suction connection is released, or the motor of the driving device M is seized or damaged, or the transmission means 6 It is possible to suppress or prevent damage to other components such as the above. That is, when the load that stops the float unit 3 exceeds the magnetic force of the magnet body, the suction connection between the upper rotation connection unit 61 and the lower rotation connection unit 62 is released in the synchronous rotation direction, and the upper rotation The connecting portion 61 is idled to suppress or prevent damage to the driving device M or the like. When the load falls below the magnetic force of the magnet body, for example, when the load is eliminated, the lower rotation connecting portion 62 is again attracted to the upper rotation connecting portion 61 by the magnetic force and resumes synchronous rotation. .

In the present embodiment, the number of the float portions 3 is three. However, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be one, two, four, or more. The three of the present embodiment are most preferable from the viewpoint of stable floating holding and scraping performance of the gate portion 2.

The pulverization blade part 4 is composed of three blade-like members disposed in the vicinity of the float part 3 as described above, and rotates along the liquid surface of the liquid layer in the vicinity of the float part 3. In addition, by rotating, the liquid surface suspended matter floating at a position approaching or contacting the pulverization blade portion 4 is pulverized, separated, and divided.

Further, as shown in the present embodiment, the pulverization blade portion 4 is preferably configured to rotate or rotate with the upright portion 51 of the recovery pipe 5 as a rotation shaft portion. According to such a configuration, it is possible to simplify the constituent members and make the recovery device compact.

The crushing blade 4 may be rotated or rotated using a dedicated driving device or a driving device M used for rotating the float unit 3. As shown in the embodiment, when the float portion 3 rotates, at least a part of the float portion 3 comes into contact with the grinding blade portion 4 to rotate or rotate the grinding blade portion 4. It is.

In order to reliably pulverize, separate, and divide the liquid surface suspended matter by the pulverization blade section 4, it is possible to move up and down according to the liquid surface position even when the liquid surface height of the liquid layer changes. It is preferable that the pulverization blade portion 4 has a float function.

As the pulverization blade part 4 having a float function, the structure (material, buoyancy structure, etc.) of a publicly known float body can be taken as a float body of this type of liquid surface floating substance recovery apparatus without any particular limitation. It is preferably formed from a foamed resin or a hollow resin molded body. Further, like the float part 3, the liquid surface suspended matter can be crushed, separated and divided by scraping it like a paddle (bowl) shape, a bent shape, a curved shape, etc. In the present embodiment, the liquid surface suspended material is crushed, separated, divided and easily scraped by adopting a circular arc shape when viewed from above. .

Although the number of the pulverization blades 4 is three in the present embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and may be either two or four or more. The three in the present embodiment are most preferable from the viewpoint of more efficient rotation or rotation by contact with the float part 3 and crushing / separation / separation of the liquid surface suspended matter.

According to the recovery device 1 of the present invention having the above configuration, not only the oil floating above the liquid level but also the scum that floats in a state where it sinks from above the liquid level to below the liquid level is sure. And it can collect | recover efficiently.

In particular, the structure in which the liquid surface floating material is scraped to the gate portion 2 by the three float portions 3 rotating around the periphery of the gate portion 2 holds the gate portion 2 in the vicinity of the liquid surface and the float portion 3 itself also has the liquid level. Since the position with respect to the liquid surface and the liquid surface suspended matter is kept substantially constant, the stable scraping effect can be obtained.

In addition, the rotation and rotation of the pulverizing blade part 4 composed of three blade-like members pulverizes, separates and divides even a liquid surface suspended substance that tends to cluster and become a lump, so that clustering and retention are effective. Therefore, bridging and clustering between the wall surface portions in the liquid layer can be surely suppressed and the collection can be reliably and efficiently performed.

Furthermore, according to the recovery apparatus 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, by the above-described synergistic effect of the pulverization / separation / partition of the liquid surface suspended substance by the pulverization blade part 4 and the scraping by the float part 3. In addition to improving the recovery efficiency of the liquid surface suspended matter as compared with the conventional recovery device, it is difficult or impossible to recover with the conventional recovery device, and the scum can be recovered.

The liquid surface floating substance collected by the above configuration is sent to the separation device via the collection pipe 5 as described above, and the scum / oil is separated from the water. In addition, as a separator, the publicly known and publicly used separator configuration used in this kind of liquid surface floating material recovery device and other oil-water separators can be used without any particular limitation.

The mounting-type liquid surface floating material recovery device is placed and operated at various positions in the liquid layer according to various conditions and the like in use. In the mounting-type recovery device 1 of the present invention, the recovery is performed. In general, it is preferable that the apparatus 1 is placed near a corner or a wall surface in the liquid layer.
At the time of operation at such a place, the collecting device 1 according to the present invention has a mounting structure in which the pulverization blade 4 is located near the corner or the wall near the liquid layer, and the float. It is preferable to place and operate the unit 3 so that the unit 3 is located on the side away from the corner in the liquid layer or on the side away from the wall surface.
FIG. 2 shows a mode in which a small capacity liquid layer such as a narrow waste liquid pit is placed, and FIG. 3 shows a mode in which the float unit 3 is positioned in the vicinity of a corner in the liquid layer. Respectively.

Further, as another mounting configuration of the recovery device 1 of the present invention, the gate portion 2 is located near the corner or wall surface near the liquid layer, and the pulverization blade portion 4 is the liquid. It can also be placed and operated so as to be in a state of being located on the side away from the corner in the layer or on the side away from the wall surface. FIG. 3 shows an aspect of the present embodiment in which the gate portion 2 is positioned in the vicinity of the corner in the liquid layer by displaying the wall surface portion with a virtual line (dashed line).

By operating the recovery device 1 of the present invention in the state of being placed as described above, the liquid surface suspended matter that is agglomerated between the left and right wall surfaces of the corner in the liquid layer or between the floats is bridged. Even in the case of clustering, the floated part 3 and the crushing blade part 4 rotate or rotate to crush, separate, and divide the suspended liquid surface. Bridging can be effectively prevented. Accordingly, even a liquid surface suspended substance that tends to cluster and become agglomerated can be reliably and efficiently recovered from the gate portion 2. In particular, it is effective in collecting liquid surface suspended matter in a small waste liquid pit having a small capacity (for example, see FIG. 2).
