カテーテル(5)又はカテーテルチップ(3)あるいは他の送達器又はそれらの部分の、一部分又は外部面(23)上又はそれらの周囲の、少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能及び展開可能な構造を含む医療用インプラント(1)をクリンピングする方法であって、
当該インプラント(1)のクリンピングの際にそして/又はその後に、予め定められた圧力を上回らない圧力を作用させる方法。

カテーテル(5)又はカテーテルチップ(3)の、部分又は外部面(23)上又はそれらの周囲の、少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能及び展開可能な構造からなるインプラントをクリンピングするクリンピング装置(31)であって、
当該インプラント(1)のクリンピングの際そして/又はその後に、当該インプラント(1)そして/又は当該構造に作用する又は作用可能な圧力を制限するための圧力制限手段(39)を含むクリンピング装置(31)。

クリンピングの際に前記構造に作用する圧力を計測する圧力又は力センサからなる、付記8そして/又は付記9記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
Claims (9)
- カテーテル(5)又はカテーテルチップ(3)の外部面(23)上に、少なくとも1つの折り畳み可能及び展開可能な構造を含むインプラント(1)を、当該インプラントのクリンピングの際そして/又はクリンピングの後に、予め定められた圧力を上回らない圧力を当該構造に作用させてクリンピングするよう構成された医療用クリンピング装置(31)であって、
前記折り畳み可能及び展開可能な構造は、1つあるいは複数の心臓弁小葉、あるいはその代替物又は置換物であり、
前記医療用クリンピング装置(31)は、当該インプラント(1)のクリンピングの際そして/又はその後に、当該インプラント(1)そして/又は当該構造に作用する又は作用可能な圧力を制限するための圧力制限手段(39)と、前記インプラント(1)を受け入れるためのブラケット(35a、35b)を含むアクチュエータ(33a、33b)とを備え、
前記圧力は、クリンピング自体により作用する圧力又はクリンピングステップの結果得られる圧力であり、
前記予め定められた圧力は、クリンピング過程が実施される際またはその前に、決定そして/又は選択された圧力値であり、かつ、前記インプラント(1)の心臓弁の代替となる小葉又はその交連に作用する最大圧力として調整される、
ことを特徴とするクリンピング装置(31)。 - クリンピングの際に前記構造に作用する圧力を計測する少なくとも1つの圧力又は力センサからなるか、又は当該圧力又は力センサと機能的に結合している、請求項1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記圧力又は力センサが、クリンピングの際に前記構造に作用する圧力を表す信号を出力する請求項2に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- 前記インプラント(1)に作用する前記圧力を制御または制限するためのコントローラを含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- クリンピングの際に前記構造に作用する圧力を調整するための調整手段を含む請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- クリンピングの際に前記構造に作用する圧力を調整するための調整手段が、前記インプラント(1)に作用する前記圧力を制御または制限するための前記コントローラに接続されている請求項4に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- 前記予め定められた圧力は、前記インプラント(1)の相互接続要素と、クリンピングされる前記インプラント(1)の又はその周囲のカテーテル(5)又はカテーテルチップ(3)の外部面(23)又は部分と、の間で決定される請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- 前記予め定められた圧力は0N/mm2、又は1N/mm2、又は2N/mm2、又は3N/mm2、又は5N/mm2、又は8N/mm2、又は10N/mm2、又は15N/mm2、又は20N/mm2、又は25N/mm2、又は30N/mm2、又はこれらの値の中間にある任意の値である請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(33a、33b)は、関節又はジョイント(37)により、そして前記圧力制限手段(39)により、相互に接続されている請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載のクリンピング装置(31)。
