Claims (8)
- 複数の電池モジュールと、
前記複数の電池モジュールを収容する外装ケースと
を備え、
前記各電池モジュールは、該電池モジュールの外部端子同士を接続する接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記複数の電池モジュールは、両端間の電位差が少なくとも60V以下となる複数の電池モジュールからなるグループに分割されており、
隣接する前記グループ間の電池モジュールの外部端子同士は、第1の接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記グループ内の電池モジュールの外部端子同士は、第2の接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記外装ケース内に水が浸入したとき、前記第1の接続部材は、前記外装ケース内に侵入した水により前記第2の接続部材よりも優先的に電気的に遮断されるべく前記第2の接続部材よりも溶解速度の速い材料で構成されている、電池パック。 - 前記第1の接続部材は銅からなり、前記第2の接続部材はアルミニウムからなる、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記外装ケース内に、該外装ケース内に水が浸水したことを検出するセンサーが配置されており、
前記第1の接続部材は、前記センサーの検出信号により、電気的に遮断されるブレーカ機構を有している、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記外装ケースは、金属材料で構成されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池を収容する外装ケースと
を備え、
前記電池の各電極端子同士は、接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記複数の電池は、両端間の電位差が少なくとも60V以下となる複数の電池からなるグループに分割されており、
隣接する前記グループ間の電池の電極端子同士は、第1の接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記グループ内の電池の電極端子同士は、第2の接続部材で互いに直列接続されており、
前記外装ケース内に水が浸入したとき、前記第1の接続部材は、前記外装ケース内に侵入した水により前記第2の接続部材よりも優先的に電気的に遮断されるべく前記第2の接続部材よりも溶解速度の速い材料で構成されている、電池パック。 - 前記第1の接続部材は銅からなり、前記第2の接続部材はアルミニウムからなる、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
- 前記外装ケース内に、該外装ケース内に水が浸水したことを検出するセンサーが配置されており、
前記第1の接続部材は、前記センサーの検出信号により、電気的に遮断されるブレーカ機構を有している、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記外装ケースは、金属材料で構成されている、請求項5に記載の電池パック。
