Description
Claims (14)
- サイクロン分離器の収集チャンバからサイクロンチャンバを分離するための分離装置であって、前記分離装置は、先端、後端、及び、前記分離装置の軸周りの螺旋経路における前記サイクロンチャンバ内のエアフローに取り込まれたごみを前記収集チャンバ内にガイドするためのガイド表面を有するガイド部材を持ち、前記ガイド表面は、軸方向において、前記サイクロンチャンバ内のごみが前記サイクロンチャンバから前記収集チャンバ内に入ることを可能にするため、360度より小さい角度で、前記分離装置の前記軸周りに延在し、前記ガイド部材の前記先端は、前記螺旋経路の延在方向における先端であり、前記分離装置の前記軸に対して30度と60度との間の角度で前記サイクロンチャンバへ向かっている、分離装置。
- 前記ガイド表面の少なくとも一部が、前記分離装置の前記軸周りの螺旋経路を辿る、請求項1記載の分離装置。
- 前記先端の前記軸に対する前記角度が、略45度である、請求項1又は2に記載の分離装置。
- 前記ガイド表面の少なくとも一部が、前記分離装置の前記軸に対して、前記サイクロンチャンバへ向かう方向に角度付けられており、前記ガイド表面の前記少なくとも一部と前記分離装置の前記軸との間の前記角度が、前記ガイド部材の前記先端から前記後端への方向において、前記分離装置の前記軸周りに増加している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記ガイド部材の前記後端が、前記分離装置の前記軸に略垂直に延在している、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記分離装置の前記軸の近傍にある前記ガイド部材の前記先端及び前記後端の部分が、前記分離装置の前記軸方向において重なっている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記分離装置が、支持部材を有し、前記ガイド表面が、前記支持部材の外縁の一部から延在している、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記ガイド表面が、270度と340度との間の角度で、前記分離装置の前記軸周りに連続的に延在しており、好ましくは、前記ガイド表面が、315度の角度で、前記分離装置の前記軸周りに連続的に延在している、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記分離装置が、周壁を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記周壁が、前記サイクロンチャンバの周壁及び/又は前記収集チャンバの周壁と同一平面上に位置している、請求項9記載の分離装置。
- 前記収集チャンバの中に延在するブロック部材を有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 前記軸周りの螺旋経路において流れるエアフローに取り込まれたごみが前記分離装置を出られるようにするための半径方向と、重力の影響下で、ごみが前記分離装置を出られるようにするための軸方向との両方において、開口を持つ、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の分離装置と、サイクロンチャンバと、収集チャンバと、を有する、サイクロン分離器。
- 請求項13記載のサイクロン分離器を有する、掃除機。
