Claims (4)
- 自動コンベヤ(35)で搬送される専用搬送装置(32)に挿入された生体コンテナ(31)について様々な種類の作業を実施するモジュール(1)、及び生体試料の分析装置(20)とインターフェース接続するモジュール(2)とを備え、前記両タイプのモジュール(1,2)が前記コンベヤ(35)に接続された分散型自動化装置であって、
自身により動的に読出し及び更新されたワークリスト(6)を各モジュール(1、2)に提供する中央制御装置(5)とを備えるとともに、
前記それぞれのモジュール(1、2)は、他のモジュール(1、2)とは独立し、かつ独自の制御盤(50)を有しており、それにより各モジュール(1,2)を待機状態として通常作動を継続する前記分散型自動化装置の残りの構成要素から一時的に分離することが可能であり、
前記分散型自動化装置は、更に前記中央制御装置(5)と前記モジュール(1、2)との間にノード(3、4)を有するとともに、ノード(3、4)の1つがモジュール(1、2)のそれぞれに対応し、
前記中央制御装置(5)は、各モジュール(1、2)の各ノード(3、4)にワークリスト(6)を送信する検査診断用分散型自動化装置において、
各モジュール(1、2)は、前記試料の処理結果により、各ノード(3、4)の各ワークリスト(6)を読出し及び更新し、次に各ノード(3、4)は、前記結果を前記中央制御装置(5)に伝達することを特徴とする検査診断用分散型自動化装置。 - 前記モジュール(1、2)、前記ノード(3、4)及び前記中央制御装置(5)間の接続は、CANネットワーク8及び関連するCANopen型通信プロトコルを通じて実現される請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記中央制御装置(5)は、自動化ネットワーク(9)を通じて前記ノード(3、4)に接続されているとともに、オペレータによるモジュール(1、2)の手動制御の管理、又は単一モジュール(1、2)のログ分析若しくは診断作業でさえも行うようデザインされている複数のグラフィカルユーザインターフェース(11)にイーサネット(登録商標)(10)を通じて接続されている請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 分析装置(20)により実施された試料の様々な試験結果が、病院経営及び臨床フローを管理する保健領域で使用される全ての情報機器としての全病院情報システム(13)とのインターフェース接続に適した検査情報システム(12)に提供される請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
