Claims (11)
- 単回送達手順の間に二次薬剤と組合せ投薬するための一次薬剤を含む薬物送達デバイスに取り付け可能な薬用モジュール用のリザーバアセンブリであって、リザーバアセンブリは:
二次薬剤(104、204)を保持するためのチューブ状一次空洞(102、202)であって、ここで、前記一次空洞(102、202)は、薬用モジュールの中心軸に沿って位置するもの;リザーバアセンブリに予め組み込まれる液溜め領域(106、206)であって、ここで、前記液溜め領域(106、206)は、前記一次空洞(102、202)を取り囲む一つ又はそれ以上のリング状、チューブ状空洞を含むもの;
一次空洞(102)と液溜め領域(106)の間に配置される遠位の一次空洞栓(108)として或いは一次空洞(202)と液溜め領域(206)を分離するように配置されるベントバルブ(207)として形成される可撓性エレメント(108、207)であって、ここで、前記可撓性エレメント(108、207)は、リザーバアセンブリ(100、200)のための加圧充填プロセス中に、一次空洞(102、202)と液溜め領域(106、206)の間で流体連通を可能にするように構成され、そしてここで、可撓性エレメント(108、207)は、加圧充填プロセス後、圧力が除かれたとき、一次空洞(102、202)と液溜め領域(106、206)の間の流体連通を防ぐように構成されるもの;および

リザーバアセンブリ(100、200)の外側に位置するバイパスチャンネル(158、258)、を更に含んでなり、ここで、近位バイパス栓(112、212)及び遠位バイパス栓(114、214)は各々、バイパスチャンネル(158、258)と連通状態にあり、ここで、バイパスチャンネル(158、258)は薬用モジュールのプライミング工程を可能にするように構成される、上記リザーバアセンブリ。 - 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のリザーバアセンブリであって、ここで、薬剤(104、204)が一次空洞(102、202)を満たし、そしてここで、薬剤(104、204)が液溜め領域(106、206)を少なくとも部分的に満たす、上記リザーバアセンブリ。
- 液溜め領域(106、206)が、リザーバアセンブリの加圧充填プロセス中、一次空洞(102、202)から過剰の空気及び/又は二次薬剤(104、204)を集めるように構成される、請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のリザーバアセンブリ。
- 単回送達手順の間に二次薬剤と組合せ投薬するための一次薬剤を含む薬物送達デバイスに取り付け可能な薬用モジュール用のリザーバアセンブリを満たす方法であって:
(i)一次空洞(102、202)、(ii)リザーバアセンブリに予め組み込まれる液溜め領域(106、206)であって、ここで、前記液溜め領域(106、206)は、前記一次空洞(102、202)を取り囲む一つ又はそれ以上のリング状、チューブ状空洞を含むもの、及び (iii)遠位の一次空洞栓(108)またはベントバルブ(207)として形成される可撓性エレメント(108、207)を含むリザーバアセンブリ(100、200)を備える工程、ここで、可撓性エレメント(108、207)の少なくとも一部は一次空洞(102、202)と液溜め領域(106、206)の間のインターフェースにあり;
充填ノズル(130、230)が、一次空洞(102、202)の上面(122、222)に対してシールを形成する工程;
充填ノズル(130、230)を通して、一次空洞(102、202)を二次薬剤(104、204)で充填し、それによって空気と二次薬剤(104、204)を一次空洞(102、202)から液溜め領域(106、206)に押し出す工程、ここで、一次空洞(102、202)から液溜め領域(106、206)に空気と前記二次薬剤を押し出すことが、一次空洞(102、202)が二次薬剤(104、204)で満たされ、液溜め領域(106、206)が二次薬剤(104、204)で少なくとも部分的に満たされるまで、可撓性エレメント(108、207)を強制的に撓ませ、それによって流路(134、234)を一次空洞(102、202)から液溜め領域(106、206)に開くことを含む、
